The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) and the internet has entered all areas of life such as business and commerce, so that many shops use the internet to expand their business processes. In various industrial cases, even though they are very strong in their traditional business form, they will not hesitate to implement the e-catalog application, because this sistem can really help the loyal customer during the time to know what in the store is, the profile of specification of products. The purpose of this is to convince customers not looking for other stores. Tiara Fashion store is a store that sells women's clothes. In the marketing process, the store does not have media or a place to promote the store and the products it sells. It causes difficulties for customers in finding information about products being sold. Furthermore, the process of managing sales data is still recorded manually in book. This condition could accure errors in recording the oaculation of sales, data stacking and retrieving data. Based on this description, it is necessary to create a sistem that is able to facilitate the process of delivering information to the public through an e-catalog application that is applied to the web with sistem development using Waterfall with the initial stage is user’s requirements to identify the needs of the sistem to be build.

The increase on mobile packet data demand and also the emerging of various kinds of multimedia services is one of the challnging aspect on network cellular development. Convergence multimedia services such as voice over IP and also video demand should be supported by network reliability. To support the increase of multimedia services, 3rd Generation PartnershipProject (3GPP)as standard organization for mobile network technologies have also established 4G network, which is widely used in all over the world today. With the presence of wide range of services in multimedia data, this network must be supported by traffic scheduling to ensure that multimedia service will be deliverd smoothly beetween sender and receiver. This research present performance comparison between two kinds of scheduling algorithm on the 4G network, especially in donwlink traffic which are Proportional Fair (PF) and the Modified Largest Weighted Delay First (MLWDF). This reaserch will show the comparison performance between these two algorith in terms of Quality of Service metric such as delay, packet loss ratio and throughput using LTE-Sim simulator. The simulation result show that MLWDF has best result than PF.

The use of conventional air conditioners is often inefficient and energy-wasteful. Users usually set the temperature manually, which can result in excessive energy use. In addition, the lack of an effective monitoring system makes it difficult to monitor air conditioning conditions, such as room temperature and humidity. This research aims to create an Air Conditioner monitoring and control device that can work automatically to control the temperature in a room and can be controlled through IOT. A temperature monitoring system and remote air conditioning controller is a tool that can be used to monitor room temperature conditions and control the temperature in the room to match what we want. This tool uses proportional type control (P) with a monitoring system utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The ESP 32 microcontroller is used as a microcontroller-based control device that has been facilitated with a wifi module. To measure the room temperature, a DHT11 sensor and an infrared LED are assembled and connected to a microcontroller as a data transmitter to the air conditioning unit. This system uses the arduino IDE application which has features to monitor and control the temperature in the room. The way this tool works is as a remote that controls the Air Conditioner to get the desired temperature in the room and the temperature read on the device can be monitored on a smartphone remotely.

Organizing car parking inside ships presents a logistical challenge that requires effective solutions to maximize space utilization and facilitate the entry and exit of vehicles. This study explores the implementation of stack data structures in a car parking system inside ships. The stack method is chosen due to its LIFO (Last In, First Out) characteristics, which are suitable for situations where the last vehicle to enter is the first to exit, optimizing vehicle flow when the ship docks. The system is designed using stack algorithms to arrange the parking position of each vehicle, minimizing the time and space required for maneuvers. Simulation results show that the stack implementation improves parking efficiency by up to 30% compared to conventional methods. Additionally, this system can reduce vehicle wait times for exiting by up to 25%. This implementation also considers the safety and stability factors of the ship by balancing the distribution of vehicle weights. Therefore, this study concludes that the use of stack data structures in organizing car parking inside ships can enhance operational efficiency and maximize parking capacity.

Selection of chicken feed is a fairly important decision support process. This decision support system was developed to assist breeders in choosing chicken feed based on predetermined criteria and alternatives. In this study using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method which produces a model of a system that can provide recommendations for choosing chicken feed that is applied in a decision support system. The Tsukamoto fuzzy method in determining the selection of chicken feed is based on 3 variables, namely price, quality and stock. Each variable consists of 3 sets which are combined in order to obtain 4 fuzzy rules, which are then used in the inference stage. The choice of chicken feed to be recommended (z) is searched by the centralized average defuzzification method. Testing will be carried out objectively where the decision support system is tested directly for capacity and filling out a questionnaire regarding satisfaction with the content of the point requirements and distributed to the owner of the animal feed shop. With this test, it can be seen that the features provided are easy to learn and easy to understand.

Scholarship selection is an important process in determining the acceptance of educational assistance based on established criteria. Decision Support Systems (DSS) have proven their value in assisting complex decision making. In the context of scholarship selection, Tsukamoto's fuzzy approach in decision support systems is an effective tool for modeling the complexity and uncertainty of selection criteria. This system utilizes fuzzy logic to connect variable inputs such as academic achievement, financial condition, and other factors to output in the form of membership values in the scholarship acceptance category. The fuzzy rules defined by educational experts and practitioners enable the system to interpret conditions that are closer to human thinking. Thus, Tsukamoto's fuzzy approach in decision support systems becomes an effective tool in simplifying the complexity of scholarship selection, while providing data-based solutions. More objective and comprehensive.

Schools, as institutions in the field of education, engage in extensive administrative data processing, including student data, teacher information, employee records, student grades, and tuition payment data. The volume of this data is substantial, necessitating efficient storage and administration. Currently, many schools manage administrative data manually, relying on ledger books and stacks of paper stored in file cabinets. This manual system has inherent weaknesses. The problem addressed is how to design a web-based administrative system to efficiently and accurately manage student, teacher, employee, assessment, payment, and payment report data according to specific needs. The chosen system development method is the Waterfall model, with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the analysis and design tool. The database is designed using phpMyAdmin in the WampServer application. The programming language employed is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), and the database is implemented using MySQL. Blackbox testing is utilized as the testing method. The goal is for this system to assist MTs Al-Kautsar Bogor in managing administration more effectively and efficiently.

The development of information technology has reached its peak, where AI has transformed and influenced many things, one of which is the world of education, especially universities. In this concept research, we will describe in a big picture how smart gamification, metaverse, and AI will influence and how to build this so that it can gradually change our teaching and learning patterns. Of course, this has been resolved in the book we published on Amazon. Therefore, if readers want to know and understand more deeply, they can read the book we created to apply it. The results of this concept research are formulas, frameworks, and the maturity level to be able to develop hybrid learning systems, which may be used to the way we teach, the way we give assignments, and the way we test, as well as other things related to business processes at the university. Therefore, we need to change what already exists so that it can be adapted to the situation and conditions of information technology development and the current globalization competition
