Abstract

Entering young adulthood, where the developmental task is to achieve economic and social independence, places individuals at risk of experiencing a quarter-life crisis. This period is often marked by high anxiety and stress about future uncertainties. Healthy self-hardiness is crucial for young adults to manage stress and cope with their developmental challenges. This study aims to explore the role of self-compassion in fostering hardiness among young adults during the quarter-life crisis. The research uses a quantitative cross-sectional design, employing the Multidimensional Hardiness Inventory for Young Adults, which has a reliability coefficient of α = .929. Self-compassion is measured using Neff's (2003) self-compassion scale, adapted into Indonesian with a reliability coefficient of α = .727. The hypothesis was tested using simple linear regression analysis on a sample of 116 respondents, selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate a significant positive effect of self-compassion on hardiness in young adults during the quarter-life crisis (p = .034 < .05). Developing a healthy self-compassion attitude can help young adults build hardiness, enabling them to better manage stress and achieve independence in their social and economic lives.

Abstract

Management of education costs for underprivileged communities is a hot issue to be discussed, because it cannot be denied that there are many problems in the field related to education financing, such as the high cost of education causing many Indonesians to drop out of school, not to mention the various bad behavior of school officials, such as school principal who deliberately corrupts education funds. The aim of this research is to explain local government policies in managing education costs for underprivileged communities, especially at the elementary school level. The writing method uses content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include reading literature sourced from books or articles that are relevant to the research. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques involve inventory, categorization and analysis of research data. The research results show that the government's policy in allocating educational funding resources to help all underprivileged students, especially at the elementary school level, has been pursued through several funding sources and programs that have been launched, such as the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) program, the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) program. , and the Family Hope Program (PKH)

Abstract

This study examines the need for a paradigm shift in financial reporting for cultural assets, moving beyond traditional monetary valuation towards a more comprehensive approach. The current reliance on financially-focused accounting frameworks fails to capture the multi-faceted value of cultural heritage, thus creating a gap in accurately representing the social, historical, and cultural significance of these assets. This research aims to explore the key elements of comprehensive reporting, including the integration of non-monetary values, stakeholder engagement, long-term sustainability, technological advancement, and ethical considerations. The research used a qualitative approach, analysing existing literature and frameworks from the Scopus database related to cultural heritage accounting and reporting. Several countries were involved in conducting similar research. The findings revealed the importance of incorporating non-monetary metrics, adopting a stakeholder-centred approach, and utilising technology to improve reporting practices. The research also highlighted the ethical dilemmas inherent in valuing cultural assets and the need for practical tools and methodologies to bridge the gap between theory and practice. The research concludes that a comprehensive approach to financial reporting is essential for effective heritage management, recommending the development of standardised metrics for non-monetary values, context-appropriate reporting frameworks, and ethically sensitive valuation methods. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of teacher certification policies in supporting the development of Islamic religious education at MIS Kulu, Nagan Raya Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze data objectively based on field findings. The teacher certification policy is one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of education, including in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The main objective of this policy is to ensure that teachers have sufficient qualifications and competencies to provide effective learning. This research focuses on the implementation of certification policies in the development of Islamic religious education at the Kulu Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Nagan Raya Regency, and its impact on the quality of learning. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and document analysis. Research findings reveal that teacher certification contributes significantly to improving the professional competence of teaching staff, which has a positive impact on the quality of Islamic religious education in these madrasas. However, there are still obstacles such as the need for further training, improving facilities, and the readiness of teaching staff to undergo the certification process which require further attention.

