<![CDATA[Teacher performance in developing learning outcomes evaluation is not optimal. This requires coaching by the head of the madrasah and madrasah supervisors. The form of coaching through academic supervision by the head of the madrasah towards teacher performance in developing the evaluation of learning outcomes through School Action Research is assumed to be an alternative to optimizing teacher performance. This research is a School Action Research (PTS) that was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Each meeting consists of a number of activities which include: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were teachers of MTs Negeri 4 West Bandung with a sample of 20 teachers. The results of the study concluded that: (1) there is a significant increase in teacher performance in the development of evaluation of learning outcomes through academic supervision, which is 64.50% in cycle I to 75.50% in cycle II, (2) teacher activities in coaching were categorized as good in every aspect, (3) improving teacher performance through academic supervision by the Head of Madrasah shows an increase at the end of the cycle, and (4) Coaching activities through academic supervision by the Head of Madrasah can help teachers improve their performance in developing learning outcomes evaluation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve student learning outcomes class VIII-A MTs Negeri 4 Garut in Mathematics subject matter building space. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each of which is carried out in 2 meetings. Each meeting consists of the planning, action, observation and reflection stages. The subjects in this study were all students of class VIII-A MTs Negeri 4 Garut in the odd semester of the 2019-2020 school year, totaling 29 students. The data obtained in this study include: learning outcomes and student learning completeness taken from giving test questions at the end of each meeting and student activeness in the learning process. From the research data, it was obtained that the average student learning outcomes in cycle I was 81 and cycle II was 96. The average completeness of learning in cycle I was 79% and cycle II was 100%. From these data it is clear that from cycle I to cycle II there is a significant increase. From this research, it is concluded that by using the cooperative learning model, learning together can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII-A students of MTs Negeri 4 Garut in Mathematics Subjects in building materials.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low student learning outcomes in the Biology subject of reproductive system material. The research aims to improve the learning outcomes of biology in the reproductive system by applying the jigsaw cooperative method. This type of research is a classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle is carried out in two meetings. The research subjects were students of class XI MIA MAN 2 Pangandaran. The data collection techniques used were test and non-test. The results showed that the application of the jigsaw cooperative method can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes from an average of 67 in the first cycle to 81.2 in the second cycle. Completeness of learning increased from 10.3% in cycle I to 86.2% in cycle II. Affective learning outcomes increased from 10.3% in cycle I to 27.6% in cycle II. Learning motivation increased from 10.3% in cycle I to 27.6% cycle II. Students belonging to the low category decreased from 10.3% in cycle I to 6.9% in cycle II. This means that the application of the jigsaw cooperative learning model can increase motivation and learning outcomes of class XI MIA 2 MAN 2 Pangandaran on reproductive system material.]]>

The subjects in this study were all students of class VII-A MTs Negeri 4 Garut in the odd semester of the 2018-2019 school year, totaling 24 students. The data obtained in this study included: learning outcomes and student learning completeness which were taken from giving test questions at the end of each meeting and the activeness of students in the learning process. From the research data, it was found that the average learning outcomes of students in cycle I was 75 and cycle II was 86. The average completeness of learning in cycle I was 75% and cycle II was 100%. From these data it is clear that from cycle I to cycle II there is a significant increase. From this research, it is concluded that using the jigsaw cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of students in class VII-A MTs Negeri 4 Garut on social studies subject matter maps, atlases, and globes.]]>

