Abstract

This study aims to analyze the remuneration and work discipline of employees' performance in controlling illegal cigarettes (a study at the Customs and Excise Office of Customs and Excise Control and Exice Type Sidoarjo) partially and simultaneously. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of KPPBC TMP B Sidoarjo. data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence on the variables (remuneration and work discipline) on employee performance with a significance value below 0,05, namely 0,000 < 0,05. work discipline has significant effect on employee performance with a significant value below 0,05, namely 0,003 < 0,05. in the determination test there is an effect of 60,7% of the independent variable on the dependent variable. while 39,3% are influenced by other variables and are not included in this regression analysis, such as job satisfaction, leadership style, training and others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh suku bunga kredit yang Bank Jatim cabang Ponorogo. (2) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan kredit terhadap nasabah Bank Jatim cabang Ponorog. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah yang mengambil kredit di Bank Jatim Ponorogo 100 sampel. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian uji validitas berpengaruh positif suku bunga kredit yang Bank Jatim cabang Ponorogo dengan nilai Rtabel 100 responden = 0.1654. Pearson coreelation > rtabel maka valid. Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit di Bank Jatim dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar analisis regresi dengan Nilai sig > 0.05 maka tidak ada masalah heteroskedastisitas. Nilai sig > 0.05 maka tidak ada masalah heteroskedastisitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of digital Banking Jconnect at Bank Jatim Kediri Branch. Supporting and inhibiting factors in the effective use of Jconnect digital banking services at Bank Jatim Kediri branch. The Systematic Literature Review method is used to find answers to these research questions by searching for studies that use digital Jconnect online banking services and conducting narrative synthesis of these findings. The level of effectiveness of the Jconnect service system is known from indicators of customer understanding, right on target, on time, achieving goals and real changes.

Abstract

The purpose of the study : (1) analyze the effect of employee performance and public service quality on community satisfaction at the PATEN unit, Campurdarat District, Tulungagung Regency; (2) analyzing the effect of employee performance on community satisfaction in the PATEN unit, Campurdarat District, Tulungagung Regency; (3) analyzing the effect of public service quality on community satisfaction in the PATEN unit, Campurdarat District, Tulungagung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. While the method of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS computer program. The results of the study: (1) the first hypothesis is accepted, that community satisfaction is influenced by employee performance and the quality of public services at the PATEN unit, Campurdarat District, Tulungagung Regency: (2) the second hypothesis is accepted, that community satisfaction is influenced by employee performance at the PATEN unit, Campurdarat District, Tulungagung Regency ; (3) the third hypothesis is accepted, that community satisfaction is influenced by the quality of public services at the PATEN unit, Campurdarat sub-district, Tulungagung Regency.

Abstract

The increasing need for life causes people to make multipurpose credit as an alternative choice in dealing with this. This of course causes the banking world to offer various facilities for the public in accessing this matter, Bank Jatim is no exception. Bamk Jatim as BPD offers various facilities for the public in accessing its products, including multipurpose loans. This is the basis for researchers to find out that Bank Jatim creates product attributes so that it can compete and survive until now. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction, the effect of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty, analyze the effect of consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Jatim bank in the marketing area of ​​the city of Kediri. The sampling method is the non-probability sampling method with the provision of samples that must be carried out by East Java bank consumers who borrow at least 2 times and when the respondents are carried out using Wibisono (2003) calculations and obtained the number of respondents as many as 96 people. In this study, the primary data collection method was obtained through interviews using questionnaires and documentation. Secondary data collection is obtained through documentation by recording documents obtained from relevant agencies related to research purposes and collecting data from related literature or libraries. The data analysis method used in this study is path analysis, which is to see the path of influence that occurs between the variabels of consumer satisfaction and brand image on consumer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The results showed that product quality and brand image had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction by 10.76% and 14.75%, respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali potensi dan menciptakan strategi untuk menjadikan masyarakat Kelurahan Ngronggo menjadi masyarakat yang dapat mengembangkan kreatifitas dan independen serta menambah nilai ekonomi dengan cara menciptakan BUSMAS (Badan Usaha Swadaya Masyarakat) dengan konsep Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam penunjang Kampung Keren. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan Kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melaui Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dengan berbagai usulan warga mengenai kampung keren, Kelurahan selaku mentor dan fasilitator menerapkan konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan menciptakan BUSMAS (Badan Usaha Swadaya Masyarakat) di dalam Sport Art Center penunjang Kampung Keren yang bertujuan agar masyarakat Kelurahan Ngronggo menjadi lebih produktif, kreatif dan independent yang nantinya dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja sendiri. Dari sini dengan adanya Sport Art Center sebagai penunjang Kampung Keren di buatlah strategi untuk menarik minat pengunjung atau penyewa dengan kriteria Something to see (ada sesuatu untuk di lihat atau di nikmati), Something to do (ada sesuatu untuk dilakukan), Something to buy (ada sesuatu untuk di beli). Yang mana di dalamnya di konsep terdapat pendopo kesenian, galeri seni, pojok UMKM, jogging track, lapangan bola, dan taman bermain untuk anak – anak.

