Abstract

Pada era ekonomi global diperlukan adanya terobosan baru dalam strategi pemasaran setiap perusahaan tidak hanya mengandalkan penjualan secara langsung antara produsen dengan konsumen melainkan dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dan perkembangan jasa-jasa (E-Commerce). Untuk mendapat peningkatan penjualan yang baik diperlukan strategi pemasaran dengan tujuan guna mengetahui hubungan strategi pemasaran pada peningkatan penjualan serta seberapa besar tingkat pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan penjualan yang dilakukan Bank Jatim Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 100 sampel yang potensial melakukan kerjasama dengan Bank Jatim Keidiri sebagai popolasi dan sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah proses pengolahan data dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh strategi pemasaran terhadap peningkatan penjualan sebesar Maka, dihasilkan penghitungan Rtabel 100 responden = 0.1654 Pearson coreelation > rtabel maka valid. penghitungan reliabilitas adalah >0.6 reable yang artinya reliabilitas tinggi tentang penjualan kredit.

Abstract

The success of development in the Government, Civil Servants (ASN) plays determining role factor. The ability to have an intention, reasons, and rationality make these elements control the other factors such as Human Resources, Capital, Infrastructure, Social, and etc. Therefore, ASN is required to have integrity and professionalism that will have a positive impact on the achievement of performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of personality, lifestyle, and compensation on the performance of ASN employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Tulungagung Regency. The research object was 59 Civil Servants at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Tulungagung Regency. Simultaneously we found a positive and significant influence of Personality, Lifestyle, and Compensation factors on Employee Performance. When partially testing, we also found that these factors had the same result. The study concluded that ASN who have a high level of creativity and curiosity, have an interest and a positive outlook on work, and receive appropriate allowances and facilities have an impact on performance achievement.

Abstract

This research aims to : (1) Analyze the variables of Human Resources Competency, Quality of Work Life, and Incentive which influence simultaneously to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease in Tulungagung Regency, (2) Analyze Human Resources variable which influences partially to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency, (3) Analyze the quality of work life variable which influences partially to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency, (4) Analyze incentive variable which influences partially to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency. This research uses quantitative approach. The data are collected in the form of questionnaire where variables descriptions have been scored by using the measurement scale based on the established statistical formulas. The research samples were obtained by using total sampling technique. The analysis is done to the numeric data. Meanwhile, the data analysis method is done by using descriptive statistic analysis and inferential statistic analysis by utilizing computer program namely SPSS. The result of this research shows : (1) Human Resources Competency, Quality of Work Life, and Incentive have influence towards the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency, (2) Human Resources Competency does not have influence to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency, (3) Quality of Work Life does not have influence to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency, (4) Incentive has a influence to the Target of Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination in Tulungagung Regency.

Abstract

Human resources are seen as having an increasingly large role for the success of an organization, although at this time the rapid development of technology also affects the progress and success of a company (Anwar, 2021). OCB is a term used to identify employee behavior. The achievement of job satisfaction and OCB in employees are two aspects that are highly expected by the organization. Organizations that are able to make their employees have job satisfaction will produce employees who show a positive attitude towards their work. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can arise from various factors in the organization, one of which is the existence of high organizational commitment from employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on Performance Through Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior as Intervening Variables (Case Study of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Unit V). Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Unit V, either directly or indirectly. The population used is 115 employees consisting of four age groups, namely under 25 years, 25 years to 37 years, 38 years to 50 years, and above 50 years. Data analysis in this study used inferential data analysis, measurement model (outer model), structural model (inner model), descriptive statistical analysis model, path analysis method, hypothesis testing, mediation testing, and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk., Organizational culture is able to increase the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk., organizational culture has an influence on OCB, organizational commitment is not able to improve the performance of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk., OCB acts as a partial mediation on employee performance, and organizational commitment does not act as a mediation on employee performance at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Units V.

