Abstract

Absorption of local government budgets is the accumulation of budget absorption carried out by each Institution, and can be one of the indicators in assessing the financial management performance of a region, because through the level of budget absorption it can be seen the description or performance and capabilities of a region. The region implements and is responsible for every planned activity. Budget absorption in Kediri Regency during the 2016 - 2020 period reached the range of 81.68% - 88.79%. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that are considered dominant in influencing budget absorption in Kediri Regency, namely budget planning and implementation, human resources, procurement of goods and services, and the bureaucratic environment. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the form of questionnaires were distributed based on purposive random sampling to 15 institutions with the largest budget in Kediri Regency. The research method used is quantitative using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This study uses 5 (five) independent variables, namely budget planning (X1), budget execution (X2), human resources (X3), procurement of goods and services (X4), bureaucratic environment (X5), and 1 (one) dependent variable. . variable. namely budget absorption (Y). The results showed that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect on budget absorption. Partially, the variables of budget planning, budget execution, human resources and procurement of goods and services have a positive effect on budget absorption, while the bureaucratic environment variable has a negative effect on budget absorption. Partially, the variable that has the most dominant influence on budget absorption is the Procurement of Goods and Services. Overall, the magnitude of the influence of budget planning, budget execution, human resources, procurement of goods and services and the bureaucratic environment on budget absorption is explained by the determination value of 41%, while 59% is influenced by other factors outside the study

Abstract

The performance of each employee is different from other employees according to the level of knowledge, skills and motivation possessed by the employee. The management of human resource management which is carried out in a professional manner can improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of work motivation, incentives, and work environment on employee performance. Data research techniques in this study are Questionnaire/Questionnaire, Observation, and Documentation techniques. Data Quality Test using Validity and Reliability Test. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F-Test, T-Test, and calculates the Coefficient of Determination (R2). Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be explained that the effect of work motivation on employee performance has a sig value. 0.000<0.05. The effect of the incentive variable on employee performance has a value of sig.0,000 <0.05. The effect of work environment variables on performance has a value of sig. 0.016> 0.05. From these results it can be concluded that the variables of motivation, incentives, and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of the Education and Culture Office of Jombang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and activity in predicting financial distress conditions in retail companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a number of selected samples of 18 companies. The number of samples used was as many as 7 companies in the category of experiencing financial distress and 11 companies in the category did not experience financial distress. The results of the study using logistic regression show that profitability measured by the Return on Investment (ROI) has a negative effect on financial distress. Liquidity as measured by Current Ratio (CR) has a negative effect on financial distress. Leverage measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative effect on financial distress. Activity measured by Fixed Assetss Turnover (FAT) not has a effect on financial distress.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the extent to which a product’s perceived pervormance matches a buyer’s expectations. If the product’s performance falls short of expectations the customers is dissatisfied. If performance matches expectations, the customers is satisfied. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 3,209 customers of PT BPR SumberdhanaAnda Rejotangan branch. The number of samples was calculated using the slovin formula with the results of 97 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional random sampling, and the type of sampling used is simple random sampling. This study using analysis descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The study results found a partial effect of service quality on customer coverage and company image on customer satisfaction. Moreover, there is a simultaneous influence of service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The problem of this research is about the effect of experiential marketing, customer relationship on loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable. In this study, the population was all customers of Damarmas resort as many as 115 people within 3 months of the study. The number that was sampled at the time of the study started from March 2021 to June 2021, with a quantitative approach through path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Experiential marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction (Z) Because the significance value is <0.05, this means that H1 is accepted. Customer Relationship Management (X2) has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction (Z) because the significance value is <0.05, this means that H2 is accepted. Experiential marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on loyalty (Y) because the significance value is <0.05, this means that H3 is accepted. Customer Relationship Management (X2) has a positive and significant effect on loyalty (Y) because the significance value is <0.05, this means that H4 is accepted. Satisfaction (Y) has a positive and significant effect on loyalty (Y), because the significance value is <0.05, this means that H5 is accepted indirectly. Experiential marketing (X1) through Satisfaction (Z) has a significant effect on Loyalty (Y). Indirectly, Customer Relationship Management (X2) through Satisfaction (Z) has a significant influence on Loyalty (Y).

