The purpose of this study was to determine “Comparison of Part Methodand Whole Method to Improve Single Number Art Skills in Pencak SilatSports”. The research method used is an experimental research method.The population in this study were Pencak Silat athletes in Cimahi city asmany as 10 people. The sample that the researcher uses is 8 people usinga purposive sampling approach with the criteria determined in this sampling technique. The sample is a Pencak Silat Athlete in Cimahi City in the single art category. The instrument used in this research is a single category Pencak Silat Scoring Sheet. The data analysis test used the paired sample t test and to find the difference in the average used the independent sample t test. It can be concluded that there is an effect of the Part Method on increasing single number art skills in the sport of pencak silat, then there is no effect of the whole training method (Whole Method) on increasing single number art skills in the sport of pencak silat, and the final result there is a difference in the effect of the Part Method and the Whole Method on the improvement of single number art skills in the sport of pencak silat.

Rowing is the dominant endurance sport, so rowing trainers must be more observant in providing forms of training to improve physical condition, especially in the endurance component. The High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) method was chosen as the training method used to improve the results of the 6000 m rowing test ergonometer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) method on the results of increasing the 6000 m rowing test ergometer. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a research design of One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. 4 Rowing athletes in Bandung were selected and used as samples in this study. The training was carried out for 4 weeks with a total of 12 meetings and 3 meetings a week. The instrument used is a rowing ergometer 6000 m test. The results of this study showed that there was an effect of the high intensity interval training (HIIT) method on the 6000 m rowing test ergometer.

This study aims to determine whether the effect of Positive Self- Concept on the self-confidence of volleyball athletes when competing. The formation of a positive self-concept for athletes becomes something important. Positive Self-Concept directly affects one's self-esteem and feelings about oneself. Self-concept is an important part of a person's personal development. The method used is the experimental method. The research used in this research is the Pretest – Posttest Control Group Design. The population that the researcher used in this study was the female volleyball athlete Kharisma Premium. The total population to be studied is 18 senior athletes of Kharisma Premium volleyball. Samples were selected from the population using purposive sampling technique with a total of 12 people. The sample was given treatment in the form of Positive Self Concept which was arranged in an exercise program for 4 weeks. Before and after being given treatment, the sample was tested for self-confidence questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant effect of Positive Self Concept in growing volleyball athletes' self- confidence when competing.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of implementing circuit training through the reverse periodization model on increasing endurance. The research method used is an experimental method using One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. Purposive Sampling was used for sampling as many as 14 samples from UPI female futsal players. The sample did a Pre-test to determine the Power Endurance of each sample, then they were treated with 12 meetings for 4 weeks with Circuit Training, after that the sample did a Post-test to determine the effect of the Treatment. The data processing technique used descriptive data analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, and Paired Sample T-Test test. Research data that has been obtained and analyzed using the Paired Sampe TTest test with the IBM SPSS version 25.0 computer application. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant increase in the impact of the application of the reverse periodization model on increasing the power endurance ability with a sig value. 0.00 0.05. it can be said that there is a significant increase in the impact of implementing circuit training through the reverse periodization model on increasing power endurance capabilities.

This research uses a comparative descriptive method with a quantitative approach to compare technical skills among basketball positions in female athletes from Porda Bandung City and Bandung Regency West. The study aims to identify technical differences in basketball positions such as point guard, shooting guard, small forward, power forward, and center. Data was collected from 15 athletes in each team through tests and documentation. The findings show significant differences in technical skills, particularly in passing, dribbling, lay up, under the ring, and shooting, with variations between the teams for each position. Technical skills significantly impact team success and achievements in basketball.

Abstract This study aims to determine the difference between the application of the drill shooting training method using the instep and shooting using the inside of the foot on the speed and accuracy of futsal shooting for Futsal Athletes at the Bassuran Muda U-16 Jakarta Academy. This research is using experimental method. In this study, there were two groups, namely: the group that applied the drill shooting method using the instep and the group that did the shooting using the inside of the foot on the speed and accuracy of shooting. The sample used in this study were the core players in the Academy Bassuran Muda U-16 Jakarta, totaling 20 people using a proposive sampling approach. The instruments used are pre-test and post-test of shooting speed and accuracy using two shooting stances, namely shooting using the instep and shooting using the inside of the foot. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of drill shooting exercise using the instep and inner foot on increasing the speed and accuracy of shooting futsal, but there is no significant difference in drill shooting exercise using the instep with the inner foot on the speed and accuracy of shooting futsal. on the Futsal Athletes at the Youth Bassuran U-16 Academy in Jakarta

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between time- motion analysis on the results of the Judo match at the XX National Sports Week (PON) in 2021. The research method used was a descriptive correlational research method. The population used in this study was a video match of West Java Judo athletes who competed at the XX National Sports Week (PON) 2021 in Papua, totaling 15 athletes. The author uses a convenience sampling technique, the author only analyzes West Java athletes who compete in the fighting or sparring category. The research instrument used is videos of Judo matches at the XX National Sports Week (PON) in 2021 in Papua which will be analyzed in time-motion using a stopwatch. Data collection techniques were carried out by analyzing judo match videos. The data processing technique uses three methods, namely descriptive statistics, normality tests, and correlation tests. The results of the study indicate that time-motion analysis does not have a significant effect on the results of judo matches. So it can be concluded that the relationship between these variables has no relationship or is not correlated.

This research is motivated by facts on the ground regarding the training conditions at the UPI Badminton UKM, which tend to pay less attention to training problems and still maintain conventional training, this causes the athletes to have low self-efficacy. This study aims to determine the effect of drill training methods with intervals and without intervals on the results of overhead clear forehand strokes for UPI badminton UKM athletes. The method used in this research is an experimental method using Two Group Pre-test Post-Test Design. Data collection techniques were carried out by giving initial tests to 2 groups. Then given treatment with drill training methods with intervals and without intervals, then a final test was given using the overhead clear forehand test. Data analysis was carried out by using SPSS version 27.00 for Windows. Both of these drill training methods have an effect on the results of overhead clear forehand strokes, but the interval drill method has a more significant effect. So it can be concluded that the drill method with intervals has a more significant effect on the results of overhead clear forehand strokes for UPI Badminton UKM athletes.

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of leg power and arm power to the service jump speed results, to determine the contribution of leg power and arm power to the athlete's service jump results in Sukabumi Regency. The method used is descriptive. The sample used was 14 athletes using total sampling. Data analysis using correlate bivariate. Based on the results of the study 1) for the value of leg power on the speed of service jumping, R 0.589 was obtained with a sig value of 0.027 0.05, the magnitude of the significant contribution was 34.6%. 2) for the arm power at the service jump speed, the R value is 0.543 with a sig value of 0.045 0.05, the magnitude of the significant contribution is 29.5%. 3) for the simultaneous multiple correlation of leg power and arm power variables on the speed of service jumping, R2 is 0.602 and F is 8.773 with a sig value of 0.006 0.05 with a significant contribution of 60.2%. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Leg strength contributes 34.6% to service jump speed, 2) Arm strength contributes to service jump speed by 29.5%, 3) Leg strength and arm strength are simultaneously the same. the same contributed to the service speed jump by 60.2%.
