Abstract

Cita rasa merupakan hasil kerja pengecap rasa (taste buds) yg terletak di lidah, pipi, kerongkongan, atap mulut, tamu adalah orang yang datang berkunjung (melawat dan sebagainya) ke tempat orang lain atau ke perjamuanKepuasan Pelanggan - Kepuasan (Satisfaction) adalah perasaan senang atau kecewa seseorang yang muncul setelah membandingkan kinerja (hasil) produk yang dipikirkan terhadap kinerja (atau hasil) yang diharapkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif/ hubungan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan penelitian ini maka akan dapat dibangun suatu teori yang dapat berfungsi untuk menjelaskan, meramalkan dan mengontrol suatu gejala . Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah para tamu/pengunjung yang datan ke pusat kuliner pasar kaget Berastagi, berjumlah 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan memberikan kuesioner dalam bentuk angket, kemudian angket tersebut dikumpul sebagai data, lalu data tersebut olah menggunakan SPSS. Adapun hasil analisis menunjukan bahwasanya dapat diambil ke simpulan bahwa Hubungan antara citarasa dan kepuasan tamu sangat lemah hal ini dapat terjadi karena tamu atau pembeli yang membeli makanan dan minuman yang ada di kuliner malam pasar kaget Berastagi datang membeli karena tidak ada pilihan , artinya kuliner yang beroperasional dimalam hari dibidang kuliner hingga menjelang subuh hanya ada di pasar kaget tersebut dan berlokasi di sepanjang jalan lintas Berastagi ke daerah lain seperti Dairi dan Aceh, sehingga tamu atau pembeli yang datangpun kurang perhatian terhadap citarasa makanan yang dijual,

Abstract

Tourism development has become a primary focus for many local governments aiming to boost their economies and enhance the popularity of their tourist destinations. The Toba Regency Government is an exemplary entity actively promoting regional tourism. One of their initiatives is organizing the F1H2O speedboat racing event on Lake Toba. In this paper, we analyze the communication strategies employed by the Toba Regency Government in formulating and implementing tourism programs related to the F1H2O event. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method, involving document analysis and observation of various promotional activities carried out by the local government. The findings reveal several effective communication strategies utilized by the Toba Regency Government, including social media campaigns, collaboration with private entities, and online channel promotions. Consequently, this study provides valuable insights for other local governments seeking to strengthen their tourism sectors through internationally acclaimed events.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan upaya Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata dalam penerapan sapta pesona di objek wisata geosite sipinsur desa pearung Kecamatan Paranginan Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan dan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal yang terjadi dalam penerapan Geosite Sipinsur. Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 orang diantaranya masyarakat dan wisatawan Geosite Sipinsur. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuisioner dan teknik skala likert digunakan untuk menganalisa dan menggambarkan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor dalam penerapan Geosite Sipinsur adalah pengembangan transportasi, infrastruktur untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan konektivitas dari dan ke kawasan objek wisata Geosite Sipinsur,. karena berfungsi sebagai promoting dan servicing, sapta pesona perlu diterapkan dan dikembangkan mengingat mampu menciptakan nilai keamanan, ketertiban, kebersihan, keindahan, keramatamahan dan kenangan yang menumbuhkan bangkitan (generating) tarikan, dan distribusi dalam mendukung upaya menerapkan sapta pesona oleh semua pihak dan instansi yang terkait khususnya pada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. Dimana ketertarikan para wisatawan Geosite Sipinsur berdasarkan refrensi pengunjung diantaranya adanya keamanan, ketertiban, kebersihan, keindahan, keramatamahan dan kenangan pada transportasi, fasilitas dan hiburan yang menarik dan penataan infrastruktur maupun pendukung lainnya termasuk hunian dan lingkungan dan lain-lain. Adapun sebagai upaya Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata dalam penerapan sapta pesona di objek wisata geosite sipinsur desa pearung Kecamatan Paranginan Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan sudah dilakukan sebagai faktor-faktor yang mendorong wisatawan nusantara untuk datang berkunjung.

