Abstract

This research is approved to know the effect of Dividend Per Share (DPS) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices at Go Public companies in the ExchangeIndonesia securities and based on samples (purposive sampling) in cankan 7 companies Manufacturing industries that report complete and published financial reports Dividend for five consecutive years ie from 2008 to 2012. DataUsed is secondary data. The results showed thatPartial DPS has no significant effect on the stock price of the company Manufacturing industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008 period s.d. 2012. In terms of theory, The results of this study are in accordance with the first opinion in the irrelevance theory The influence of dividend policy on stock prices. This theory assumes that Dividend policy has no impact on the value of the company. While Partially EPS has a significant influence on the stock price of the company Manufacturing industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008 period s.d.2012. EPS and DPS Simultaneous (together) have a significant effect on stock prices Manufacturing industry companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study generally aims to analyze the Effect of application of the Marriage Management Information System and internal control over employees work Effectiveness in the Religious Affairs office, North Sumedang sub-district,, Sumedang District. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis method, the research variables consists of independent variable, namely the Application of Marriage Management Information System and Internal Control, and the dependent variable is the employees Work Effectiveness in the Religious Affairs Office,North Sumedang sub-distric, sumedang district. The study population is 42 employees using the census. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis simultaneously the results of the study show that the Application of Marriage Management Information System (X1) and Internal Control (X2) has an effect on Employees Work Effectiveness (Y) of 64.80% while the remaining 35.20% is influenced by other variables from outside the variable Implementation of the Management and Internal Control Information System which is not included in the model. Partially the Application of Marriage Management Information System (X1) has an effect on Employee Work Effectiveness (Y) from 30.20% from the criteria of 100%. Then Internal Control (X2) has an effect on Employees Work Effectiveness (Y) of 41.96% from the criteria of 100%. To find out the main hypothesis the formulation is tested by using multiple regression testing, based on the testing obtained F count value is greater than F table that is F count 23,398> F table 3,244 from the value obtained, that Ho decision is rejected, so it concludes variable Application of Marriage Management Information System and Internal Control (X2) significantly and positively influences the variable Employees Work Effectiveness (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of Bureaucratic Reform in Upt Agriculture and Food Security in Jatinunggal District, Sumedang District The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research informants consisted of the head of Upt agriculture, head of administration, head of the program, secretary of the department of agriculture and food security, staff in the field of agricultural statistics, agricultural extension workers. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies and field studies consisting of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and combinations. The results of this study that the bureaucratic reform in Upt Agriculture and Food Security District Jatinunggal District Sumedang Regency: First, supported by organizational culture, which is still less conducive this can be seen in the observations of researchers who say that the leader in this case the leader is still acting authoritarian. Another supporting factor is the effectiveness of the Organizational Structure, as a whole the services at the UPT Agriculture and Food Security in Jatinunggal District are run with the current operational standard procedures, but there are several types of services that still have not been made SOPs such as convenience for beneficiaries in accessing services through the chart / service flow that actually provides information on the service process to be taken. Other factors Employee welfare with employee welfare or compensation is good and maximum, employees can get a number of things including work motivation, work loyalty, physical and mental health that is maintained, as well as strengthening relationships and work relationships between employees. Abstract

This study was aimed to test and analyze the effects of policy implementation of regional development information system on data and information management of development in enabling effectiveness of regional development planning on Local Government Agencies (SKPD) of Sumedang Regency.Research method used was analytic descriptive with survey technique on independent variable of Effect of Policy Implementation of Regional Development Information System, and dependent variable of Effectiveness of Regional Development Planning on SKPD of Sumedang Regency. The population was 62 people from all of SKPD under Sumedang regency government. Sampling technique used was saturated sampling or census, where entire population were the respondents. Data collection was by document study and field study of observation, questionnaire,and interview.Data analysis technique in this study was path analysis. Testing result of main hypothesis showed that effect of policy implementation of regional development information system (X) on data and information management of regional development (Y) in enabling the effectiveness of regional development planning on SKPD (Z) was 25.5%. Effect of policy implementation of regional development information system (X) on data and information management of regional development (Y) was 16.0%. Effect of policy implementation of regional development information system (X) on effectiveness of regional development planning on SKPD (Z) was 25.2%. And effect of data and information management of regional development (Y) on effectiveness of regional development planning on SKPD (Z) was 27.7%. Result of this study has implication on the effectiveness of regional development planning on SKPD of Sumedang regency, but there are issues need to address.To overcome problems in the implementation of regional development information system, it is recommended to increase number of personnel and improve their competency. As for overcoming the problems in data and information management of development, leaders should encourage data and information management to have better control. And for improvement in effectiveness of regional development planning by SKPD of Sumedang Regency, it is recommended to maintain good items, and to implement programs that promote public selfsupportability, economic equality, and better education.

