Learning Media is a set of tools that can be helpful and complementary to teachers or educators to achieve a good and righteous learning process with the learners. The development of the learning media based on Information Communication Technology is excellent in the technological era and the millennial period because it can motivate students to learn. Learning materials can be through images, video, text, and other media. The following research is conducting software testing on Islamic religious education learning media using the BlackBox testing approach. The purpose of the study is the implementation of BlackBox testing in media learning Islamic education software. The results obtained showed pretty good results with software testing accuracy of 90%. This research suggests that BlackBox testing is capable of measuring software quality.

Badan Penjaminan Mutu of Universitas Lancang Kuning (BPM UNILAK) is an agency that is tasked with organizing an internal quality assurance system (SPMI) and an external quality assurance system (SPME) or what is also known as accreditation, but in managing documents related to SPMI data and accreditation not yet There are information technology-based media that can be utilized in the implementation of these activities, while BPM UNILAK has implemented information technology in daily activities so that there are problems with delays in data presentation, missing data, this, of course, affects the performance of the Quality Assurance Agency and is inefficient in presenting information that is needed at any time and the importance of this activity is very high in building a quality culture at Universitas Lancang Kuning. To answer these problems, it is necessary to have an information technology-based document filing system that can process data more quickly, precisely and integrated to make it better in presenting the information. The methods used in this study include system requirements analysis, system design, implementation and testing and system maintenance. With the use of information technology in the application of computerized-based applications for archiving and presenting accreditation data needs, it is hoped that it can help the academic community more quickly and accurately in processing accreditation instrument data. It is hoped that with the development of archiving applications and the presentation of accreditation instruments by completing the System Development Lyfe Cycle (SDLC) method in the problem analysis stage, the applications built can improve the quality of filling accreditation instruments in data processing that are well integrated and can be used at any time by the community. Human Development Index (HDI) measures human development outcomes based on a number of basic components of quality of life. As a measure of the quality of life, HDI is built through a basic three-dimensional approach. Data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics 2015 for Human Development Index (HDI) by Regency / City in North Sumatera Province consisting of 32 alternatives and with 4 parameters ie life expectancy (year), expectation, school length (%), the average length of school (year) and per capita real expenditure (Rp). By using backpropagation obtained result of 6 testing of architecture pattern that is: 4-5-1, 4-10-1, 4-5-10-1, 4-10-5-1, 4-10-20-1 and 4- 15-20-1 obtained best architectural pattern is 4-10-20-1 with epoch 2126, error 0.0011757393, execution time 00:16 and accuracy 100%.

The construction of uninhabitable houses is a government program especially from the Social Service to provide housing development assistance for the poor. However, in its realization, funding assistance from the government is often still lacking and even not on target. Therefore this study aims to build a decision support system that has the ability to analyze in determining the community that is eligible to receive housing repairs. The SPK method used in this study is the TOPSIS method. This method uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view by using the Euclidean distance to determine the relative proximity of an alternative to the optimal solution. Research data obtained from the Department of public housing and residential areas pematangsiantar city using interviews, observation and literature study methods needed to help solve problems. This study uses 10 alternatives and 7 criteria. After calculating the analysis, families who are entitled to help with house repairs are alternative 7 on behalf of the Piatur Siringgo-Ringgo.

Cost of production is the cost of production absorbed into each unit of product produced by the company. Calculation of order costs is a method for determining the cost of production of a company's products according to consumer orders. CV. Alam Lestari Jaya is a company engaged in the field of convection and processing of clothing materials into ready-made clothes for various purposes. The purpose of this research is to find out how to CV. Alam Lestari Jaya determines the cost of production and compares it with the job order costing method. This research uses experimental methods, quantitative descriptive data analysis, and observation. The result is that CV Alam Lestari Jaya can apply the job order costing method to calculate the cost of production. As a result, the difference in cost of goods manufactured, which shows lower costs than using the job order costing method. There is a difference in the selling price of Rp 2.817, according to the company and the calculated job order costing. Besides, this study did not calculate all factory overhead costs because the company did not allocate a budget for factory overhead costs. This causes factory overhead costs not to be fully calculated, such as electrical loads and depreciation loads for sewing machines. The final results obtained in this study are in accordance with the expected criteria.

Currently, YouTube as one os popular social media platrom is something that has potential as a medium for tourism promotion. This is because YouTube is a social media that has the second largest number of users, it can also be an effective media for promotion since YouTube displays visual and audio that are considered to be attractive. Hence, it can contribute to grow and increase the interest of tourists to visit. This has been proven by several countries that tourism sectors have become famous since the videos uploaded through the YouTube. There are several things that must be considered by Indonesia in making tourism promotional videos. Therefore, this paper presents a review on the usage of Youtube as platform for tourism promotion made by many scholars in Indonesia. This paper further presents a discussion on what should tourims business player should do on their YouTube promotion channel. Finally, we present open problems for future research recommendations.

To unit is one of the units in the GMF in the Information & Communication Technology division, one unit is the TOB has a Self Development Application (SDA) task. At present many requests for procurement of goods are submitted to the TU service. This is certainly very influential on TU services that become less optimal and irregular. So a system design was made to monitor the TU Service project. The research method is carried out by analyzing business requirements and business cases. After analyzing the two documents, then make a blueprint containing the system description starting from the explanation of each module or feature and appearance of the system. Then make the interactive prototype as a system simulation. After going through a number of these steps, a monitoring system for the Dinas TU project was developed which could be utilized by the TU Service in project management.

The progress and development of information technology in this globalization era is growing rapidly, one of which is the internet. Internet can facilitate the public in getting information in various ways, one of which is information about housing promotion. Home is a primary need which must be fulfilled by every human being, family and even an organization. The purpose of this study is to design a website-based mortgage promotion information system (case study: PT. Mulia Indah Permatasari). The development model of this system is waterfall model. As for the workings of the system created, the components that support the making of this system is this system uses the XAMPP software as a local server, MySQL as the database and the programming language used is PHP.

Selection of the best teachers at SMK is carried out once a month in order to provide motivation for teachers in teaching and learning activities, in decision making is still done manually and also subjectively. So that the results of the decisions are inaccurate and cause social jealousy among teachers. Therefore, in assessing the best teachers, a decision support system is needed to obtain accurate results. The Decision Support System method used for problem-solving in this study is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The criteria used are present on time, responsibility, dress neatly and politely, participate and contribute, be active and productive, and help fellow teachers. The result of this research is to produce the selected alternative with the greatest value.

The research aims to know the design of system information completeness of charging the informed consent of the patient's Poly. teeth to use microsoft Visual Studio 2010 in UPT Puskemas Talagabodas the city of Bandung. The research method used is the method of qualitative techniques of collecting data field studies, interviews, the library and browsing the internet. Methods of use is a waterfall. From a study found no problems, namely : The process of completwness analysis of charging the informed consent is still not running, The informed consent in Poly. teeth are not filled with complete, the lack of socialization of the creation and filling the informed consent, especially in Poly. teeth. The advice is give, namely : start to do the analysis of the completeness of charging the informed consent in accordance with SOP, the medical records that there can be re-socialization back about the creation and filling the informed consent to all staff of other medical right to send out the, should the institution has a system information that can rock the performance of staff medical records more effective in terms of analyzing the completeness of the informed consent and facilitate the creation of the,quipment.