Abstract

Research on the potential of karo-flavored food menu options as a culinary tourism attraction was carried out in Berastagi, Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province. Based on researchers' interest in the development of Karo culinary tourism which has diverse potential, starting from raw materials sourced from the natural riches of the Karo land itself, unique preparations, several Asian and Italian foods produced with Karo flavors which are currently widely served on restaurant food menus of the restaurants in Berastagi Tanah Karo. The expectation by the sellers or owners of the tourism attractions as well as restaurants owners are to turned the place to become one of the culinary tourism attractions and also an introduction to typical Karo food for tourists who come to visit. This research aims to find out what types of typical Karo food are, how they are processed and served, tourist attractions that are facilitated with restaurants or cafes that serve Karo food menus, and examine the development of Karo food and the potential of typical Karo menu choices as a resource. Culinary tourism attraction in Berastagi, Karo Regency. This research takes a qualitative approach. The informants are producers and sellers/restaurant owners in Berastagi, Karo district. The research location is a tourist attraction in Berastagi. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that the potential choices of Karo flavored menus served in restaurants in Berastagi are dominated by local food ingredients, Asian food menus such as fried rice, and fried noodles, and Italian dishes such as pizza and others served with Karo flavors, including cakes. Cakes and sandwiches which are also served with Karo flavors, can create a culinary tourism attraction in Berastagi Tanah Karo.

Abstract

This qualitative study explores the interplay between religious tourism and sustainable economic development in Sibea-bea, a potential tourist destination on Samosir Island, North Sumatra Province. Through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, the research aims to understand how religious tourism can be a catalyst for economic growth while preserving cultural integrity and environmental sustainability. The study focuses on the pilgrimage practices, economic activities, and environmental policies that shape the sustainable development of Sibea-bea. It also examines the strategies employed by local stakeholders to promote Sibea-bea as a unique religious tourist destination within the global market. By analyzing the perceptions and experiences of both locals and tourists, the research seeks to provide insights into the effective management of religious sites that can contribute to the economy without compromising the locale’s sanctity and ecological balance. The findings are expected to offer a framework for policymakers and tourism developers to foster a symbiotic relationship between religious devotion and economic prosperity, ensuring the long-term viability of Sibea-bea as a sacred yet economically thriving destination.

Abstract

The trust of the world community about a product of a region is increasingly real. This is due to the expansion of information channels through the use of internet technology, the development of aviation technology and the easy accessibility of visits to one area. All of this makes tourism products more real, so that these tourism attractions are easier to achieve. In connection with this condition, tourists' perceptions are increasingly real in digesting their journey. In accordance with objects that are promoted through online and non-online media, and producers are able to buy and visit them many times wherever they are. That said, with the number of tourists increasing every day every week, every month and every year, at an object, conditions cause the state of the tourist attraction to be disrupted and can get worse. This is one of the important indicators in the management of an object and tourist attraction, where the comparison between visits to products and their repair (maintenance) must be carried out in a balanced way. So that the performance felt by tourists is the essence of processing the object. If the condition of the object is under the condition of the previous object, then the tourist's expectations are not satisfied. If the condition of the object meets expectations, tourists will be satisfied. If the condition of the object exceeds expectations, tourists are very satisfied or happy. The purpose of the research in this study is: to inform the public that the objects that have existed so far are not monotonous, only showing existing tourist objects. Objects that have been recorded and widely promoted and have been visited for many years. However, there are still other tourist objects that can become popular if they are shown and promoted to the public with different concepts from the previous method. So far, the goverrment has only shown objects that have been widely promoted. This object is an area that is always promoted domestically and abroad. Tourists only recognize objects that are promoted by the Tourist Information Center (TIC) service agency at the Medan City and Tourism Office. It is known that there are 5 factors of tourists' perception of tourism services, namely: 1). tangibility factor; 2). reliability factor; 3). responsiveness factor; 4). assurance factor; and 5). empathy factor. As well as to analyze the management strategy of the Medan city Culture and Tourism Office. This research was conducted at the Department of Culture and Tourism in the city of Medan. This study used the opinions of informants who were selected as samples. Data is collected through the results of interviews with tourists who use products/services. Then it was analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis and presented in narrative form. This research is expected to be able to find out tourists' perceptions of the services of the Medan City Culture and Tourism Office; to find out the management strategy so that in the future it can be managed better. Finally, it can contribute to making tourism management policies by the local government. Based on the results of the analysis of all factors/dimensions of tourist perceptions of the services of the Medan City Culture and Tourism Office, they are in the dissatisfied category. To make service quality into excellent service, managers need to improve the skills, knowledge, and attitudes of their staff in such ways as: paying attention to the appearance of officers, providing appropriate information, providing timely services, avoiding mistakes when providing services, being able to respect tourists when serving, maintaining attitude when serving, increasing the knowledge of staff, being able to use language that is easy and clear, and clean when serving, calling tourists names, paying attention to tourist requests. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Product Diversification Strategy which includes concentric diversification and horizontal diversification. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique with certain considerations. This study used in-depth interviews, observation, documentation studies, and analyzed using triangulation and source triangulation techniques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh pelayanan, harga terhadap usaha makanan dan minuman di desa melati II kecamatan perbaungan kabupaten deli serdang. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pada variable bebas yaitu variable usaha makanan dan minuman dan variable terikat yaitu pelayanan, harga. Semua pernyataan valid, reliabel dan normal. Pengaruh Pelayanan, Harga Terhadap usaha makanan dan minuman, berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien 0.010 dapat dilihat bahwa variable pelayanan (X1 dan variabelharga (X2) 0.036. Jika kualitaspelayanan di tingkatkan sebesar satu poin, maka usaha makanan dan minuman akan bertambah sebesar 10,0%, setiap kenaikan tingkat harga sebesar satu poin maka usaha makanan dan minuman akan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 36,0%. Kualitas pelayanan (X1), harga (X2) yang memiliki hubungan yang kuat terhadap usaha makanan dan minuman dapat dilihat pada nilai R Square sebesardeterminasi (R2) sebesar 0,465 atau 46,5%, yang menunjukkan bahwa variable independen yang terdiri kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi dapat dijelaskan dengan usaha makanan dan minuman sebesar 46,5% mampu menjelaskan variable dependen yaitu usaha makanan dan minuman (Y) sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53,5% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelayanan, harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap usaha makanan dan minuman di desa melati II kecamatan perbaungan kabupaten deli serdang.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that encourage domestic tourists to visit Parapat, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. The main focus of this research is to identify the dominant factors that influence tourists' decisions in choosing Parapat as a tourist destination. The research method used is quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to tourists visiting Parapat. This study aimstoanalyzethefactorsencouraging domestic tourists to visit Parapat and identify the most dominant factors.The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for tourism development in Parapat and increase the number of tourist visits.

