Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the factors influencing the employees working productivity at theSecretariat Division of West Sumba Regency. Some variables considered as the influencing factorstoward the Employees Working Productivity (Y) in this study were the Leadership Style (X3),Working Motivation (X2) and Education and Training (X1). The samples were 60 employeestaken from the population of 210 employees working as staff members at the Secretariat Division ofWest Sumba Regency. Using Multiple Linear Regresion Analysis, the results of the study indicatedthat the Leadership Style (X3), Working Motivation (X2) and Education and Training (X1)influenced the Employees Working Productivity (Y) at the Secretariat Division West SumbaRegency, with coefficient determination was 25,9%, while the rest of 74,1% was contributed byother factors excluded in this study.Keywords : Education and Training, Working Motivation ,Leadreship Style, Employees WorkingProductivity

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melaksanakan pendampingan pada kelompok BP BDJ Gereja Kota Kupang agar dapat mempunyai kemampuan pengelolaan usaha terkhusus produksi aneka olahan buah papaya kacang tanah dan juga teknik pemasaran. Kelompok ini dipilih karena dalam melaksanakan tugas pelayanannya di gereja senantiasa memberi dukungan bagi perkembangan usaha ekonomi jemaat. Permasalahan yang dihadapi kelompok tersebut adalah rendahnya kemampuan pengelolaan usaha terutama dari aspek produksi dan pemasaran produk dan juga minimnya kemampuan dan ketrampilan dalam teknik pengolahan buah papaya dan kacang tanah. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan dalam proses produksi aneka olahan buah pepaya sekaligus memguasai teknik pemasaran yang baik. Selain itu juga akan dibentuk kelompok usaha baru yang merupakan cikal bakal pengembangan ipteks dan jiwa wira usaha bagi warga gereja yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi jemaat

Abstract

Stunting has become a serious problem today. Data shows that East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province first ranks in stunting nationally. Based on the 2021 Indonesian Nutritional Status Study (SSGI), 15 districts in NTT are categorized as red (stunting prevalence >30%). South Middle East (TTS) and North Middle East (TTU) districts have a prevalence of >46%. This study aims to discuss the model of community empowerment in dealing with stunting which has become a serious problem today in South Middle East District (TTS). The method used is direct education (a method that involves delivering information and knowledge directly to individuals or groups). The results show that community empowerment to reduce stunting is a collective work between pentahelix elements, community empowerment programs in Haumenbaki Village rely on the strength of local wisdom, namely manonop (cooperation) and three important actors of community empowerment elements in Haumenbaki Village, namely the community, village government, and external institutions (agencies, universities, NGOs, and the media).

Abstract

Isu dan fenomena konkrit tentang keberadaan BUMDES “NekafMese” ialah: kondisi tempat usaha yang memprihatikan, belum ada pemetaan potensi ekonomi di Desa Oeltua yang dapat dikembangkan oleh BUMDES, keterbatasan kemampuan manajerial pada tingkat pengelola dan kerjasama bisnis yang saling menguntungkan, kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam menunjang usaha BUMDES. Tujuan pengabdian ini ialah untuk melakukan pemetaan potensi ekonomi Desa Oeltua yang dapat dikembangkan BUMDES, untuk melakukan penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada pengelola BUMDES untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial dan kerjasama bisnis yang saling menguntungkan; dan melakukan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat Desa dan mitra bisnis dalam menunjang usaha BUMDES. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang eksistensi BUMDes serta bagaimana cara pengelolaan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terutama para pengurus BUMDES tentang bagaimana melakukan pembukuan. Rencana pendampingan akan dilakukan selama 3 bulan dalam hal pembukuan, identifikasi dan pemetaan potensi desa, dll. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, BUMDES, Partisipasi Masyarakat

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) 1 Amanuban Barat adalah sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang berada di Desa Nule, Kecamatan Amanuban Barat, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dan siswa/i di SMPN 1 Amanuban Barat dalam hal teknologi pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada tanggal 21 November 2021. Hasilnya kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 4 jam, diikuti oleh 30 peserta yang terdiri dari guru dan siswa. Diakhir kegiatan hasil yang diperoleh ialah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dan siswa dalam hal penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran dalam aktivitas belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan media Zoom Meeting, Google Meet, Googel Form, dll. hal ini diukur dengan post-test yang dilakukan diakhir kegiatan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang baik maka dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan terlebih pembiasaan menggunakan media-media di atas dalam aktivitas belajar-mengajar setiap hari.

Abstract

Tourism is one of a major sector in many countries to develop its economy. This research aims to analyze the local government strategy to develop tourism. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with case study method, using in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection tools. Then, data was analyzed using the Milles and Huberman model which consisted of three activity namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research found that the TTS Regency government strategy to develop tourism are applying tourism village program, empowering the community through training activities, business assistance, financial assistance, and also by providing infrastructure. However, this has not been done optimally by the government due to the small portion of tourism budget and the absence of investors and unresolved land ownership problems. Therefore, the government must solve problems with the community related to land ownership, provide adequate funding sources to support the tourism sector by inviting both domestic and foreign investors and/or private sector tourism operators.

Abstract

Abstract

To build consumer trust through online sales, business people can utilize digital marketing content tools, which are a determining factor in building consumer trust. This research aims to describe how the role of digital marketing content tools builds trust in a person to do online shopping. The object of this research is the people of Kupang City who are active in doing online shopping activities, which are studied using qualitative descriptive methods. The results show that in creating consumer trust for online shopping, social media acts as a facilitator through the right aspects, namely, relationship, communication, content, and connection. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) acts as a credible information center because it is able to map the profile of marketers and their products based on other users' experiences and ratings of marketers' reputation, product quality, and service quality. Pay Per Click (PPC) acts as executive sales and video marketing through its visualization power, acting as a source of information as well as an effective teaching tool to illustrate how the product should be used.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Muslim fashion as a form of personal branding in online shopping through social media, particularly platforms like TikTok. While previous research has explored lifestyle and personality as aspects of personal branding, this study focuses specifically on Muslim fashion and its impact on consumer trust and purchasing decisions. Using a quantitative explanatory research approach, data were analyzed with the Smart Partial Least Squares (Smart PLS) application. The results reveal that Muslim fashion significantly influences sellers' personal branding, with a strong personal brand enhancing consumer trust in the seller. The findings suggest that sellers who align their Muslim fashion with consumer perceptions can build stronger trust, broaden their customer base, attract new buyers, and ultimately increase sales. These insights offer valuable guidance for sellers aiming to improve their marketing strategies through consistent, transparent content and services on social media.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan UMKM sangat penting untuk mendukung keberlangsungannya di tengah lingkungan yang terus berubah. Adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi menjadi hal yang mendesak bagi UMKM. Kegiatan digitalisasi UMKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan bagi para pelaku UMKM di desa Oebelo terkait pemanfaatan teknologi dalam kegiatan usahanya. Metode kegiatan ini berupa penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Peserta yang ditargetkan sebanyak 25 orang peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berdampak pada pengetahuan ibu-ibu UMKM serta kesadaran akan pentingnya digitalisasi UMKM dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk kegiatan usahanya.
