Abstract

This study discusses a comparative analysis of economic growth, consumption, investment and net exports in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis. Data collection techniques used were data on economic growth, consumption, investment and net exports obtained from the official website. The analytical method used is the Paired Simple T-Test. The calculation results show that: (a) conditions of economic growth, there were significant differences in economic growth in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis; (b) consumption conditions, there are significant differences in consumption in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis; (c) investment conditions, there were significant differences in investment in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis and (d) net export conditions there were significant differences in net exports in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis. Advice proposed that the South Sumatra government can pay more attention to the impact of the financial crisis on the economy, especially on export-import activities. Furthermore, the government can imply the implementation of policies to anticipate the impact of the global crisis both in South Sumatra and the need for an increase and optimization of economic potential both regional and central so that when the crisis occurs again.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and relationship to Store Atmosphere on consumer buying interest on AMEL Store, East Kikim Sub distrik, Lahat District. The population in this study are all customers coming to the store and, the sampling technique in this study was done by using accidental sampling in the range of May-August 2020 as a sample of 50 consumers. The results of the analysis using SPSS version 19 show that: (1) the result of the regression equation Y = 2,589 + 0,244X + e. thus variable Store Atmosphere a positive influence on consumer buying. (2) The value of a correlation of 0.801, which means the correlation is very strong because it is on the criteria> 0,75- 0,99. (3) The value of R Square is 0.592, indicating that 59,2% Interest in Purchase can be explained by Store Atmosphere. From the t-test is known to have variable X t = 8,338 with t table = 1.677. So tcount> t table (8,338 > 1.677), so the variable Store Atmosphere (X) has a significant influence on the variable interest purchase (Y). So we can conclude this hypothesis is accepted, that the Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant impact on the Interest Purchase in AMEL Store, It has been expected AMEL Store can continue to explore these other factors in order to increase buying interest in accordance with the tastes of consumers.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research in which there are two variables, namely product variation and packaging as independent variables and buying interest as dependent variables. By using data sources including: primary data, secondary data, population and sample. Data collection methods used were: observation, interview and questionnaire distribution to a number of respondents. By using a measure of validity and reliability, and using the analysis prerequisite test, then using data analysis methods using multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing in the form of t test used to determine the extent to which the independent variables are used partially able to explain the dependent variable and the F test is used to determine the extent to which the independent variables used simultaneously are able to explain the dependent variable. Data analysis in this study used SPSS 23.0.From the results of this research, seen partially by t test that product variations influence the buying interest with tcount (8,839)> ttable (2,000), packaging influences the buying interest with tcount (12,040)> ttable (2,000) Furthermore, in the simultaneous influence test the F test shows that variations in products and packaging have a significant effect on buying interest, with Fcount (333,040)> Ftable (2.72). And the coefficient of determination shows that variations in changes in the variable purchase interest are influenced by changes in product and packaging variation variables by 89.6%. From the results of the study are expected to be beneficial to all parties.

Abstract

Based on the results of data analysis using the multiple correlation calculation shows that the corellation value obtained for Interpersonal Communication (X1) with Employee Performance (Y) of 0.937 means that there is a correlation with very strong criteria between Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). Correlation value obtained for Job Stress (X2) with Employee Performance (Y) of 0.709 means there is a correlation with strong criteria between Job Stress (X2) and Employee Performance (Y). Correlation value obtained for Interpersonal Communication (X1) with Work Stress (X2) of 0.886 means that there is a correlation with very strong criteria between Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Work Stress (X2). While simultaneous testing (together) Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Work Stress (X2) variables with Employee Performance (Y) of 0,000. Then compared to the probability value of 0.05, it turns out the probability value of 0.05 is greater than the value of Sig. F Change or 0.05 ≥ 0,000 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a very strong relationship between Interpersonal Communication and Work Stress with Employee Performance in the Office of Religious Affairs in West Baturaja District.

Abstract

One of the Muslim fashion outlets in Lahat City which was founded in 2020 that provides adult Muslim clothing, namely the Syar'i HAZA Boutique, which is here to meet the needs of the city of Lahat for Muslim fashion. The method used in this research is descriptive method,which is a problem solving by describing, interpreting and analyzing the data so that it can find the objective of the discussion effectively. Also using quantitative analysis, namely using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedesity test. As for the population, as many as 300 consumers and the sample taken was 75 people. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a significant influence between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Based on the t value of Variable Price with t count> from t table or 5,503> 2,000, then H_0 is rejected, H_a is accepted, Location Variable with t count> from t table or 4,573> 2,000, then H_0 is rejected, H_a is accepted.From the results of the hypothesis test in the study, the decision taken is that H_0 is rejected, H_a is accepted, meaning that together the variables X1 and X2 The location as a whole has a significant effect on the variable (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of people, process amd phisical evidence On Colleger Satisfaction. Students College of Baturaja University were taken as the case studi. Both primary and secondary data were obtained in this study. Secondary data were obtained from various sources such as journals, books and other related publication. Primary data were obtained using questionnaires which were distributed to the target respondents. A Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the SPSS v26 program was employed to analyze data. The result showed that people, process and physical evidence had a positive and significant effect on college satiffaction and process was found dominant. For further research, adding other variables such as product, price, and promotion was also suggested. It suggestted the referent group can help provide a better procedure and mechanisms for lectures activity and administrative service for colleger.

Abstract

The title of this research is "The Effect of Product Quality and Price on Buyer Decisions of Cosmetics Make Over (Case Study on Consumers of Eka Cosmetics Stores)". The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Make Over cosmetics on Eka Cosmetics Shop consumers, to determine and analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions for Make Over cosmetics on Eka Cosmetics Shop consumers and to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and price. on the decision to buy Make Over cosmetics at Eka Cosmetics Shop consumers. Primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 80 consumers of Eka Cosmetics Shop. The data analysis technique used was the SPSS version 23.0 application, using data testing and statistical testing. From the results of data analysis on the variables studied, namely product quality and price, it shows that there is an influence on the purchasing decision of Make Over cosmetics on Eka Cosmetics Shop Consumers simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on an increase in sales volume, to determine the effect of promotion on an increase in sales volume and to determine the effect of selling prices and promotions on an increase in sales volume of Indosat Ooredoo starter packs at PT. Lahat Branch Cellular Business Partner. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. The results showed that there was an effect of price on sales volume, there was an effect of promotion on the increase in sales volume of Indosat Ooredoo starter packs at PT. Cellular Business Partners. Lahat branch, and there is a significant influence between price and promotion on the increase in sales volume of Indosat Ooredoo starter packs at PT. Cellular Business Partners. Lahat Branch. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, it is known that the coefficient value of the f test results is 3.135 with a significant level of 5%. The price variable is more dominant in partially influencing the increase in sales volume.
