The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Madiun Regency Government simultaneously and partially. The population and sample in this study were 53 employees who worked in the general section of the Madiun Regency Regional Secretariat. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) There was a simultaneous influence between the variables of Training and Motivation on the Performance variable in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Madiun Regency Government; (2) There is no influence between the Training variable on the Performance variable in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Madiun Regency Government; (3) There is an influence between the Motivation variable on the Performance variable in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Madiun Regency Government.

One of the roles of human resources is reflected in the duties of the government apparatus (ASN) in various aspects in this pandemic era becoming more complex due to the demands of changing times and new work patterns. The purpose of this study was to analyze competence, individual character, work ethic and communication on work effectiveness through the organizational climate during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research in the form of explanatory research with causality. The population of this research is the entire apparatus of the General Section of Blitar Regency, totaling 37 employees. Sampling in this study was carried out with saturated samples or called total sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is path analysis which is assisted by using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of the research carried out are related to competence, individual character, work ethic and communication on work effectiveness through the organizational climate during the covid-19 pandemic, it can be concluded that there are 2 The hypothesis that has no effect is work ethic on work effectiveness through organizational climate and work ethic on work effectiveness variables.

The realization of organizational commitment becomes a problem in achieving organizational goals. The failure to realize organizational commitment is caused by the leadership never evaluating the results that have been achieved and the commitments made are not based on a clear consensus, and even though there is a consensus it is not implemented consistently and brings consequences as a result. an organizational culture. Researchers chose research at SMK Pawyatan Daha 3 Kediri because as an organization or educational institution that is starting to grow and develop and try to maintain its existence in the midst of competition between organizations. By experiencing two periods of leadership and having a strong organizational culture. Based on the above background, researchers are interested in conducting research with the title "The Effect of Transformational and Transactional Leadership Styles on Organizational Commitment with Organizational Culture as an Intervening Variable at SMK Pawyatan Daha 3 Kediri. This study aims to examine and prove the effect of Transformational and Transactional Leadership Styles on Organizational Commitment with Organizational Culture as an Intervening Variable at SMK Pawyatan Daha 3 Kediri. With a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques (parh analysis) using questionnaire data, with a sample of 66 respondents. In the data analysis, path analysis hypothesis tests were carried out with multiple linear analysis, classical assumptions and intervening tests. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis stated that the transformational and transactional leadership style variables had a simultaneous effect on organizational commitment. The transformational leadership style variable has a partial effect on organizational commitment. transactional variables have no partial effect on organizational commitment. transformational and transactional leadership style variables have a simultaneous effect on organizational culture. The transformational leadership style variable has a partial effect on organizational culture. transactional variables have no partial effect on organizational culture. organizational culture variables have a simultaneous effect on organizational commitment. The transformational leadership style variable has no effect on organizational commitment with organizational culture as the intervening variable and the transactional leadership style variable affects organizational commitment with organizational culture as the intervening variable.

Manajemen laba adalah upaya intervensi penyusunan laporan keuangan oleh pihak manajemen perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk menguntungkan pihak perusahaan. Manajemen laba dilakukan dengan menambah atau mengurangi laba periode berjalan tanpa menambah atau mengurangi laba ekonomi jangka panjang perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh pada manajemen laba PT Sinar Kediri Sakti selama tahun 2019-2021. Adapun variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah penjualan, biaya dan perencanaan pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel melalui data laporan keuangan selama 3 tahun (2019-2021). Pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS dan variabel dihitung dengan rumus yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel penjualan dan biaya berpengaruh negatif terhadap manajemen laba PT Sinar Kediri Sakti, sedangkan variabel perencanaan pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen laba PT Sinar Kediri Sakti. Variabel penjualan, biaya dan perencanan pajak secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba PT Sinar Kediri Sakti.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence service performance at KPPBC Type Madya Excise Kediri, measured by the variables of Bureaucratic Reform Implementation, Transformational Leadership, Training and Employee Competence on Service Performance. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to employees of the Kediri Excise Office of Intermediate Type KPPBC, either directly or indirectly. The sample used was 84 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The results of this analysis indicate that the variables, Transformational Leadership, Training and Competence of Employees have a positive and significant effect on Service Performance at KPPBC Intermediate Types of Excise, Kediri, Implementation of Bureaucratic Reform has no positive and significant effect on Service Performance at KPPBC Type Madya Excise Kediri.

