Abstract

Cooperative Strategy In Reducing Flender Practices In Sumedang District is the result of qualitative research that aims to answer questions about how the most important goals or objectives need to be achieved, what are the most important policies? important and directing or limiting activities, How the main action stages or programs will achieve the goals set within the boundaries outlined. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis research with a case study approach to the object. The informants in this study were 4 people, namely the Head of the Cooperative Division, the Head of the Institutional and Human Resources Development Section, the Head of the Business Development section, and finally the Head of the Facilitation and Capital section. Data collection was done by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The conclusion of this study is that the cooperative sector strategy in reducing the practice of loan sharks by optimizing the role of cooperatives by socializing the role and importance of cooperating in the community, presenting sharia cooperative programs, improving the performance and management of professional and accountable cooperatives by providing training and cultural-based entrepreneurial direction. local so that they can develop community business activities in order to reduce the practice of moneylenders. Suggestions that researchers can give are to improve the sharia cooperative program in each village to make it easier to carry out savings and loans in cooperatives, to socialize the role of cooperatives, to make policies specifically to reduce the practice of moneylenders and to increase cooperative business support.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, get the data data and objective information abaout Strategy for the Development of Public Service Quality in Kecamatan Sumedang Utara during the Covid-19 Pandemic. In this study, using qualitative research methods with data collection, observation steps, in-depth interviews and documentation. From this research, the results obtained are the factors that support the Quality of Public Services in the Strategy for the Development of Public Service Quality in Kecamatan Sumedang Utara during the Covid-19 Pandemic as a whole. using technology, lack of ability or skills resulting in mismatches in dealing with competency problems. Obstacles were encountered regarding the Quality of Public Services in the Strategy for Developing the Quality of Public Services in Kecamatan Sumedang Utara during the Covid-19 Pandemic, namely: in terms of budget, interest or awareness of employees, facilities, and when employees face new things, lack of funds and environmental conditions or organizational climate that is not supportive, lack of expertise in the analysis phase of a problem at hand, does not meet predetermined standards, mistakes occur if you collect data too quickly. Efforts to overcome obstacles include developing potential, training and developing continuously, using analytical techniques in problem solving, anticipating complex problems, working beyond / meeting standards, work carried out accurately according to the competence of employees in the Service Sector in North Sumedang District.

Abstract

Within equalization for administrative positions into function positions, especially planners, various efforts must be improved performance. Time-Based Minimal Work Results (HKMBW) is one of the planner's performance appraisal strategies. HKMBW refers to the minimum cumulative credit score each year, which is 25 credit points. Currently, the Employee Performance Target (SKP) is the reference for evaluating the performance of function positions, so the planners are obliged to include HKMBW in the Employee Performance Target (SKP) as one of the implementation requirements every year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of Village Cash Direct Assistance in Cikadu Village, Cikalong District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The theory that became the basis of his analysis of the effectiveness measure of Duncan which consists of 3 variables, namely goal achievement, integration and adaptation. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The informants are the Village Head, Head of Welfare, Head of Dusun and the beneficiary community. The results showed that the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance program in Cikadu Village, Cikalong District, Tasikmalaya Regency had been implemented well. However, in the direct cash assistance program, village funds still have to be frequently disseminated to the community so that people who do not receive assistance are not socially jealous and there is a need for increased communication to beneficiary families so that there is no delay in taking aid. Abstract

This research aims to find out the Effectiveness of Employee Work in the Community Empowerment Office and Sumedang Regency Village, what inhibitory factors are found in the implementation of the effectiveness of employee work in the Community Empowerment Office and Sumedang Regency Village and what efforts are made to overcome inhibiting factors in the implementation of Employee Work Effectiveness in the Community Empowerment Office and Sumedang Regency Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, using the purposive sampling method. With research informants as many as 4 people, namely Kasubag General Assets and Staffing, Head of Institutional Affairs, Head of Community Economic Empowerment, and Head of Village Government. The data collection techniques used are literature studies, field studies (observations, interviews, and documentation). While the processing procedures in this study, namely data reduction, data display, data conclusion drawing / verification and triangulation. The final results of this study concluded that on the aspect of quality of work is quite good because it already has responsibility. And in the quantity aspect as a whole has reached the target and target and in the aspect of timeliness the employees are quite disciplined. Inhibiting factors found in the effectiveness of employee work in the Community and Village Empowerment office are aspects of adaptability, aspects of work performance, and aspects of job satisfaction. Efforts are made to overcome inhibiting factors in the effectiveness of employee work, namely by evaluating, including employees in education and training, providing motivation and holding family gatherings.

Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted is to find out the influence of work discipline on work productivity in the South Sumedang District Office of Sumedang Regency and to find out the relationship of work discipline to work productivity in the South Sumedang District Office of Sumedang Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method that is used in research based on the philosophy of positivism with the aim of testing established hypotheses. In this study, researchers used inferential descriptive data analysis techniques to describe or describe the data that has been collected as is by making conclusions that apply to the public. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, with a population of 27 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the work discipline in the South Sumedang District Office of Sumedang Regency has reached 79.72% and the figure is categorized as Good, as well as the level of work productivity in the South Sumedang District Office of Sumedang Regency which reaches 81.32% and the figure is categorized as Good. The relationship of work discipline with work productivity in the South Sumedang District Office of Sumedang Regency with a correlation coefficient value of 0.87 is in a very strong category. While the influence of work discipline with work productivity in the South Sumedang District Office of Sumedang Regency reached 62% while the remaining 38% was influenced by other factors that were not studied by researchers called epsilon factor.

