Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Disaster Emergency Management Operations on Work Effectiveness in the Head of Emergency and Logistics Section at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sumedang Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method with two data collection methods, namely literature study and field study which includes observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The distribution of questionnaires was carried out to all ASN (State Civil Apparatus) and Non-ASN (Pusdalops) employees in the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sumedang Regency, totaling 40 people. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Operational Planning for Disaster Emergency Management at the Section Head for Emergency and Logistics at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sumedang Regency is 88.4%. Furthermore, the work effectiveness of the Head of Emergency and Logistics Section in the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sumedang Regency is 90.5%. Based on the correlation test, it is known that there is a very strong relationship between the Operational Planning for Disaster Emergency Management with the Work Effectiveness of the Head of Emergency and Logistics Section in the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sumedang Regency with a correlation coefficient of 0.808. The Effect of Disaster Emergency Management Operations Planning on Work Effectiveness in the Section Head for Emergency and Logistics in the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sumedang Regency based on the determination test is in the strong category with a determination coefficient of 0.653 or if a percentage is 65.3%. While the remaining 34.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Office Layout and Organizational Effectiveness, to determine the relationship between Office Layout and Organizational Effectiveness and to determine the magnitude of the influence of Office Layout on Organizational Effectiveness at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Sumedang Regency. This research uses descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach and the type of statistics used is descriptive statistics saturated sampling technique. As for the population in this study were 69 employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Sumedang Regency. The analysis used includes the calculation of the percentage, normality test, correlation test, significance test and determination coefficient test. Based on the research results it is known that the Office Layout at the Ministry of Religion Office of Sumedang Regency is 71.99%. Furthermore, the results of research on Organizational Effectiveness at the Ministry of Religion Office of Sumedang Regency amounted to 76.77%. The relationship between Office Spatial Planning and Organizational Effectiveness at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Sumedang Regency is at a strong correlation level with a correlation coefficient of 0.764. Based on the significance test it is stated that there is a positive and significant relationship between Office Layout and Organizational Effectiveness at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Sumedang Regency. As well as the influence of Office Layout on Organizational Effectiveness reaching 58.4% in the medium category. The remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors not taken into account in the study. Based on the results of this study, the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Sumedang Regency should pay more attention to the design or arrangement of office space, because with good office space arrangement it will provide work comfort and satisfaction for employees in order to increase organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of work facilities on employee productivity at Central Bureau of Statistics of Sumedang District. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method which is used to answer a predetermined hypothesis. In this study, researchers used inferential descriptive data analysis technique that describe collected data and make conclusions that are applicable generally. The sampling technique used in this study is saturation sampling technique which involves the entire population to be respondents. Based on the results of the study, researchers obtained information that the availability of work facilities in Central Bureau of Statistics of Sumedang District reached 82% and the score was categorized very good, as good as the work productivity of employee in Central Bureau of Statistics of Sumedang District reached 90% with a very good category. The correlation of work facilities with employee productivity at Central Bureau of Statistics of Sumedang District with a correlation coefficient reached 0.591 is in medium category. The effects of work facilities on employee productivity at Central Bureau of Statistics of Sumedang District is 35% while 65% is influenced by other factors not researched in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problem of efforts to increase male participation in a motivational perspective, efforts to increase male participation in a coordination perspective, efforts to increase male participation in a communication perspective and efforts to increase male participation in a supervisory perspective in Sumedang Regency. The method used in the preparation of this administrative research practice report is a qualitative research method (Naturalistic Setting) with descriptive type. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. With research informants: Head of the Family Planning Division, Head of the Family Planning Service Guarantee Section, and implementing staff of the Family Planning Service Guarantee. Data collection techniques through secondary data collection techniques such as library studies and documentation. In analyzing the data used the Miles and Huberman model with steps: Reduction of data, Presentation of data, Conclution Drawing / Verification, and Triangulation. Based on the results of the study concluded that the effort to increase male participation in the perspective of motivation is quite good but not optimal. This can be seen from the lack of supporting facilities to implement MOP because Sumedang Regency has not been able to implement its own MOP program and the unavailability of operating tools for implementing the MOP. Efforts to increase men's participation in the perspective of good coordination. This can be seen from the existence of internal coordination and external coordination. Efforts to increase male participation in communication perspective can be quite good but not yet optimal, this is known from the ineffectiveness of the media in presenting information such as trends in radio media that only some people listen to. Efforts to increase male participation in the perspective of supervision can be quite good. This can be known from direct and indirect supervision.

