Abstract

This study aims to investigate the culture of kaizen towards increasing employee productivity at Auto2000 tanjung api-api Palembang. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study was 61 people. The method of analysis in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that kaizen culture (X) has a significant positive effect on employee productivity (Y). The results also prove that there is a close relationship between the two variables. This research is beneficial for companies in order to increase employee producitivy through the kaizen culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work compensation on the performance of employees of PT Immortal Cosmedika Indonesia Palembang Branch. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The number of respondents in the study was 60 people. The analytical method applied in this study is the coefficient of determination analysis. The results prove that motivation (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y). Compensation (X2) is also proven to have a positive effect on employee performance (Y). This research is useful for PT Immortal Cosmedika Indonesia Palembang Branch to improve employee performance through motivation and job compensation.

Abstract

Research on prices, product quality, and halal labels on the repurchase interest of Wardah products. The research objective was to see and analyze the effect of price (X1), product quality (X2), halal label (X3) on repurchase interest (Y) at Wardah outlets at Avon Cosmetics Banyuwangi. Data were collected by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires to 60 respondents with a purposive technique using accidental sampling, which aims to see the respondents' perceptions of each variable. The analysis used includes instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of analysis using regression can be seen that the variable price (X1), product quality (X2), halal label (X3), all have a positive effect on repurchase interest (Y). From the test, the results obtained from the price (0.012), product quality (0.001), halal label (0.000), all have a positive effect on the repurchase interest of Wardah products. The third variable has an effect of 73.4% and the remaining 26.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Sate H. Pardi, Dr. M. Isa branch. Sampling employed incidental techniques. Data of 86 respondents were collected through questionnaires and interviews. This study applied a simple linear regression method to analyze the data. The result exhibits that service quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. This research is advantageous forthe restaurant to enhance its business. To increase customer satisfaction, Sate H. Pardi, Dr. M. Isa branch should optimize its quality of service.

Abstract

This paper presents in depth method of building ARIMA model for stock price prediction. The experimental results obtained with best ARIMA model incontestable the potential of ARIMA models to predict stock costs satisfactory on short-run basis. This might guide investors in stock market to create profitable investment selections. With the results obtained ARIMA models will compete fairly well with rising prediction techniques in short-run prediction. Here we take the data of three sectors from NSE for three years from April 18 to Feb21 and predict the future prices until the end of December 21 using ARIMA model.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of personality type and motivation on the performance of the employees of Tempeh Lumajang Public High School. This study uses a quantitative approach that is hypothesis testing. The population used was all employees of the State Senior High School of Tempeh, and the sampling used the census method. The data analysis method used in this article is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the personality type had a significant positive effect on the performance of the employees of the Tempeh Lumajang Public High School. Motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of the employees of the Tempeh Lumajang Public High School.

Abstract

Current technological developments require companies to develop their business with various purchasing or shopping channels. The business model that is currently trending is the omnichannel model. Omnichannel is a business model which in its operation and service is integrated in all sales channels owned by the company in one overall system. Omnichannel combines all store marketing channels both online and offline which can make it easier for customers to find information, process, and make decisions in making product purchases. The purpose of this study was to analyze customer experience as a mediating variable between the quality of the integration channel consisting of Service Configuration Quality (SCQ) and Interaction Integrated (II) on repurchase intentions on Wardah beauty products as a local brand in Indonesia. The object of this research is a beauty product with the brand Wardah and the research was conducted in the city of Medan. The data analysis method was carried out using SmartPLS. The result of this study is that service configuration quality has no positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention variable. Integrated interactions have a positive and insignificant effect on the repurchase intention variable. Service configuration quality and integrated interactions have a positive and significant effect on customer experience. Customer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Service quality configuration and integrated interactions are not positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through the customer experience as mediation. In this study, the customer experience was not able to mediate between service configuration quality and integrated interactions on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of job satisfaction and work environment on the turnover intention of employees of PT Honda Maju Motor Tanjung Api-Api. A total of 101 samples were determined deploying the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the investigation exhibit that partially job satisfaction has no significant effect on turnover intentions. Conversely, the work environment has a significant and positive effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously, job satisfaction and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employees' turnover intention. This empirical finding can benefit PT Honda Maju Motor TanjungApi-Api. The leaders of the company should pay attention to satisfaction and work environment in their management because these two factors affect employees' turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of communication skills and organizational culture on the performance of the employees of Air Salek District Office, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data of 45 respondents were collected through observation and questionnaires. This study implemented the multiple linear regression method to analyze data. The results evidence that partially each communication skill and organizational culture has a significant effect on employees' performance. Likewise, simultaneously communication skills and organizational culture have a significant effect on employees' performance. This insight can provide benefits for Air Salek District Office, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. To improve employees' performance, the leader of this government institution should optimize the communication skills and organizational culture factors.

Abstract

This study was carried out to determine the perception of library users on the use of ICT facilities in Abia State Polytechnic Library, Nigeria. The study adopted survey research design. The population of the study comprised 4,857 registered users of Abia State Polytechnic library, Nigeria. The convenience sampling technique was used to select a sample of 200 respondents for the study. A structured questionnaire titled “Perception of Library Users on the Use of ICT Facilities in Abia State Polytechnic Library Questionnaire (PLUUSIFASPLIQ)” was used as an instrument for data collection. Data collected for the study was analyzed using frequency counts and percentages to answer research questions. The findings of the study revealed that users are not satisfied with the adequacy of computers, internet and databases facilities in the library. The findings also revealed observable attitude of librarians towards the use of ICT in rendering services which include lack of interest in providing adequate ICT facilities, poor mastery of ICT facilities in rendering services, inadequate knowledge of appropriate ICT facilities, more comfortability with traditional facilities than ICTs, and lack of strong Library and Information Science background of most library staff. Findings also showed that library users need basic ICT facilities in the library for research purposes, preparing for lecture; preparing for exam; updating knowledge and also for printing, photocopying and scanning documents. Finally, it was recommended that the Abia State Polytechnic should make adequate provision of fund to acquire needed ICT facilities in the library; conduct regular training on library-based ICTs and consider ICT skill as one of the major requirements for recruitment in the library.