Abstract

The purpose of the research that the author did was to find out the Spatial Planning of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration, the Work Spirit of the Employees of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Sumedang Regency, the relationship between Office Spatial Planning and the Work Spirit of the Employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Sumedang Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods, data collection techniques by conducting library research and field studies, the research sample is 33 people, the sampling technique used is probability sampling technique with the type of proportionate stratified random sampling, while the analysis technique is through percentage calculation, data normality test, and correlation test. Based on the results of research on office layout, then the data was analyzed that the office layout at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of Sumedang Regency reached 79.89% (Good) and the morale of employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Sumedang Regency reached 78.15% (Good). From the results of the research conducted that the Office Spatial Planning and Employee Morale at the Manpower and Transmigration Service mentioned above, the authors suggest that there is still much to be improved, one of which is the arrangement of the employee's workspace so that it is more expanded so that the employees work more freely and to increase employee morale.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication on employee work effectiveness at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency and to determine the relationship between communication and employee work effectiveness at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency. In this study, researchers used survey research methods, while data collection techniques were carried out through library research and field studies consisting of observation, and distributing questionnaires. The collected data is then processed and analyzed through validity test, reliability test, percentage test, normality test, correlation coefficient test, significance test, and coefficient of determination test. The population in this study were 40 employees of PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency. For sampling, the technique of disproportionate stratified random sampling was used. The number of samples in this study were 35 people. Communication at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency reached 72.86%. This is included in the good category, so H0 which reads "Work communication at PDAM Tirta Medal Sumedang Regency reaches less than 75%" is accepted, and Ha which reads Work communication at PDAM Tirta Medal Sumedang Regency reaches greater than or equal to 75 %" rejected. The effectiveness of employee work on work communication at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency reached 70.49%. This is included in the good category because it is at an interval of 50% - 75%. So Ho which reads "employee work effectiveness on work communication at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency reaches less than 75%" is accepted, and Ha which reads "employee work effectiveness on work communication at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency reaches greater than or equal to 75 %" rejected. The positive relationship between Communication and Employee Work Effectiveness is at the Correlation level with a correlation coefficient of 0.847 with a t count of 5.73 and a t table value of 1.68. So t count is greater than t table ( t count > t table ). Thus H0 : p = 0 which states that there is no relationship between communication and work effectiveness at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency is declared rejected. Ha : p 0 which states that there is a relationship between communication and the work effectiveness of employees at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency is declared accepted. The influence of communication on the effectiveness of employee work reaches 71.74%. So the hypothesis proposed H0: p = 0 which states that there is no significant effect between communication and work effectiveness of employees at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency is declared rejected. While Ha: p 0 which states that there is a significant influence between discipline and work effectiveness of employees at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency is accepted

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sustainability of clean water services and the factors that affect the sustainability of clean water services. This research is a descriptive type of research using a qualitative approach or often called the naturalistic method, because the assessment is carried out in natural conditions (Natural Setting). This research was conducted at the Regional Public Company Tirta Medal Drinking Water in Sumedang Regency in November 2020. The samples in this study were 12 people. Data collection is obtained from interviews, documentation and observation. After the data is obtained, it is analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed (1) the factors that determine the sustainability of PERUMDA services regarding the availability of clean water raw materials, namely: the role of the Regional Government, the number of employees, the number of customers, clean water sources, and the availability of pipelines in PERUMDA so as to optimize the services provided to customers. (2) Actors or actors who determine the sustainability of clean water services at PERUMDA include the Regional Government, the Director, the Head of Division, and the District Office / Head. Then the employee who is one of the determinants is expected to be able to determine the sustainability of clean water services, and customers. (3) Sustainability of clean water services in Sumedang Utara Branch with 4096 subscribers. Plans to optimize the manufacture of deep wells to be implemented in the head office with a capacity according to geologists of 4-5 liters / second to optimize services in Sumedang Kota area. The sustainability of clean water services at the Cisitu branch consists of 2 work units, namely the Darmaraja service unit and the Cisitu branch. The Cisitu branch is supplied more than 20 liters / second and to meet the service needs of the Cisitu and Karangpakuan Units, it has been able to provide clean water services for 24 hours. The continuity of clean water services at Darmaraja Service Unit currently lacks clean water discharge. because the water discharge has started to decrease. In the long-term plan, there will be additional water debit through deep bore wells, so that consumers will not feel water shortages due to the rotating system, and can accept new customers. (4) Sustainability strategy PERUMDA has a strategy of adding new water sources, providing electricity networks to anticipate the dry season, and making mineral water products to explore potential income outside of new service connections. The program or policy of the Tirta Medal Regional Public Company for drinking water in the covid-19 pandemic situation provides relief to customers, namely in the form of eliminating fines.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Effect of Disaster Emergency Management Operations on The Effectiveness of Work on Emergency and Logistics in the Sumedang District Disaster Management Agency. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method with two methods of data collection, namely literature studies and field studies that include observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. For the spread of angket carried out to all employees of ASN (State Civil Apparatus) and Non-ASN (Pusdalops or Disaster Management Operations Control Center) in the Sumedang Regional Disaster Management Agency which amounted to 40 people. Based on the results of research it is known that disaster emergency management operations planning in emergency and logistics at the Sumedang Regional Disaster Management Agency is 88.4%. Furthermore, the Effectiveness of Work on Emergency and Logistics in the Sumedang District Disaster Management Agency is 90.5%. Based on correlation tests it is known that there is a very strong relationship between Disaster Emergency Management Operation Planning and Work Effectiveness in Emergency and Logistics Kasi at the Sumedang District Disaster Management Agency with a correlation coefficient of 0.808. The Effect of Disaster Emergency Management Operations Planning on The Effectiveness of Work on Emergency and Logistics Kasi in the Sumedang District Disaster Management Agency based on determination tests is in a strong category with a coefficient of determination of 0.653 or if percentageed by 65.3%. The remaining 34.7% was affected by other factors not studied in the study.
