Abstract

Seorang pemimpin organisasi harus mengerti dan wajib tahu seperti apa saja lingkungan kerja yang baik agar dapat membuat organisasinya berjalan denganbaik karyawan bekerja optimal sehingga produktifitas yang dihasilkannya tinggi dan bisa mempengaruhi pengembangan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap pengembangan organisasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan secara individu terhadap pengembangan organisasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja secara individu terhadap pengembangan organisasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis terhadap data yang telah diberi skor sesuai dengan skala pengukuran yang telah ditetapkan dengan menggunakan formula-formula statistik. Analisis yang digunakan terhadap data yang berwujud angka-angka. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan: (1) analisis statistic deskriptfi, (2) uji asumsi klasik, dan (3) analisis statistic inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan organisasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. (2) Gaya kepemimpinan secara individu mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan organisasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. (3) Lingkungan kerja secara individu mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan organisasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Abstract

Tax revenue from year to year since the enactment of Law Number 28 of 2007 concerning General Provisions and Tax Procedures, has not yet reached the maximum point in tax revenue. Understanding in accounting information and the level of compliance of corporate taxpayers is one of the factors that must be corrected immediately. 2 (two) criteria that can support the achievement of revenue targets, namely the Quality of Accounting Information and Compliance of Corporate Taxpayers. The research in this thesis aims to: (1) To simultaneously analyze the effect of the quality of accounting information and corporate taxpayer compliance on tax revenue, (2) To analyze the effect of the quality of accounting information on tax revenue, (3) To analyze the effect of Corporate Taxpayer compliance on tax revenue. The research in this thesis uses quantitative analysis methods using numerical data. While the data analysis technique uses: (1) validity and reliability tests, (2) classic-normality assumption test, (3) multiple regression assumption test. The results show that: (1) Quality of Accounting Information and Compliance of Corporate Taxpayers simultaneously affect Tax Revenue, (2) the quality of accounting information effect on tax revenue, (3) corporate taxpayer compliance effect on tax revenue

Abstract

Neptune is a one year educational hospitality training program institution which runs in the hospitality and work training sectors. As an hospitality and work training institution, all employees are required to be able to produce competent graduates who are ready for work. Moreover, nowadays, there are many new educational hospitality institutions in Indonesia, especially in East Java. If one institution is not be able to compete with its competitors, it will hardly struggle to produce competent graduates. As for the purpose of this research are : (1) To acknowledge if competence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence influences the performance of NEPTUNE Kediri's employees. (2) To acknowledge if competence influences the performance of NEPTUNE Kediri's employees. (3)To acknowledge if emotional intelligence influences the performance of NEPTUNE Kediri's employees. (4) To acknowledge if spiritual intelligence influences the performance of NEPTUNE Kediri's employees This research uses quantitative research. Population and sample of this research are all NEPTUNE's employees which is 33 in total. The technique uses in the sample taking is random sampling technique. The collected data are based on descriptively analyzed premier data and uses multiple linear regression analysis Based on the result of the analysis, can be concluded that : (1) Simultaneously (together with) competence , emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence have significant influences on the performance of NEPTUNE Kediri's employees . (2) Competence influences the performance of NEPTUNE Kediri's employees. (3) Emotional intelligence influences the performance of NEPTUNE Kediri's employees. (4) Spiritual intelligence influences the performance of NEPTUNE Kediri's employees From the results, then the researcher suggests that : (1) Neptune Kediri has to continue to observe how the employees perform and act, give service, impacts and effects, managerial ability, the power of thoughts or skill ability, personal effectiveness, several spiritual intelligence's points such as honesty, equity, self-awareness, focus on contribution, non dogmatic spiritual, openness is also has to be noticed to create good performance from the employees and to decline employees turnover. (2) The researcher is expected to expand this research because of the influences of the variables outside of the variable in this research.

Abstract

Employee engagement or employee attachment to the workplace needs to be deeply instilled because there is a sense of attachment to organizational members both physically, cognitively and emotionally, it is hoped that it can foster a sense of self-motivation in educators and create employee engagement in addition to the existence of a conducive school work climate which will also not be separated from the role of school leadership. This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously between leadership style and organizational work climate on employee engagement. This type of research is descriptive and verification research with a quantitative research approach. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of leadership style and organizational work climate on employee engagement of teachers of SMK Al Khoiriyah Tulungagung. Then the influence of leadership style and organizational work climate on teacher employee engagement was 74.2%. Then partially the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement of teachers at SMK Al Khoiriyah Tulungagung and partially the organizational work climate has a positive and significant effect on teacher employee engagement at SMK Al Khoiriyah Tulungagung.