Abstract

The process of community empowerment is an effort to help the community to develop their abilities independently. Through the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model as a guide in community empowerment based on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Ngronggo Village. This model is carried out to find out the process of community empowerment in MSME activities in the Ngronggo Village which aims to optimize the welfare of the perpetrators. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research, namely: Ngronggo Village participates in assisting the community starting from exploring the potential of MSMEs, mapping community characteristics, determining strategies for optimizing production processes, marketing, building networks and coordination with relevant stakeholders as well as appropriate and complete permits needed for the products produced and evaluate the implementation on a regular basis together with the Kelurahan Social Institution. The development and capacity building of each element involved in the MSME sector is carried out continuously by participating in training and efforts to acquire capital for business development

Abstract

The development of technology progress can change the human perspective in society, to balance that, the term electronic-based government appears or in other words name (e-government). The governments who are aware the benefits of implementing e-government can support the realization of good governance. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of e-government in Ngronggo Village, Kecamatan Kota, Kota Kediri and to find out e-government optimization strategies to realize good governance in Ngronggo Village, Kecamatan Kota, Kota Kediri. This research was qualitative research which in a case study. The data collection methods used were interviews and focus group discussions (FGD). The data analysis methods used were reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this research showed that implementation of e-government has been carried out in step by step until now. In the application of e-government, there were supporting factors liked the leadership authority who had a great influence in provide services as well and the other factors was technology expertise and technology infrastructure, and the resistor factors liked resources that were less able to used technology. Good governance in the City of Kediri is now starting to show the results, but there are still some of obstacles that must be evaluated and updated on an ongoing basis

Abstract

The purposes of this research are: (a) To describe whether motivation has a positive and significant influence on the organizational commitment of the employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Blitar City; (b) To analyze whether organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on the organizational commitment of employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Blitar City; (c) To analyze whether organizational culture and motivation together have a positive and significant influence on the organizational commitment of the employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Blitar City; (d) To find out which variables of organizational culture and motivation have a dominant influence on organizational commitment of employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Blitar City. This study was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate of Blitar City with 34 employees as respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a purpossive sampling mechanism as a data collection technique. The research data was obtained by using questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with F test and t test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that, with the fulfillment of validity, reliability and classical assumption test, the hypothesis t test proved that organizational culture and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment with an effective contribution of 66.90%. The F test hypothesis proves that together, the multiple regression model strengthens the correlational relationship between organizational culture and motivation to organizational commitment.

Abstract

Human resources are the main pillar in determining the success of an organization's plans and goals so that policies are needed to regulate existing human resources to produce optimal performance to achieve the tasks, functions, vision and mission of the organization, including by doing job rotation. During the Covid-19 pandemic it was not an obstacle in increasing employee performance but an opportunity so that it could provide policy changes that could improve employee performance by taking advantage of the momentum of the Covid-19 pandemic and advances in technology, one of the policies being implemented was implementing flexible work arrangements. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of flexible work arrangements, job rotation, flexible work arrangements and job rotation on employee performance at KPPBC TMC Kediri. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and data processing using SPSS. From the results of the study it was concluded that flexible working arrangements, work rotation, flexible working arrangements and work rotation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of KPPBC TMC Kediri employees