Abstract

About the research that the author is doing is to get an overview of the implementation of the Productivity and Agricultural Sector Productivity Program Improvement Program in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency, the weaknesses of the implementation of the Productivity and Agriculture Sector Productivity Development Program in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency, and efforts to overcome the Program policies Increasing and Developing Agriculture Sector Productivity in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with independent variables, namely: Implementation of Productivity and Agricultural Sector Productivity Development Programs. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. The data / information sources are: A Head of PTP3 UPTD, a Head of PTP3 UPTD Subdivision, 2 PTP3 UPTD POPTs and 1 PTP3 UPTD Executor. Whereas in analyzing the data used the Miles and Huberman Model with steps: data reduction, data presentation, concentration drawing / verification and Triangulation. Based on the results of interviews and data analysis, it was concluded that the Implementation of the Productivity and Agricultural Sector Productivity Development Program in Cibingbin District was quite good, although there were still indicators that still needed improvements in its implementation. Factors influencing the Implementation of Productivity and Agricultural Sector Productivity Development Program in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency, namely: Environmental conditions, Relations between organizations, Resources for program implementation and Characteristics and female agent implementation. Efforts to improve the implementation of the Productivity and Agriculture Sector Productivity and Development Program in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency, include: a tiered revision of the policy mismatch, information dissemination in the form of socialization, holding a training or coaching gradually for PTT3 UPTD staff and then applied to farmer groups. through an intensification campaign, and maximizing existing facilities and proposing additional facilities to the central Government

