The background of the research is the low motivation of teachers in planning learning at the target madrasah. The research objective is to improve teacher professionalism through clinical supervision with a lesson study approach. The sample taken in this action research was 20 people, consisting of 6 teachers from MTs Legokjawa and 14 teachers from MTs Negeri 2 Pangandaran. The research was conducted using the School Action Research (PTS) method. The research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementation, reflection and evaluation. The action taken is a simulation of teaching peer tutors using a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) with a Lesson Study approach. The results showed that the average value of the teaching simulation results in cycle 1 was 66.68 and increased to 80.42 in cycle 2. The attitude of participants to the PBM simulation in cycle 1 was 76.69 and increased to 83.35 in cycle 2. The average value of lesson plans in cycle 1 was 73.35 and 82.37 in cycle 2. The average value of PBM in cycle 1 was 74.72 and 84.97 in cycle 2. The results of the study concluded that academic supervision by means of clinical supervision with an approach Lesson study fosters teacher motivation to excel in order to improve professionalism.

The research was motivated by the low activity and learning outcomes of science. This study aims to improve learning outcomes and learning activities of class VIII-B MTs Legokjawa Pangandaran Semester I 2018/2019 academic year through the implementation of the STAD learning model. This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The stages of each cycle consist of the following stages: Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The data collection of this research was done by observation and written test. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the STAD cooperative learning model implementation could improve student learning outcomes in the Science Subjects of the Human Movement System material. This is supported by research data showing an increase in class average scores and an increase in the percentage of completeness in science learning outcomes tests. At the time of pre-study, the percentage of student completeness was only 39.29% with an average grade of 58.14, in the first cycle with the implementation of the STAD Cooperative learning model the percentage of mastery learning outcomes increased to 64.29% with an average score of 64.71. In the second cycle, the completeness of learning outcomes reached 92.86% with an average grade of 76.11. The implementation of the STAD Cooperative learning model can also increase the learning activities of class VIII-A students of MTsN 2 Pangandaran in the first semester of the 2018/2019 academic year, in the first cycle student learning activities are 82.22% and increase to 84.29% in the second cycle.

The low learning outcomes of students in fifth grade SD Negeri 009 Singkep Barat on science subjects on simple machines highlight the importance of this classroom action research. This Classroom Action Research aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students, SD Negeri 009 Singkep Barat, in science learning through the Children Learning in Science (CLIS) learning model. This research uses classroom action research (CAR) that was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle has two meetings. The number of students is 22 students in fifth grade at SD Negeri 009 Singkep Barat. The research was conducted in the second semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The results showed that using the Children Learning in Science (CLIS) learning model could improve student learning outcomes. The number of students who finished studying individually increased dramatically from cycle 1, as many as 16 (73%), in cycle II to 22 (100%) and the class average value in pre-cycle 64.54 to 71.36 in cycle I continued to increase in cycle II to 79.09. Classically, in the second cycle, the completeness of class learning has reached 100%. Therefore, this study concludes that the use of the Children Learning in Science (CLIS) learning model can improve students' learning outcomes for simple machine materials.

The problem faced in this study is the low learning of grade VI students at SD Negeri 007 Singkep, Singkep District, Lingga Regency in Indonesian Language Subjects for writing essays. This study aims to describe the application of the TTW type cooperative learning model (Think, Talk, Write) in improving student learning outcomes in Indonesian Language Subjects for writing essays in class VI SD Negeri 007 Singkep. This research uses classroom action research (CAR). The research was carried out on grade VI students of SD Negeri 007 Singkep in the second semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. Research using the TTW type cooperative learning model (Think, Talk, Write) can drastically improve student learning outcomes from cycle 1 as many as 4 students (80%), at the end of cycle II to 5 people (100%) and the class average score in the pre-cycle. 62.00 to 70.00 in the first cycle continued to increase in the second cycle to 80.00. Classically, in the second cycle, the completeness of class learning has reached 100%. The study concluded that the use of the TTW (Think, Talk, Write) type of cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects for writing essays.

The results of social studies learning material on Indonesian economic activities for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 003 Singkep Barat, Lingga Regency, have not reached the minimum completeness criteria. This happened because social studies learning material on Indonesian economic activities at SD Negeri 003 Singkep Barat had only used the lecture method. The role playing method is assumed to be able to improve social studies learning outcomes for fifth graders at SD Negeri 003 Singkep Barat. The purpose of this classroom action research is to describe that the application of the role playing method can improve social studies learning outcomes for Indonesian economic activity materials in fifth grade students at SD Negeri 003 Singkep Barat, Singkep Barat District, for the 2019/2020 school year. This research is classroom action research, which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Each meeting was carried out through a number of stages, namely: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results showed that the percentage of student learning completeness from cycle I to cycle II increased. In the first cycle, it reached 77% to 100% at the end of the second cycle. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the role playing method can improve social studies learning outcomes for the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 003 Singkep Barat, Lingga Regency.

