Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the conditions of MSMEs which are getting tighter from time to time, so that every MSME must create a new marketing strategy in order to maintain and gain a large market share. Problem formulation from theses are: 1) Does the marketing mix have a direct effect on increasing sales of Bandar Ikat Weaving SMEs in Kediri City? 2)Does brand image have a significant effect on the existence of Bandar Ikat Weaving SMEs in Kediri City? The method of data collection was carried out through a questionnaire which distributed to gold medal ikat customers who have made more than two purchases. The sample taken is 55 respondents, the data obtained are then processed using tools IBM SPSS 21 and analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability tests, correlation analysis, testing The hypothesis includes classical assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: 1) Based on the t test The marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales of MSMEs Weaving Gold Medals. This indicates that the better the marketing mix carried out by MSMEs will further increase Sales Increase. 2) Based on test t Brand image has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales. This indicates that the better the level of brand image owned, it does not improve student decisions using benefit . 3) Based on test F Marketing mix and brand image together have an effect on Increased sales of gold medal ikat weaving. So that the weaving of the Mas medal can maintain its existence.

Abstract

In carrying out operational activities, the administration section needs to be supported by good archival management, because it can assist employees in managing data, maintenance activities, and others, to improve the quality of administrative services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of archives management and the quality of human resources on the quality of administrative services. This research used quantitative method. This research was conducted at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The sampling technique used Non-Probability Sampling. The number of samples used 62 education staff/respondents. Data comes from questionnaires. Data analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that there is an effect of archival management and the quality of human resources on the quality of administrative services at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The magnitude of the partial influence of archival management on (r) is indicated by a Beta of 0.315 (31.5%) with a t count of 2.890 and sig. of 0.005 (significance at the 1% level), the hypothesis which states that there is an influence of records management on the quality of administrative services is acceptable. Furthermore, the magnitude of the partial influence of the quality of human resources on (r) is indicated by a Beta of 0.434 (43.4%) with a t count of 3.978 and sig. of 0.000 (significance at the 1% level), the hypothesis stating that there is an effect of the quality of human resources on the quality of administrative services is acceptable.

Abstract

Service companies have intangible product characteristics, so that servicescape is used by consumers to evaluate services objectively. Consumer evaluation of servicescape can create customer satisfaction which in turn can become loyalty. This research aims toanalyze the effect of servicescape on loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The servicescape dimensions in this study include aesthetics, comfort, cleanliness and layout. The object of this research is Bank Jatim Trenggalek Branch. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire that was collected directly. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 100. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the maximum likelihood estimation method was used to analyze the research data. Servicescape is proven to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction which is significant on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction proven to have a mediating role between servicescape and perceived service quality.

Abstract

Keberhasilan kinerja seorang pegawai dalam suatu bidang pekerjaan di tentukan oleh beberapa faktor seperti motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan (exsplanatory research) dengan teknik analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai kecamatan campurdarat kabupaten Tulungagung.Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling, semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel.Dari analisis stastistik dengan bantuan spss versi 21, bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bukti empiris bahwa motivasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh pada kinerja. Sehingga motivasi dan komitmen organisasi adalah hal yang sangat penting diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis realisasi kredit properti di Bank Jatim Cabang Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bank Jatim Cabang Kediri menyalurkan menyalurkan realisasi kredit properti. Dimana hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran kredit properti yang berfluktuasi dari tahun ke tahun dengan penyaluran kredit investasi mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan di IAIN Kediri”. Metode penelitian ini berjenis penelitian asosiatif dan menggunakan instrument kuesioner. Jumlah populasi dan sampel penelitian ini sebesar 52 responden dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, Terdapat pengaruh positif Kompetensi (X1) terhadap Kinerja (Y) yaitu, Y=15,594+0,585X1. “Terdapat pengaruh positif Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja (Y)” yaitu, Y=12,397+0,712X2. “Terdapat pengaruh positif Lingkungan Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja (Y)” yaitu, Y=11,924+0,713X3. “Terdapat pengaruh positif Kompetensi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja (Y)”, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil persamaan regresi berganda adalah Y = 2,203 + 0,109(X1) + 0,428(X2) + 0,510(X3).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove the partial effect of each variable of information technology and knowledge sharing on the performance of KSP Bhina ​​Raharja Kragan Branch employees. The research population is KSP Bhina ​​employees, totaling 58 people. The test results show that information technology has no significant positive effect on employee performance, while knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the determination test showed an adjusted R square value of 0.210, meaning that the independent variables in this study, namely information technology and knowledge sharing, were only able to explain the dependent variable, namely employee performance by 21%, while 79% was explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work evaluation on motivation., the influence of work compensation on performance motivation, the influence of workload on performance motivation, analyzing the influence of motivation on performance. The influence of work evaluation, work compensation and workload through work motivation influences the performance of KPP Pratama Pare employees. This type of research is quantitative, with the results of the analysis showing that the performance evaluation variable has a significant effect on the work motivation of the Pratama Pare Tax Office employees. This can be interpreted as if the performance evaluation is good, then the performance of the Pare Pratama Tax Office employees will increase. The research sample used in the research was 50 employees of the Pratama Pare Tax Office using path analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutasi pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kanttor Pajak Pratama Pare. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik non–probability sampling yaitu: sampling kuota dengan jumlah lima puluh responden yang merupakan pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pare. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan semua hipotesis diterima, dimana mutasi karyawan dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif baik secara langsung, maupun tidak langsung yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pare. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa mutasi pegawai dan lingkungan kerja pegawai Kantor Pajak Pelayanan Pratama Pare berpengaruh positif yang berarti semakin baik mutasi karyawan dan lingkungan kerja maka akan berdampak pada semakin baik kinerja karyawan didalam organisasi.

Abstract

One of the keys to a company's success in facing obstacles and global business competition is principlesGood Corporate Governance. Good Corporate Governance is one of the most important elements in improving economic efficiency efforts which includes a whole series of relationships between company management, board of directors, board of commissioners,stakeholder, and other shareholders. In general, there are many things that influence company performance, both in terms of monitoring by the board of commissioners, monitoring by the audit committee on company performance or company ownership which creates investor confidence in the company. The aim of this research is to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of board of commissioners, audit committee and managerial ownership variables on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the IDX 2017-2021. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data with the data source being secondary data. Samples were selected using the methodpurposive sampling which was based on certain criteria, 21 companies were selected as samples so that the total data studied was 105 data from 2017-2021. This research technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Partially, this research states that the independent board of commissioners has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. The audit committee does not have a significant effect on financial performance. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. The independent board of commissioners, audit committee and managerial ownership simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. In the determination test, it was found that 2.6% of the independent board of commissioners, audit committee and managerial ownership had an influence on financial performance, while 97.4% was influenced by other factors outside the independent variables of this research.