Abstract

The Jangga Dolok Village is one of 19 village swhich included in the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) tobe developed into a Rural Tourism. The natural potential and cultural richness of Jangga Dolok Village could be a special attraction for tourists. The purpose of this research was to determine the development strategy of Jangga Dolok Rural Tourism, Lumban Julu District, Toba Regency. Data collection technique was using question list of interviews as well as documentation. SWOT analysis was adata analysis technique that used in this research. The results of the analysis shown the physical tourism potential of Jangga Dolok Village, including: panoramic views of rice fields, historic buildings, village atmosphere, and residential residents. Mean while the non-physical potential is in the form of traditionalarts, the hospitality of the people, the value system and custom soft he community, institutions and social systems. So that suitable tourism potential is developed in the form of agricultural tourism and cultural tourism.

Abstract

Ekowisata merupakan suatu konsep yang berwawasan konservasi, dimana kegiatannya menonjolkan keindahan alam sebagai tujuan utama para masyarakat yang berkunjung. Kegiatan ekowisata banyak dilakukan pada kawasan hutan dan potensi keanekaragaman hayatinya sangat baik untuk dijadikan sebagai tempat ekowisata. Mengunjungi kawasan ekowisata menjadi trend saat ini, karena pemahaman masyarakat tentang isu pemanasan global semakin baik. Pergeseran pola perjalanan yang awalnya dalam bentuk massal, mass tourism, sekarang dalam bentuk kelompok kecil. Melakukan perjalanan dalam kelompok kecil merupakan salah satu ciri ekowisata. Pasar wisata Kawasan Tangkahan terdiri atas wisatawan mancanegara, wisatawan nusantara dan pengunjung. Kekayaan dan keindahan alam Kawasan Tangkahan menjadi daya Tarik bagi wisatawan mancanegara. Kekaguman wisatawan mancanegara terhadap alam Kawasan Tangkahan, akhirnya menjuluki dengan sebutan The Hidden Paradise. Wisatawan mancanegara pada umumnya berasal dari Negara Belanda, Jerman, Perancis, Australia dan Cina.
