Abstract

Gacha may sound familiar to our ears, even gacha in a video game is a common thing to know for players in this generation. There are certain reasons why players can feel some kind of unique excitement when playing a video game that has a gacha element. In this research, we’ve analyzed the fun factors experienced by players when playing gacha-based video games using the SEM method. Based on the results that have been obtained specifically from a total of 230 respondents, Expectation of Announcement strongly influences Gacha and Satisfaction of Announcement slightly influences Gacha. Therefore, players can feel enjoyed and more excited because of how the gacha system is implemented in a video game that is played. In addition, even when rolling the gacha itself is one of the things that can be enjoyed by players.

Abstract

Indonesia's territory has changes and developments in land cultivation in terms of productivity and developments in micro or macro economic values. The setback of land cultivating workers in the fields now provides the best solution to procure harvesting machines. The concept of rural farmers has not been able to prioritize the advantages and disadvantages of harvesting by renting modern harvesting equipment. The main cause of this is that workers in rural areas do not have a livelihood such as harvesting and processing crops because they have been replaced by modern technology. The purpose of this research is to increase the productivity of food products and balance technology-based land processing. The approach used in this research is a qualitative case study design method. The main informants in this study were 3 village farmers and 1 village official in Ngawi district, East Java. The results of the study describe that the results of land processing and food for farmers in Indonesia are an important concern for the government to provide policies for providing sawan tools for farmers in Indonesia. The concern of the local government or the central government can reduce the cost of renting harvest processing technology with the hope that the economy of rural communities is stable and prosperous.

Abstract

Strategy implementation digital marketing is the right choice to attract tourists, and help restore Indonesian tourism after the COVID-19 pandemic. Carangsari Tourism Village continues to increase innovation and creativity to attract visitors. While conventional promotions cannot be carried out, Carangsari Tourism Village develops promotions in many ways digital so that the process of conveying information by word of mouth is digital increasingly supported. This study aims to determine the influence digital marketing and electronic word of mouth mediated by interest in visiting on the decision to visit tourists in Carangsari Tourism Village. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires, direct interviews, and literature. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling. Respondents from this study were 176 people who had visited Carangsari Tourism Village. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS analysis using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing significant effect on the decision to visit, EWOM significant influence on the decision to visit, digital marketing significant effect on interest in visiting, EWOM significant effect on the intention to visit, the intention to visit has a significant effect on the decision to visit, digital marketing which is mediated by interest in visiting has a significant effect on visiting decisions, and EWOM which is mediated by interest in visiting has a significant effect on visiting decisions

Abstract

This study aims to calculate the Break Even Point (BEP) in the form of units and rupiah of egg-type products and analyze the development of egg sales in the Az-Zahra trading business in 2020 and 2021. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative strategy. Field research data collection techniques are obtained through interviews and observations and are supported by literature research data, namely information through books, previous research writings, and literature books related to research. The data obtained are then analyzed using the calculation of Break Even Point (BEP) in the form of units and rupiah and Break Even Point (BEP) in Chart. The results of the research in the Break Even Point (BEP) analysis of the Az-Zahra trading business are distinguishing fixed costs, variable costs, and semivariable costs, describing the purchase price, selling price, and sales volume of units and rupiah. The data obtained further conducted a research analysis with the separation of fixed costs and variable costs on six types of eggs with a percentage of small purebred eggs 19%, large purebred eggs 50%, jumbo purebred eggs 15%, duck eggs 10%, salted eggs 5%, and quail eggs 1% of the total egg sales, calculated variable costs per unit, contribution margin and profit, contribution margin per unit, and calculate Break Even Point (BEP) in the form of units and rupiah. With this, Az-Zahra's trading business has reached breakeven and has gained profits so that it can analyze the development of egg sales in unit form has decreased by 1.3% while egg sales have increased by 1.2%.

Abstract

IDN Bogor Vocational High School, which was established in 2016, is known as one of the many schools that are involved in the academic, religious and IT-focused world, as its vision is "Wonder of IT Smart of Praying". Given the large number of IT activities both in terms of learning and administratively office data collection (Administration), of course the application of a Firewall on the network is one of the crucial things needed to facilitate the security and authenticity of data from teachers and students. The purpose of preparing this KKP report is none other than to help optimize Firewall configurations, both on Firewall devices and PCs/Laptops along with counseling strategies as preventive measures to avoid physical/social engineering hacking at SMK IDN Bogor. As we all know, cybersecurity issues cannot be taken lightly. Therefore, for the sake of the continuity and smooth running of school education activities, Optimization/Standardization of all segments or parts that use the network within SMK IDN Bogor is required.