Abstract

Tax revenue is currently one of the largest sources of state revenue, accounting for 80% of the state budget. The taxation system will not work without the role of tax service office employees in serving taxpayers. Therefore, the performance of the tax service office employees must be improved. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work stress and work discipline on the performance of the Tulungagung Pratama Tax Office employees. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting questionnaire data and taking a population of all employees with the status of State Civil Servants of KPP Pratama Tulungagung as many as 93 people. Data analysis used SPSS Version 25 application in the form of Multiple Linear Regression Equation Analysis. Based on the research results, compensation and discipline have no significant effect on employee performance and work stress has a significant effect on the performance of the Tulungagung Pratama Tax Office employees. Simultaneously, compensation, work stress and discipline have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Tulungagung Pratama Tax Office.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of website quality on student satisfaction and loyalty at the Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Kadiri (STMIK Kadiri). This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to STMIK Kadiri students who are still active, totaling 120 people from 2017 to 2019. The analysis technique uses path analysis and hypothesis testing. For data processing using the program Eviews and IBM SPSS statistics.

Abstract

The organization is a social unit that is consciously coordinated with a relatively identifiable boundary, works continuously to achieve goals, the success of the organization depends on the ability of employees to operate work units contained in the organization. If an organization is able to achieve its goals, it can be said that the organization is effective. This study aims: (1) To find out and analyze workload and competence simultaneously affect the performance of the Tulungagung Regency Spatial Planning Public Works Department. (2) To find out and analyze the workload partially affect the performance of the Tulungagung Regency Spatial Planning Public Works Department. (3) To find out and analyze competencies partially affect the performance of the Public Spatial Planning Department's staff in Tulungagung Regency. This study uses a quantitative analysis method, namely analysis of data that has been given a score in accordance with a predetermined measurement scale using statistical formulas. The analysis used is data in the form of numbers. While technical data analysis uses: (1) reliability test, (2) validity test, and (3) multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) The effect of workload and competence influential simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the staff of the Public Spatial Planning Office of Tulungagung Regency. (2) The effect of workload partially has a significant effect on the performance of the Tulungagung Regency Spatial Planning Public Works Department. (3) The effect of work competence is partially influential which has a significant effect on the performance of the Tulungagung Regency Spatial Planning Public Works Department.

Abstract

Leadership is a process of influence in determining organizational goals, motivating followers' behavior to achieve goals, influencing to improve the group and its culture. This study aims to: (1) Analyze the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the Tulungagung Regional Development Planning Board. (2) Analyze the effect of transformational leadership partially on employee performance in the Regional Development Planning Board of Tulungagung Regency. (3) Analyze the effect of work motivation partially on employee performance in the Regional Development Planning Board of Tulungagung Regency. (4) Analyze transformational leadership variables and which work motivation variables are most dominant on employee performance at the Tulungagung Regional Development Planning Agency. This study uses a quantitative analysis method which is an analysis used on data in the form of numbers. Whereas technical data analysis uses: 1) validity and reliability test, (2) classic assumption-normality test, and (3) multiple regression assumption test. The results showed that: (1) The effect of transformational leadership and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at the Tulungagung Regional Development Planning Agency. (2) The effect of individual transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance partially at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Tulungagung Regency. (3) The effect of work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance in the Regional Development Planning Board of Tulungagung Regency. (4) Transformational leadership variables have the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Tulungagung Regency.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi dalam melaksanakan program yang diarahkan selalu berdaya guna untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan adalah meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Kediri. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Kediri yang berjumlah 33 orang, dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling total dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan sebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data dari penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Kediri dengan besarnya pengaruh dari ketiga variabel bebas tersebut sebesar 85,8%, (2) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Kediri dengan besarnya pengaruh 20,6%, (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Kediri dengan besarnya pengaruh 60,5%, dan (4) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Kediri dengan besarnya pengaruh 22,2%.

Abstract

Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kebersihan dan Pertamanan (DLHKP) Kota Kediri membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang handal untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Setelah memahami pentingnya sumber daya manusia sebagai penggerak organisasi, maka organisasi harus mampu menata, memanfaatkan, dan memberdayakan sedemikian rupa sehingga sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi dapat dioptimalkan. Untuk itulah kinerja karyawan lebih ditekankan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja dan insentif secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Lingkungan, Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Kediri (DLHKP) dengan 75 responden sebagai responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan uji t dan uji F untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja dan insentif menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Kediri (DLHKP) baik secara terpisah maupun simultan. Kontribusi efektif keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja dan insentif sebesar 51,6% terhadap kinerja karyawan