Abstract

The research method used is the analysis description, with the research variable consisting of independent variables, namely coaching and the dependent variable quality of life. The study population was 33 employees of the social service. The sampling technique used simple random sampling, so the sample amounted to 33 people. Data collection techniques are carried out by documentation study and field studies through observation and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical analysis with the path analysis model.This study aims to determine how well the implementation of PMKS guidance at the Social, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Services. This is to find out how well the quality of life of Persons with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS) improves. The results of hypothesis testing showed that the determination coefficient test concluded that the influence of PMKS coaching on improving the quality of life for people with social welfare problems (PMKS) in Sumedang Regency reached 87.3%, while the remaining 12.7% was influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the implementation of Competency-based training at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration in Sumedang Regency was effective, to find out what obstacles were faced, and to find out what efforts should be made to overcome the obstacles faced in the effectiveness of competency-based training.             In this study, the method used is qualitative research methods with an inductive descriptive approach. The technique of determining research informants is purposive sampling. With research informants, namely the head of the field of training institutional development, section of training institute coaching, section of certification, competence and apprenticeship. Data collection techniques used are literature study and field study consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data processing techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing verification, and triangulation.             The results showed that the effectiveness of Competency-Based Training at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Sumedang Regency was not yet effective because the training system had not been implemented properly. There are several obstacles faced in effectiveness, namely the number of employees who do not know competency-based training. The large number of employees who do not have special skills and still lack of provision of employee training and lack of awareness of employees of the importance of providing training to improve skills.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the regent regulation number 87 of 2020 in Regional Revenue Management Agency of Sumedang when it is affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The method that we used in this research is the qualitative research method and set the variable we observed is the policy implementation. The sampling technique that we used is the purposive sampling that considers some argument based on the data. The sources of the data we observed are the chief of organization, assistant of general position, chief of controlling and monitoring. On analyzing the data we have observed, we used Miles and Huberman’s Model having these several steps: data reduction, data visualization, conclusion drawing/verification, and triangulation. Based on the interview and data analysis, we concluded that the implementation of the regent regulation number 87 of 2020 is statistically well performed as we consider the constructing process, implementation, and participation. Some obstacles on implementing this regent regulation are lack of knowledge of citizen about this regent regulation also lack place of taxes payment. Some strategies on dealing with these obstacles are increasing the campaign of the regent regulation through social media and direct helping of busy citizen on paying the taxes. In this research, we also provide several suggestions i.e. adding several payment access, campaigning citizen on paying taxes on-time, and also accepting some constructive suggestions submitted by citizen.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the quality of sustainable services in the field of transportation, by looking for data and objective information on the analysis of sustainable services in the Field of Transportation in Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sumedang. The benefit of this research is to provide positive and constructive reference to practical problem solving related to the title of the research. The research method used is descriptive research using qualitative analysis study approach. Data collection techniques are literature studies, field studies (observations, interviews, and documentation). While the data processing procedure is used data analysis model Miles and Huberman. The informant in this study was determined using purposive sampling method of 3 people. The final results of this study concluded that the quality of sustainable transportation services in Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sumedang has gone quite well but not yet maximal. It can be seen from several things, namely that the quality of service from employees is still not good, in this case employees have not been able to provide services in accordance with applicable standards, there are limitations and shortages of employees in the field of knowledge (when using technology). Therefore, the results of this research can be used as references and recommendations to support the quality of sustainable transportation services in Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sumedang.

Abstract

The study aims to find out how the implementation of the E-Office program, to know the factors against the implementation of the E-Office program, to know efforts to overcome the program implementation obstacles E-Office program by  Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Persandian, dan Statistik Kabupaten Sumedang. The method used in the compilation of this assessment is a qualitative (natural setting) method with a descriptive type. The identification was taken by the purposive sampling technique, which is the calculated ampel of the data source technique to fit the criteria for the under-targeted phenomena. It’s either a source of data or an informant are The Heads Of The Information Department, Telecommunications Section Chief, and Program Staff. As for the data-collection techniques that are done are the literature and field studies of observation, interviews and documentation. Whereas data processing procedures in this assessment include reduction of data, display data, data triangulation, and a withdrawal of conclusions or verification. Based on analysis and discussion, researchers can conclude that the implementation of the E-Office program in composting Covid-19 by Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Persandian, dan Statistik Kabupaten Sumedang has been well carried out, that the E-Office application is very useful because it can help ASN employees become easier and faster in accordance with the policies based on 2020 vice President No.63. The obstacles included in the study are, among other things, a weak internet access network, a user's ability to understand technologies. Whereas efforts to overcome these obstacles include: both in-person socialization and the use of electronic media to increase user understanding of the E-Office application

Abstract

This research discusses the Implementation of Ministry of Health Policy NO.HK.01.07/MENKES/413/2020 concerning guidelines for the prevention and control of covid-19 by the Sumedang District Health Office. This study aims to determine how the Sumedang District Health Office implements the policy, which in its implementation can find out the obstacles faced by the Sumedang District Health Office, as well as efforts to overcome the obstacles faced by the Sumedang District Health Office. This study used a qualitative approach, determining research informants, namely purposive sampling technique, with the Head of the Program and Disease Prevention and Control (P2P) Division and the case study method. The data collection techniques used are literature study and field study consisting of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Ministry of Health's Policy No.HK.01.07 / MENKES / 413/2020 regarding guidelines for the prevention and control of covid-19 by the Sumedang district health office has been running in accordance with the decision of the minister of health in the prevention and control of covid-19 in Sumedang district. One of the programs made by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, in a decree of the Minister of Health NO.HK.01 / 07 / MENKES / 413/2020 concerning Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of the Ministry of Health's Policy NO.HK.01.07 / MENKES / 413/2020 regarding the guidelines for the prevention and control of covid-19 by the Sumedang District Health Office has been running according to the decision of the minister of health in the prevention and control of covid-19 in Sumedang district, although socialization is quite good, there is still low public participation in the use of masks