The problem faced by the teacher is the low mastery of students on the material. The subjects in this learning improvement were the sixth-grade students of SD Negeri 001 Singkep Barat, totaling 22 students consisting of 11 male students and 11 female students. The objectives of this learning improvement process are: 1) To determine the effect of the jigsaw cooperative method on the learning outcomes of sixth grade students of SD Negeri 001 Singkep Barat; 2) Whether or not there is an interaction between the jigsaw type cooperative method and the students' interests; 3) Improving the ability of teachers in teaching; 4) Creating active and interactive learning. This learning improvement research applies the jigsaw type of cooperative method using quantitative, qualitative and observational techniques. This learning improvement was carried out in 2 cycles. From the results of the improvement in learning in cycle 1 the percentage of completeness was 77.27%, while in cycle 2 it increased to 100%. The data shows an increase in students' understanding and mastery of the material. It can be concluded that learning mathematics using the jigsaw type cooperative method can improve students' learning achievement.

This study is motivated by the need to improve the learning process quality in the Basic Natural Sciences Course. This study aims to describe the improvement of learning process quality in Basic Natural Sciences courses through the implementation of lesson study in the Islamic Early Childhood Education (PIAUD) study program of Cipasung Islamic Institute (IAIC) Tasikmalaya in semester 1 of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research sample was 37 students from the first semester of the IAIC Tasikmalaya PIAUD Study Program. The research was conducted using the Lesson Study method with the stages of learning planning (plan), implementation of learning (do), and reflection (see). The results showed a significant increase in improving the quality of the learning process, this can be seen from the open lessons 1, 2, and 3. An increase in the ability and activeness of student learning is influenced by the availability of maximum learning tools, learning media that can improve students' mindsets such as observing, identifying, analyzing, discovering new things, communicating, and being able to draw conclusions about lecture material.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether madrasah principals have improved managerial skills in creating a literacy-aware culture for instructors and students. School Action Research is the technique applied in this study. There were two cycles for the research. Twenty teachers and 21 samples of students in class XI-A served as the samples. Researchers rely on information from their colleagues, students, and teachers. Action planning, implementation, observation, reflection and assessment, problem-solving, and conclusions are all part of the action research process. Techniques for gathering data are based on qualitative data analysis of primary and empirical data. The procedure of gathering data through observation, questionnaire, discussion, and interviews. The results of the study showed that the managerial ability of the madrasah principal in the initial observation of the first cycle obtained a score of 79.75, while in the second cycle a score of 95.31% was obtained. The POACE ability of the head in developing the program in the first cycle reached 75%, while in the second cycle a score of 93.75 was obtained. The results of the study prove that there is an increase in the managerial ability of the madrasah principal in developing a literacy awareness culture program for teachers and students.

The findings of observations of students in class XII MIPA 1 MAN 1 Ciamis show that they are less engaged in class activities for learning. Less than ideal learning outcomes are a result of this. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether class XII MIPA 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Ciamis students are becoming more active and learning more on the topic of caption creation using the Quantum Teaching approach. This resrarch was employed Classroom action research as the methodology that conducted in two cycles. The results of students’ achievement in the learning process before using the Quantum Teaching method obtained an average value of 62,71. When the teacher uses the Quantum Teaching method in the first cycle, the average score of students is 73,55. In the second cycle, the average results showed that students' activities in learning activities before using Quantum Teaching obtained an average score of 64.55, then increased to 74.71 in the first cycle and in the second cycle, 86.71 from the ideal score of 100. In the second cycle, the achievement score was already at the value of the Minimum Competence Criteria (KKM). Value becomes 85.55, from an ideal score of 100. These results indicate that the Quantum Teaching method can improve students’ activity and achievement.

This research is motivated by the low skills of students in writing historical story text facts in class XII MIPA 3 MAN 1 Ciamis. This study aims to improve the skills of compiling historical story texts through youtube media in class XII MIPA 3 MAN 1 Ciamis. The research method uses Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were 23 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by tests, observations, interviews and discussions. Data collection tools include tests, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed the teacher's ability to use learning media in the first cycle obtained a score of 39 or 79%, the second cycle increased to 45 or 86.53%, and in the third cycle it became 50 or 96.15% of the ideal score of 52. Student skills in compiling historical story texts on learning activities in the first cycle obtained an average value of 15.5 or 77.5%, the second cycle 16.75 or 83.75%, and in the third cycle 18.75 or 93.75% of the ideal score was obtained. 20 or 100%. The average score of the students' initial test results was 79.09. After using youtube media in the first cycle the average score rose to 81.74, in the second cycle the average score increased to 83.78, in the third cycle the average score was 89.30. Based on those results, the use of youtube media can improve the skills of compiling historical story texts.