Abstract

The problem of this research is about financial management with a focus on the problem of non-performing loans. Loan to deposit ratio and third party funds related to the problem of fluctuations in asset growth and its effect on profitability as measured by return on assets. The population in this study were 4 government-owned banks during the COVID-19 pandemic period in March 2020 - February 2021. The number of observation samples is 48 data, with a statistical analysis approach through statistical descriptive, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a partial positive and significant effect of NPL on ROA profitability. (2) There is a partial positive and significant effect of LDR on ROA profitability. (3) There is a partial positive and significant effect of TPF on ROA Profitability. (4) NPL, LDR and DPK are able to simultaneously influence the ROA of government-owned banks during the covid 19 pandemic, the percentage contribution of the influence of NPL, LDR and DPK is 43.3% in relation to company profitability during the current covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel karakteristik individu, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Alat analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis data dilakukan pada perusahaan PT. Infomedia Nusantara. Sebanyak 115 orang karyawan sebagai anggota populasi penelitian, sebagai sampel penelitian adalah 50 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Kondisi persaingan global yang terjadi saat ini membuat negara-negara di dunia mempersiapkan berbagai macam produk, teknologi, dan SDM yang tangguh serta berkualitas untuk dapat bersaing di era society 5.0. SDM selalu diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi terbaik dalam mewujudkan tujuan organisasi, dan diharuskan mampu menghadapi tantangan dan hambatan. Maka dibutuhkan kecerdasan adversitas yaitu kecerdasan untuk menghadapi kesulitan dan kemampuan bertahan dalam berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi Pegawai PPNPN Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun dalam melaksanakan tupoksi dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Adversity Quotient (AQ), Ocuppational Stress terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh Adversity Quotient (AQ), Ocuppational Stress terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan responden 112 orang pegawai PPNPN Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun. Variabel operasional terdiri dari Adversity Quotient (AQ/XI), Ocuppational Stress (OS/X2), motivasi kerja (MK/M), dan kinerja pegawai (KP/Y). Menggunakan metode path analyze sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian adalah adversity quotient (X1/AQ) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja (M/MK) pegawai Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun yaitu dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,319 dan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. adversity quotient (X1/AQ) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y/KP) pegawai Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun yaitu dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,251 dan signifikansi 0,01 < 0,05. occuppational stress (X2/OS) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja (M/MK) pegawai Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun yaitu dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,275 dan signifikansi 0,01 < 0,05. occuppational stress (X2/OS) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja (Y/KP) pegawai Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun yaitu dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,225 dan signifikansi 0,01 < 0,05. motivasi kerja (M/MK) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y/KP) pegawai Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun yaitu dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,203 dan signifikansi 0,03 < 0,05. motivasi kerja berperan sebagai pemediasi pengaruh adversity quotient terhadap kinerja secara parsial. Artinya motivasi kerja dapat digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,384 dan signifikansi 0,03 < 0,05. motivasi kerja berperan sebagai pemediasi pengaruh adversity quotient terhadap kinerja secara parsial. Artinya motivasi kerja dapat digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,271 dan signifikansi 0,03 < 0,05 .

Abstract

The hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri is a place that gives the service to individual’s health with hospitalized service, regular service and emergency service. The Hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri is a hospital with class C that has capacity 205 beds. Bed Occupational Rate (BOR) for 4 years lately is around 52,5%. The operational expense of hospital is totally from the patients so that the position of customer is very important. This research Design Uses Correlational Analysis Survey Design by approaching Cross Sectional. It uses the population of all for long hospitalized patients that had got service in Hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri, and their number is 125 patients with 55 patients as the sample, it is taken by using the technique of purposive sampling. The collection of Data uses the questioner. The data of Research was analyzed by Moderated Regression Analysis Test. there are 3 variables that become research material, from the 3 variables studied, there are a total of 23 question items. From each question item, both independent and dependent, it turned out to have a correlation probability value below 0.005 or the Service research variable data (X), General patient satisfaction (Y1) and BPJS patient satisfaction (Y2) at Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City were declared valid. . From the results of the questionnaire obtained after being processed, it can be seen from the highest average value obtained in empathy from service providers, which is 3.69 which means the attitude of nurses and doctors is good when responding to questions from patients' families and hospital visitors. While the lowest average is 2.85, which is from the time of the doctor's examination according to the schedule. This explains that many patients are dissatisfied with the doctor's schedule for not being on time. There are two kinds of service rates at the Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City, which results in differences in treatment for general patients and BPJS patients who seek treatment at Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City. There is an effect of service rates on general patient satisfaction and BPJS patients at home. Muhammadiyah Hospital Ahmad Dahlan, Kediri City. Although there are differences in treatment and service, there are differences in satisfaction between general patients and BPJS patients at the Muhammadiah Ahmad Hospital. Dahlan, Kediri. Not too significant.

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tentang work from home dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru pada saat pandemi covid-19 penelitian ini dilaksabnakan di yayasan pendidikan al Aziz Sawahan Lengkong Nganjuk. Data penelitian ini dianalisis melalui analisis kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan untuk memperoleh data berupa kuesioner. Uji signifikansi dan angket dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis inferensial. Sifat kuantitatif pada penelitian ini adalah menguraikan variabel bebas, yaitu sistim work from home terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja guru. Sedangkan sifat korelasional yaitu untuk mengetahui apakan ada pengaruh antara variabel bebas (X1) sistim WFH, (X2) Motivasi Kerja terhadap variabel terikat (Y) yaitu kinerja guru dan karyawan Dari pembahasan dalam penelitan ini dihasilkan bahwa Sistem work from home (X1), dan motivasi (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Sistem work from home (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru (Y).