Abstract

Patient safety is a component of health facilities quality indicators. Implementing a patient safety culture has challenges. Implementation of safety culture is influenced by behavioral and environmental attitudes. Implementation patient safety in RSGM isn’t optimal, so it’s necessary to perform research: Effect of Environment and Leadership of Director on Patient Safety Culture in RSGM IIK Bhakta. Research is quantitative. Information obtained of numbers processed using SPSS statistical analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis technique with variables of environment, leadership, and patient safety culture. Hypothesis with T-test to determine the effect environment and leadership on patient safety culture. The results: environment and leadership had a positive and significant effect on patient safety culture. Results the regression coefficient (R) of 0.743 and coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.552. Results of F-test a significant level of 0,000 <0,05. Concluded, the environment and leadership Director simultaneously a positive and significant effect on patient safety culture in RSGM IIK Bhakta. It’s because a conducive work environment makes employees work optimally and the director leadership effectively influences and controls employees to achieve patient safety.

Abstract

The BKD (Regional Personnel Agency) of Blitar City in an efforting to continue the attention to and in granting employee rights, especially with regard to work leave, has implemented an application model called E-Leave. The research objectives were set: (a) To determine the effect of work leave on the work productivity of the Regional Personnel Agency of Blitar City, (b) To determine the effect of work motivation on the work productivity of the Regional Personnel Agency of Blitar City, (c) To determine the effect of simultaneous leave from work. and work motivation on work productivity of Blitar City Regional Personnel Agency employees. The object of this research is the Regional Personnel Agency of Blitar City. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained by using questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with t test and F test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that work leave had a positive and significant direct effect on the Work Productivity of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Blitar City, Work Motivation had a positive and significant direct effect on the Work Productivity of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Blitar City, Work Leave and Work Motivation had a positive and significant direct effect on Productivity. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and competence of human resources on the administrators assets performance management simultaneously or partially. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sampling of this study used the entire population of employees who received the task of inventorying and compiling reports of Regional Property in the amount of 50 (fifty) respondents from all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). The results of this study show that partially the variables of Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and HR Competence (X3) significant and positive influence. There fore show the simultant can get positive influence and significant between independent variable human resource and leadership type together (simultant) for dependent variable employee performance.The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression obtained the result of a regression coefficient (R) of 0.689 and a coefficient of determination value (R2) of 0.475.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan dan persaingan dalam dunia kerja, membuat pegawai menghadapi tantangan yang menuntut Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegaawai antara lain kepemimpinan sebagai tanggung jwab pemimpin menggerakan bawahan sesuai dengan kemampuan pegawai dan mutasi untuk menciptakan keseimbangan tenaga kerja dengan komposisi pekerjaan/ jabatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa kepemimpinan dan mutasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di kecamatan Campurdarat dan kec. Tanggunggunung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah pegawai kecamatan Campurdarat dan kecamatan Tanggunggunung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian secara parsial menunjukan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan mutasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The managerial ability of the principal is very necessary in the learning process among planning, organizing, driving, and supervising. That ability is to prepare teachers in carrying out a better learning performance process. In addition, that ability is also to find out and explore the independence of students in learning while still being guided by the vision, mission, and educational goals that have been formulated. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's managerial ability and teacher performance on the learning independence of students in the implementation of PTMT during the Covid-19 pandemic in MTs. Negeri 2 Kediri either simultaneously and also partially. The instrument used is a questionnaire which related to the managerial ability of the principal, teacher performance, and student learning independence. The instrument was analyzed using the SPSS application to find the relationship between variables related to data quality tests, prerequisite tests for linear regression analysis, and analysis of research hypothesis testing. The results stated that there was a significant simultaneous and partially effect between the managerial ability of the principal, and the teacher's performance on the learning independence of students in the implementation of PTMT pandemic at MTs. Negeri 2 Kediri.

Abstract

Competition between businesses that are increasingly intense, requires every company to be able to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR). Performance is still a concern for organizational and company stakeholders, because performance is the output displayed by each employee. One of the factors that affect the performance of an employee is the provision of incentives. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of providing incentives for jobholders on performance, to analyze the effect of providing incentives for PKWT employees on performance, and to analyze the effect of differences in the provision of incentives for permanent employees and PKWT. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Bukit Dhoho Indah Kediri, either directly or indirectly. The population used is 23 jobholders and 27 PKWT employees at PT. Bukit Dhoho Indah. The methods used to collect data are the documentation method and the questionnaire method. Data analysis in this study used simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 2.0. Testing of instrument data includes validity test, reliability test, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the provision of incentives has a significant effect on jobholders and PKWT employees, and the results of the t-test analysis show that PKWT employees have a value of 0.681 greater than jobholders with a t-test value of 0.478.
