Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has not yet ended and so far the impact that is being felt is more on psychological fatigue. Changes in behavior at the start of the pandemic caused psychological shock and global anxiety. Physical and psychological unpreparedness to face the covid 19 pandemic has resulted in the emergence of forced new behaviors and greatly changed habituation. The pattern of changing habituation suddenly and being forced is not easy. Even with the imposition of sanctions and the emergence of new normal life regulations, it still requires a long process. And does not guarantee compliance evenly in various regions. For the millennial generation who believe in the existence of the Covid 19 virus with real evidence, it has a psychological impact and forces them to change their habituation according to the health protocols that are implemented so that their health is maintained. to comply with health protocols simply because of fear of being penalized. Research Results: The form of social reality during the Covid 19 pandemic was the result of a series of interactions between social actors in an environment. social reality as something that is a label and concept in interpreting the covid 19 pandemic. Research Purpose: Used to build reality or something that is not real. How is the millennial generation able to change habituation which is considered as a way to understand an event. Research Method: This research uses qualitative methods with an interpretive approach. This interpretive nature assumes that individuals see and build social reality actively and consciously, so that each individual must have a different meaning in an event. Conclusion: social interaction in the millennial generation during this pandemic is a reciprocal relationship that influences, changes, or improves behavior that takes place between individuals and individuals, individuals and groups, or groups and groups so that changes in behavior are formed or mutually form compulsions but with consistency it becomes a habituation. So the meaning of urgency in habituation modification is something that is considered necessary to be applied as a form of protecting oneself and others.

Abstract

The problem in this supervisory action research is the low results of managerial supervision by school principals in carrying out their managerial duties as learning supervisors, both in terms of preparation of supervision programs, implementation of actions and in terms of follow-up supervision. In general, there are four stages in this action research, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The implementation of the actions in cycle 2 is very dependent on the results of the reflection in cycle 1 so that the goals set can be achieved. The formulation of the problem in this action research is how can the guided Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method increase the competency of elementary school principals in developing academic supervision programs. While the goal to be achieved is to find out the increase in the competence of the Head of SDN 01 Lingga in compiling a learning supervision program through guided Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of the study showed that there was an increase in the competence of the elementary school principal in carrying out academic supervision. This can be seen from the first cycle data obtained by a value of 36 or 64% (enough category) to 54 or 89% (very good category) in cycle II. Thus, the guided FGD was able to increase the competency of the head of SDN 01 Lingga in carrying out academic supervision.

Abstract

This article discusses efforts to increase teacher competence in compiling syllabus and lesson plans through continuous academic supervision. Teachers who are competent in preparing syllabus and lesson plans have an important role in improving the quality of learning in schools. However, teachers often face difficulties in planning lessons according to students' needs and the applicable curriculum. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of academic supervision in increasing teacher competency in preparing syllabus and lesson plans. The research method used is a case study in several schools involving teachers who teach in various subjects. The results of the research show that continuous academic supervision has a positive impact on increasing teacher competence in preparing syllabus and lesson plans. Through academic supervision, teachers receive structured direction, guidance, and feedback from supervisors or authorities. This helps teachers to understand better the principles of developing effective syllabus and lesson plans.

Abstract

The low learning value of the Akidah Akhlak subject is what inspired this study. Through the STAD learning paradigm, the study seeks to improve the activity levels and academic results of Class XII MIA MAN Purwakarta students in semester I of the 2022/2023 academic year. A two-cycle class behavior survey was the methodology used in this study. There are always two sessions in a cycle. Every cycle includes planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting phases. Research data is gathered through written tests and observation. According to the research findings, the pre-test completion rate for students was 40.30%, with a 59.15 class average. In Cycle I, the proportion of learning outcomes that were fully attained rose to 65.30% on average.

Abstract

This research aims to determine differences in students' aggressive behavior in terms of economic level, gender and age at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 5 Kuningan. The method used in the research is comparative quantitative. The data used is in the form of numbers which are analyzed, compared and used as a description of the conclusions as a result of the research. The research subjects were 96 students, the instrument used was the aggression scale, 38 of the 50 items were declared valid with a reliability of 0.826 in the high reliability category. The research results were measured based on the results of Anova, standard deviation and Kruskal Wallis data analysis. The results of data analysis using Anova showed that aggressive behavior seen from the economic level did not have a significant difference with a value of sig.0.246. Then, the results of data analysis using Kruskal Wallis showed that aggressive behavior in terms of gender did not have a significant difference in the sig value. 0.131. The results of Anova data analysis regarding aggressive behavior in terms of age did not show a significant difference with the sig value. 0.570. Based on this, there is no significant difference in aggressive behavior seen from the economic level, gender and age of students at MTs Negeri 5 Kuningan for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in students' cognitive abilities on the material of dhikr and prayer in class VII.E MTsN 1 Pangandaran through the implementation of PjBL, to find out the application of PjBL to the material of dhikr and prayer in class VII.E MTsN 1 Pangandaran in improving students' cognitive abilities. Research result; there has been an increase in students' cognitive abilities through the use of the PjBL learning model in class VII-E at MTsN 1 Pangandaran. Judging from the pre test with completeness reached 69.23%. Post test results in the first cycle with 76.92% completeness. Post test in the second cycle of completeness obtained 100%. Through the PjBL model the results of observations on student activity in the first cycle obtained a score of 68.75%, in the second cycle it rose to 88.16%. The results of observations of groups in PBM in the first cycle averaged a score of 65.63%, in the second cycle an average score of 92.71%. The results of observations on the teacher's ability in the first cycle obtained a score of 27 or 61.36%, then in the second cycle the score increased to 40 or 90.90% of the ideal score of 44. Teachers should be able to arrange learning modules with the right steps, students are expected to more active, and the madrasah head should provide sufficient facilities for learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by teaching and learning activities which tend to be monotonous through the lecture method so that student learning activities are reduced. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to prepare a teaching and learning process that uses appropriate learning models. The purpose of this research is to determine the increase in learning activities regarding moral beliefs regarding the obligatory nature of Allah through the IOC (Inside Outside Circle) learning models. This research is classroom action research carried out in three cycles. In cycles I, some students were still not used to the IOC model learning conditions. In cycles II and III, students and teachers began to understand the application of IOC learning model and showed satisfactory results. From the results of observations, students’ activity increased from 63% of learning activities (before using the IOC model) in cycle I, to 71% in cycle II (after using the IOC model), and 82% in cycle III. Meanwhile, the results of the daily tests showed an increase from an average of 61 in the first test (before using the IOC model) to an average of 73 in the second daily test and to an average of 81 in the third daily test (after using the IOC model). From the implementation of the first, second, and third cycles of classroom action research, it can be concluded that the IOC learning model can improve students learning activities and students learning outcomes in learning moral belief on the material of Allah’s obligatory nature.