Abstract

Watching movies in the cinema is often done by the people of Batam. There are many cinema places that people visit to watch movies. This study aims to determine the effect of film quality, brand image, attractiveness, word of mouth on the intention to watch films in Batam city cinemas. In the quantitative research, 400 respondents will be taken and in the qualitative research, 30 respondents will be taken. In this study used disproportionate random sampling and multiple regression methods. The application used for data processing is in the form of IBM SPSS statistics 24. From the results of testing on the hypothesis which states that there is a significant influence on the results obtained by the variables Film Quality, Brand Image, Attractiveness, and Word of mouth have a positive effect on viewing interest in the Batam community.

Abstract

The profession of a doctor with its scientific tools has unique characteristics. This specificity can be seen from the justification given by law, namely from the permissibility of carrying out medical actions on the human body in an effort to maintain and improve health status. Medical actions against the human body such as surgery, transplantation, removal of certain parts of human organs carried out by doctors are not classified as criminal acts. Conversely, if the action is not carried out by a doctor, it will be classified as a crime. The medical profession is positioned as a noble profession (afficium mobile) similar to the advocate profession. This profession has a noble mission to help people who are experiencing difficulties. The purpose of this study was to analyze the legal responsibility of doctors for alleged medical malpractice for surgical procedures based on Law Number 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practice and procedures for resolving reports of alleged medical malpractice from an internal view of the medical profession. The term malpractice in the health service sector has recently begun to be widely discussed by the public from various parties as a result of the many complaints of cases that are suspected of being malpractice according to the designations and terms in society against the medical profession which is considered to have harmed patients in doctors treating a patient. As for this research, it uses a normative juridical method supported by an approach to events or phenomena that occur in society. The promulgation and enforcement of legal norms on the limits of medical malpractice are best contained in the Law on Medical Practice, which is now in effect in Law Number 29. 2004 concerning the Implementation of Medical Practice and how accountability should be carried out in accordance with positive law in force in Indonesia.

Abstract

Service companies must be able to design appropriate marketing strategies in achieving company goals, one of the company's goals is to create customer loyalty. This study aims to determine whether the variables Quality and Customer Satisfaction significantly influence Customer Loyalty at Paris Day Hotel Pamanukan and to determine the variables that influence between the two variables Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at Paris Day Hotel Pamanukan. The sample used the Purposive Sampling method, namely by directly selecting all 50 employees. The data collection method used was direct interviews with the parties involved with the issues being discussed and giving questionnaires to hotel customers in accordance with the research conducted. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that together (simultaneously) the Fcount value was 11.554 and the Sig value 0.000 was smaller than 0.05 which means Quality and Customer Satisfaction had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Paris Day Hotel Pamanukan. Variable Quality and Customer Satisfaction regression coefficient is positive (+) indicating a unidirectional relationship, in other words Quality and Customer Satisfaction will increase Customer Loyalty at Paris Day Hotel Pamanukan Correlation or relationship between Quality and Customer Satisfaction with Customer Loyalty Paris Day Hotel Pamanukan is very strong of (r = 0.574) and the coefficient of determination or the R square number is 0.330. Based on the results and discussion that has been done, it can be interpreted that quality and satisfaction affect customer loyalty at Paris Day Hotel Pamanukan. Therefore Ho is rejected.

Abstract

Pancasila is the result of the crystallization of the noble values of diverse Indonesian society. So that Pancasila is the ideology that brings that plurality for the sake of creating unity and unity of the nation. Moving on from that problem, Pancasila is the basis for various development of legal values, or more precisely Pancasila is used as a legal principle in building the life of society, nation and state. Therefore, the development of a legal culture will be very important to create a just and civilized Indonesian human development. With the establishment of Pancasila as a legal principle, building a legal culture must be aligned with the noble values of Pancasila as the basis of ethics and morality. Legal culture is a legal identity that can enforce the law to create social justice for all Indonesian people.

Abstract

Natural disasters are problems that need to be overcome together. In this regard, the presence of the AHA Centre is a solution to facilitate cooperation, coordination, and collaboration between member countries in overcoming disasters that occur. The purpose of this paper is to provide research results related to the description and disaster risk communication strategies of the AHA Centre in ASEAN countries, especially in response to the earthquake in Palu, Central Sulawesi in 2018. The method used in this research process is a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative research approach. The results of the study showed that the AHA Centre achieved success in its role to coordinate disaster management strategies for the earthquake in Palu, in 2018 by taking action to facilitate cooperation both internally and externally through creative active collaboration with outside parties other than ASEAN. As well as its crisis management strategic communication so far is quite good but still strives to achieve maximum improvement so that it can always survive and help member countries in ASEAN.