Abstract

This research is aimed analyzing the problems of household waste management system in Sumedang regency, obstacles in the household waste management system, and efforts to overcome the obstacles of the household waste management system in Sumedang regency at Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan. The researcher used qualitative analysis based on descriptive method. The data were taken purposive sampling technique. Research informants by Waste Management and Gardening Division Head, Sanitation Services Section Head, Section Head of Waste Management Partnership and Development, Waste Management and Gardening Management Staff. The data were obtained through literature study and direct observation in the field. This study used Miles and Huberman’s theory with the steps: Reduction data, presentation data, Conclusion drawing/verification, and Triangulation. By using the methods above, it was found that the household waste management system is not good enought, because the soid waste management system is seen from the operationa technique to carry the transportation up to the finalstage in the landfill, the laws and reguations governing the clear waste management, inadequate activites in terms of institutional meeds of employees, the financing is still not enough and the participation of the people who are still less concerned about the waste. The obstacles in the household waste management include uneven service for all regions, lacked of staff, lack of facilities and infrastructure on waste management, the tools were broken, the cost of procurement of equipment is less, lack of maintenance costs, the people who throw garbage carelessly, dump location is very close to the residential.There were efforts to overcome these obstacles by expanding the service area, adding jobs, making good use of facilities and infrastructure, performing maintenance and quality tools, procurement of priority items, staff skills in repairing tools, repairing garbage dumps, maintaining cleanliness of dumps.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a data description of the factors that affect student achievement in MTs Negeri Jatinunggal Sumedang Regency. The research method used is descriptive with a variety of questionnaire methods, interviews, observations or observations, tests and documentation. Testing the formulation of hypotheses is done with two data collection techniques, namely: Secondary data collection techniques and primary data collection techniques (observation, interviews, documentation). Some of the findings from the results of this study are the student achievement in Mts Negeri Jatinunggal Sumedang Regency is low. The results of this study have implications for knowing the factors that influence student learning achievement, one of them is the teacher's awareness of the main tasks and functions, the ability to communicate and interact with students, the ability to adjust to all changes in the work environment is still inadequate, the quality and productivity of teacher work is still low and problems with facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain data and information on the Effect of Coordinating Regional Cooperation on the Effectiveness of Utilization of Regional Property in the Context of Increasing Regional Revenue in Sumedang Regency. In this article, what is discussed is about the coordination of regional cooperation, such as what is the effectiveness of the use of regional property and what kind of increase in local revenue in Sumedang Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method, with there are three variables, namely the Coordination of Regional Cooperation as an independent variable, the Effectiveness of Utilization of Regional Property as an intermediate variable, and the Increase in Regional Original Income as the dependent variable. The population in this study was 226 employees in the Regional Government of Sumedang Regency. The number of samples used is based on the Slovin formula with a minimum number of 69 people. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling with details of 4 Head of Divisions, 12 Head of Subdivisions, and 53 Implementers at the Regional Secretariat. Data collection techniques in this study were by distributing questionnaires containing various statements to respondents. The measuring instrument used in the form of 54 statements relating to three variables. The scale used is a Likert scale. The results of statistical calculations show that the level of Regional Cooperation Coordination is Good that is equal to 82.56, the level of Effectiveness of Utilization of Regional Property is Good which is equal to 81.05%, the level of Increasing Local Revenue is Good that is equal to 81.81%. The correlation between the Coordination of Regional Cooperation, the Effectiveness of Utilization of Regional Owned Goods and the Increase in Regional Original Revenues obtained 0.69 results. Based on research shows that the Coordination of Regional Cooperation (X) has a significant and positive effect on the Utilization of Regional Property (Y) in realizing the Increase of Regional Revenue in Sumedang Regency (Z) by 63.90%, while the rest (PYZÎ) 2 is 14.10% is influenced by other variables outside the variable Effectiveness of Utilization of Regional Property and Increased Local Revenue in Sumedang Regency which is not included in the model.

Abstract

The author's purpose in writing this article is to evaluate, look for obstacles and efforts to implement a web-based Information System in Sukatali Village that is able to present information so that it can be accessed via the internet. In this study, researchers used a method of collecting literature and field study data consisting of observations, and interviews in the sub-division of the Sukatali village staffing department. Administrators and central admins can find out employees who will be promoted, raise salaries periodically, and retire according to the period, do a promotion of Decree SK Promotion, Periodic Increase Salary Decree, and Pension Proposal automatically, which was previously done manually. Work Unit Admins can find out employees in their work units who move upward, raise periodic salaries and retire through the report module. Employees can pr int a curriculum vitae, Decree of Promotion, Decree on Increase of Salary Period and Pension Proposal owned. Based on the conclusions that have been put forward, several suggestions for further development can be proposed including the development of staffing information systems with the addition of leave modules, and transfer. Development of SIMPEG On Web with features of making SK that is customizable. Development of SIMPEG Sukatali Village that can be integrated with the State Personnel Agency (BKN).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems of supervision in the Sumedang Regency Department of Environment and Forestry Department, inhibiting factors in conducting surveillance, as well as efforts to overcome obstacles in conducting supervision in the Sumedang District Department of Environment and Forestry Department. The method used in the preparation of this research report is a qualitative research method (Naturalistic Setting) with descriptive type. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. With research informants: Head of Waste and Parks Management Division, Head of RTH Maintenance Section, Parks and Cemeteries, Staff I Section RTH Maintenance, Parks and Cemeteries, and Staff II RTH Maintenance Section, Parks and Cemeteries. Data collection techniques through secondary data collection techniques such as library studies and documentation. In analyzing the data used the Miles and Huberman models with the steps: Data reduction, Data presentation, Conclution Drawing / Verification, and Triangulation. Based on the research, it is found that in conducting supervision, determining standards is important because it is a guideline in measuring the level of effectiveness. The absence of guidelines clearly becomes an obstacle in the implementation of an activity, especially regarding activities within a government agency. There is an effort to minimize the absence of reference standards, namely by persuasive approaches to employees.
