Abstract

This article analyze the individual characteristics and police work discipline on the performance of traffic police. Lumajang. This article used a quantitative approach and the testing of hypotheses, a population that is used is the police of traffic police, Lumajangthe sample collection and use of census. The method of analysis of the data used in the article it is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that significant individual characteristics have a positive impact on the performance of traffic police precinct Lumajang. Work discipline have a positive impact on the performance of traffic police precinctLumajang.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted all sectors, including small and medium-sized businesses such as cracker producers and resellers. The problems faced in the midst of the pandemic include manual production processes, lack of management skills, monotonous and less innovative products, and difficulties in marketing. In this activity, there are three partners, namely UD. Sumber Rejeki is a cracker producer and UD. Wahyu Jaya and UD. Barokah Abadi is a reseller who helps market the product. The targets of this activity are innovative products, market expansion and improving the quality of human resource management, procurement of dough mixer machines, trays, impulse sealers, nameplates, quality packaging, and SAK EMKM accounting books. The service method used is mentoring business activities in terms of production, marketing, and business financial management. The outputs resulting from this community partnership program are in the form of improving the quality of production more effectively and efficiently and hygienically with a dough mixer machine, as well as the creation of a product's unique selling point in terms of shape. Other outputs resulting from this activity are the expertise of business partners in managing production management, digital marketing, and the preparation of simple financial reports based on excel applications guided by SAK EMKM.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of personality type and motivation on the performance of the employees of Tempeh Lumajang Public High School. This study uses a quantitative approach that is hypothesis testing. The population used was all employees of the State Senior High School of Tempeh, and the sampling used the census method. The data analysis method used in this article is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the personality type had a significant positive effect on the performance of the employees of the Tempeh Lumajang Public High School. Motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of the employees of the Tempeh Lumajang Public High School.

Abstract

The research with the title Of Award and Self-Actualization of Its Relationship to Employee Performance of The Regional Governance Section of Jember District aims to analyze the effect of appreciation and self-actualization on employee work performance at the Secretariat of Regional Governance Kab. Jember partially and simultaneously. The number of samples used in the study was 35 people with census sampling techniques. The data collection methods used in this study used questionnaires, interviews, and library studies. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicolonierity test, heteroskedasticity test, partial test normality test, simultaneous test and determination coefficient test. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis using the partial test states that there is a positive and significant influence between the reward variables on work performance. The results of the partial test also stated that there was a positive and significant influence among the variables of self-actualization on work performance. The results of multiple linear regression analysis using the simultaneous test state that there is a positive and significant influence between reward variables and self-actualization on work performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of affirmative action and organizational culture on performance management on PT. Bintang Sayap Utama Area East Java One. The type of research used is causal research. The population used is all employees of PT. Bintang Sayap Utama Area East Java One with coverage of Lumajang, Batu and Malang regency as many as 66 employees with census method. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regressions. The results showed that affirmative action had no significant effect on pt performance management. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia pada UMKM Bunda Mandiri desa Tanggung Padang Lumajang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota UMKM Bunda Mandiri sebanyak 15 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya manusia membutuhkan perencanaan sumber daya manusia seperti strategi usaha, implementasi strategi, pelatihan dan pengarahan. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang diperlukan untuk UMKM Bunda Mandiri seperti pengembangan komunikasi, modal dan pemasaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, UMKM Bunda Mandiri membutuhkan pelatihan dan pengembangan hard skill dan softskill

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Serampang Jaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan memanfaat regresi linier berganda. Populasi penelitian ini total 100 karyawan CV. Serampang jaya dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu seluruh karyawan CV. Serampang Jaya. Data yang diperoleh berdasarkan instrument kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Organizatonal Citizenship Behavior dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The research entitled The Relationship between Motivation and Work Discipline with Employee Performance aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Tofu factory employees CV. Serampang Jaya, Pujer, Bondowoso, both partially and simultaneously. The number of samples in this study amounted to 35 respondents with a sampling technique, namely the saturated sample technique or census. The data collection method used is by using questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test, followed by hypothesis testing, namely partial test and simultaneous test, and continued with the coefficient of determination test. (R2). The results of the partial hypothesis test state that there is a positive and significant influence between the motivational variables on employee performance. The results of the partial test also state that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline variables on employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test state that there is a positive and significant effect between the two independent variables, namely the motivation and work discipline variables on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of motivation and compensation on performance of employees at Puskesmas Jambesari. This study uses a quantitative approach that is hypothesisi testing. Methods of data analysis is multiple regressin analysis. The population used was all employess of the Puskesmas Jambesari, and the sampling used census method 51 employees. The results showed that motivation has no significant on employees performance of the Puskesmas Jambesari. Compensation has a significant on employees Puskesmas Jambesari. Motivation and compensation both have a sign has a significant on employees Puskesmas Jambesari.