Abstract

Education in the digital era is experiencing a major transformation along with the rapid progress of information technology, which has not only changed the way we access knowledge but also the way we learn. Digital technology enables faster and broader access to learning resources, creates new spaces for collaboration, and introduces educational platforms that change the dynamics of the traditional classroom. However, even though technology provides convenience, the main challenge that arises is building students' learning independence, namely their ability to manage, assess and utilize information independently. In this context, educational philosophy offers a theoretical framework that can direct learning practices, especially through the flow of pragmatism and constructivism. Pragmatism emphasizes practical experience as the basis of learning, while constructivism focuses on students' active role in constructing their own knowledge. Digital technology, if used wisely, can support both schools of philosophy, providing flexibility in choosing the time and place of study and enabling deeper exploration of knowledge. However, over-reliance on technology can hinder the development of critical and reflective skills that are important in the learning process. Therefore, this research aims to explore the application of educational philosophy in supporting students' independent learning in the digital era, by emphasizing the importance of balance between the use of technology and the development of critical and reflective thinking skills.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of how much influence transformational leadership and work motivation simultaneously and partially have on the performance of employees and ASN at the Manpower, Transmigration and Population Service of East Nusa Tenggara Province.The population in this study was ASN from the Manpower, Transmigration and Population Service of East Nusa Tenggara Province, totaling 248 employees. The sample obtained was 153 people, using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The variables in this research are transformational leadership and work motivation as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is descriptive percentage, multiple linear regression analysis method, simultaneous test, partial test. The results of data regression analysis show the following equation Y=0.301+0.728 X1 + 0.513 Simultaneously (leadership and motivation) have a significant effect on employee performance by 61.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining 38.5% is influenced by other factors.It was concluded that the more positive the transformational leadership and work motivation, the higher the employee performance. Suggestions related to the research results are that leaders should be able to maintain good relationships with employees at work, so that employees feel comfortable at work, need to maintain or increase employee motivation at work and plan the training and development programs needed to improve employee performance at work.

Abstract

This research discusses the legal position of motor vehicle credit leasing, especially regarding the resolution of defaults in leasing agreements through the BPSK institution and the dispute resolution mechanism through the leasing channel itself. Motor vehicle leasing agreements often experience default due to the debtor's inability to fulfill installment payment obligations. This research aims to examine the legal position of leasing agreements in relation to default and analyze the dispute resolution mechanism through BPSK. This research uses a normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis. The research results show that leasing agreements have a clear legal basis, even though they are not explicitly regulated in the Civil Code. Default dispute resolution can be done through mediation, conciliation or arbitration at BPSK. Dispute resolution through BPSK provides space for consumers and business actors to reach an agreement without going through a more formal litigation process.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to the field of education, creating both new opportunities and challenges. Educational philosophy and humanistic learning theories offer strategic solutions to enhance the quality of holistic education amidst these transformations. This study aims to explore the relationship between educational philosophy, humanistic learning theories, and the application of technology in holistic education. Utilizing a literature review method, this research analyzes various relevant sources to identify key principles and their implications within the context of the digital era. The findings indicate that educational philosophy provides the foundational values needed to maintain a balance between technological innovation and comprehensive human development. Humanistic learning theories, as conceptualized by Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow, emphasize the importance of meaningful learning and personalization to support the self-actualization of learners. In holistic education, the integration of technology with a humanistic approach can create learning environments that not only facilitate academic achievement but also foster emotional, social, and spiritual development.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran pemasaran konten, kualitas layanan, dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan di era digital. Di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat di dunia bisnis digital, perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki strategi yang tepat guna memenangkan persaingan dan mempertahankan eksistensinya. Pemasaran konten memainkan peran penting dalam menarik perhatian pelanggan melalui penyampaian informasi yang relevan dan berharga. Kualitas layanan yang tinggi akan menciptakan pengalaman positif bagi pelanggan, sehingga memperkuat hubungan mereka dengan perusahaan dan mendorong loyalitas. Loyalitas pelanggan sendiri menjadi salah satu faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif, karena pelanggan yang loyal lebih cenderung untuk tetap menggunakan produk atau layanan serta merekomendasikannya kepada orang lain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan penelitian pustaka (library research), yang mengkaji berbagai artikel, buku, dan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan topik yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pemasaran konten yang efektif dengan kualitas layanan yang prima dapat membangun loyalitas pelanggan yang pada gilirannya mendukung perusahaan dalam meraih keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan di era digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi bagi praktisi bisnis dan akademisi dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-compassion and resilience in working mothers in Tangerang. The study was conducted on 180 respondents of working mothers in Tangerang. This research instrument uses a measurement tool of adaptation and modification with a total of 26 items for self-compassion with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.929 and a resilince instrument consisting of 25 items with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.955. The data analysis technique used was the Spearman's Rho correlation test and the results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between self-compasson and resilience with a correlation of (r) 0.635 with a significance value of 0.000. The relationship between the two variables shows that if mothers working in Tangerang have a high level of self-compassion, they can have a high level of resilience.