<![CDATA[Students' understanding of learning to write is still low. The learning strategy used by the teacher is considered ineffective. To overcome this, there are active learning strategies and methods, including implementing learning strategies outside the classroom with the Joy Full Learning method. This can solve the problem of the low quality of learning. Learning strategies and methods emphasize the activeness and cooperation of students in solving problems. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in the activity of class II students of MIN 1 Pangandaran in Indonesian, especially Writing through the application of natural strategies (outside the classroom.) With the Joy Full Learning method. The research design uses classroom action research that includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that the implementation of natural strategies (learning outside the classroom) with the Joy Full Learning method was proven to improve the quality of student learning outcomes in Indonesian Language Subjects at MIN 1 Pangandaran. The results of the assessment show that all students get satisfactory scores. Students say they are happy with this learning strategy and method, this is manifested by the growing sense of satisfaction being able to express their emotions, the classroom atmosphere becomes more lively and there are new experiences for students to carry out a simple analysis of problems that are arising within themselves.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students in class IX-B MTs Negeri 5 Garut in Mathematics subject matter numbers exponential and root form. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each of which is carried out in 2 meetings. Each meeting consists of the planning, action, observation and reflection stages. The subjects in this study were all students of class IX-B MTs Negeri 5 Garut in the odd semester of the 2018-2019 school year, totaling 22 students. The data obtained in this study included: learning outcomes and student learning completeness which were taken from giving test questions at the end of each meeting and the activeness of students in the learning process. From the research data, it was obtained that the average learning outcomes of students in cycle I was 80 and cycle II was 95. The average completeness of learning in cycle I was 73% and cycle II was 100%. From these data it is clear that from cycle I to cycle II there is a significant increase. From this research, it is concluded that by using the cooperative learning model the type of teams games tournament (TGT) can improve the learning outcomes of class IX-B students of MTs Negeri 5 Garut in Mathematics subject matter numbers exponential and root form.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in class VII B MTsN 1 Pangandaran in social studies subjects. Improved student learning outcomes by being given action through the use of maps as learning aids. This research uses Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists Two meetings. Each Meating consist of four stages, namely planning, acting, observing and evaluating the results of the action and reflecting until the expected improvement. The population of this study were all students of class VII B MTsN 1 Pangandaran with 30 students. The results of the study indicate that the use of maps as learning aids can improve student achievement in social studies subjects. This is evidenced by an increase of 20% compared to pre-treatment. Learning achievement in the first cycle of the second meeting increased by 40% to 67% in the second cycle of the 1st meeting. Similarly, learning outcomes in the second cycle of the first meeting increased by 20% to 87% at the end of the second cycle of the second meeting. -learning is proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes on the concept of understanding the human environment using of maps as learning aids of the location and area of Indonesia in class VII B MTsN 1 Pangandaran.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education Subjects in recitation material by using the singing demonstration method and the use of PAI smart pole props in class III-1 of 004 North Balikpapan Public Elementary School in North Semester 2016/2017 Academic Year. The problem in this study is how to improve student learning outcomes in the material of recitation. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education Subjects in recitation material using singing demonstrations and PAI smart pole props namely: the number of completeness in the pre-cycle was only 10 people (32.2%) increased to 20 complete people (64.5 %) in the first cycle and increased to 27 students (87.09%) in the second cycle. The research concludes that the singing demonstration and PAI smart pole props can improve student learning outcomes in class III-1 of 004 North Balikpapan Public Elementary School, even semester, 2016/2017 academic year.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve the pedagogical competence of educators at Madrasah Aliyah Yayasan Pendidikan Kalangsari (YPK) Cijulang, Pangandaran Regency in preparing the administration of assessments through academic supervision. The method used in this research is school action research. The stages of activity in this research consisted of the stages of planning the action, implementing the action, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques using class observation techniques. The observation instrument used was the Educator Ability Assessment Tool (APKG) in the form of a learning administration assessment instrument. The data analysis used a comparative descriptive analysis technique. The quantitative data obtained were described in the form of words or explanations. Furthermore, data comparisons are carried out to ensure whether there is an increase in the ability of educators in assessing learning administration. The results showed that academic supervision could improve the ability of educators in compiling administrative assessments in learning at Madrasah Aliyah YPK Cijulang by 26.2%.]]>

<![CDATA[This madrasah action research aims to determine the implementation of academic supervision programs implemented by madrasah principals to improve teacher performance in implementing exploration-based learning, elaboration, and confirmation. The form of research used a madrasah action research design. The subject of this research is the teacher who is the homeroom teacher of class 1 to grade 6, totaling 12 people. The research activity was carried out in two cycles. The time of research activities in the odd semester 2019/2020 academic year, starting from August to October 2019. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the average performance score of the twelve teachers in implementing learning in pre-cycle activities is 75.05; the average value in cycle I activities was 81.80 (an increase of 6.75); and the average value in cycle II was 88.73 (an increase of 6.93), which means that there is an increase in teacher performance in the implementation of learning. The results showed that the implementation of the academic supervision program could improve teacher performance in implementing exploration-based learning, elaboration, and confirmation.]]>