This research is a research conducted by analyzing the Cash Flow Statement on the liquidity of the company PT Kimia Farma Tbk., by using the cash flow ratio of liquidity. The purpose of conducting this research is to analyze and describe cash flow statements on company liquidity at Kimia Farma Tbk. In 2020-2021. The results of this study are: (1) The ratio of operating cash flows in 2020 and 2021 is below 1, indicating that the company is not yet good where the company has not been able to pay its current obligations (2) The capital expenditure ratio in companies in 2020 and 2021 is the result in 2020 the company will experience difficulties in financing its capital expenditures, while in 2021 the company will be able to finance its capital expenditures (3) The total debt ratio of companies from 2020 to 2021 has decreased. This shows that the condition or performance of the company is not good, where the company has a poor ability to pay all its obligations (4) The ratio of Cash Coverage to Current Debt in companies in 2020 and 2021 companies seen at this ratio are in unfavorable conditions, where the company is unable to finance capital expenditures from the company's cash flow on investment. (5) The company's cash to interest coverage ratio in 2020 has yielded more than 1 time, indicating that the company's ability to pay interest on liabilities is good, while in 2021 it has yielded less than 1 time, indicating that the company's ability to pay interest on low liability. (6) The Fund Flow Coverage Ratio for companies in 2020 and 2021 results in the calculation of the ratio being more than 1 time. This shows that the company's profit every year tends to increase and is well proportional to the amount of the company's liabilities.

Kinerja organisasi publik, khususnya Bea dan Cukai dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain learning organization budaya organisasi, dan sistem pengukuran kinerja, serta menggunakan kinerja pegawai sebagai variable mediasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh learning, budaya organisasi dan sistem pengukuran kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di Bea Cukai Kediri, dengan membagikan kuesioner penelitian ke 80 orang pegawai KPPBC TMC Kediri sebagai responden. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengolahan data membuktikan bahwa indikator variabel telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta model memenuhi kriteria goodness of fit. Berdasarkan sepuluh hipotesis yang diuji, tiga hipotesis diterima dan tujuh hipotesis ditolak. Budaya organisasi dan sistem pengukuran kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, tetapi tidak ditemukan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Learning Organization memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, tetapi tidak ditemukan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Kinerja pegawai tidak terbukti memediasi pengaruh learning organization budaya organisasi,dan sistem pengukuran kinerja terhadap kinerja organisasi. Kata Kunci: Learning Organization; Budaya Organisasi; Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja;Kinerja Pegawai; Kinerja Organisasi.

For local and foreign investors, the capital market has become an attractive investment destination. The greater the interest of investors to invest in the capital market, the greater the buying and selling activity in the capital market, which can indicate that various business activities are running well. Making a decision to invest in the capital market does not only consider the fundamental aspects, but also considers the psychological aspects of investors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of overconfidence, risk tolerance and self-efficacy on investment decisions in the capital market. The population in this study is the z generation who are in the province of West Java, based on the slovin formula, a sample of 100 respondents is obtained. Sampling method using accidental sampling technique. Analysis method with the help of SmartPLS. The calculation results show that overconfidence has an effect on investment decisions in the capital market with a t-statistic value of 6.039, risk tolerance has an effect on investment decisions in the capital market with a t-statistic value of 3.586 and self-efficacy has an effect on investment decisions on the capital market with a t-statistic value of 2.330.

This research was conducted at Sekayu Regional General Hospital. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The method used in this study was a saturated sample of 70 non-medical employee respondents and used data analysis in the form of data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, hypothesis testing. The purpose of this study was to find out (1) How does job training affect the performance of non-medical employees at Sekayu General Hospital. (2) How does the influence of career development on the performance of non-medical employees of Sekayu General Hospital. (3) What is the effect of job training and career development on the performance of non-medical employees at Sekayu Hospital. The results of the t-test data processing show that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig. 0.039 <0.05 and from tcount > ttable or (2.107 > 1.667). Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig. 0.036 <0.05 and from tcount > ttable or (2.145 > 1.667). Based on the F test, job training and career development have a positive and significant effect with a sig. 0.002 <0.05 and from Fcount > Ftable or (6.941 > 3.130). Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the equation is Y = 9.007 + 0.175 X1 + 0.207 X2 + 2.427.

This research is motivated by the high public interest in loans by providing credit interest discounts and One Day Service services for ASN credit decision making at Bank Jatim. Kediri Branch is one of the financial institutions that focuses on distributing ASN credit. This study aims to determine the effect of discount on credit interest, One Day Service and on credit decisions at Bank Jatim Kediri. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents credit customers at Bank Jatim. The results showed that the discount on credit interest on ASN credit decision making at Bank Jatim Kediri Branch had a positive and significant effect on credit decision making.
