Abstract

Peralatan konstruksi, khususnya alat berat, memiliki peran penting dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Proyek Pembangunan YOGYA Kota Baru Parahyangan adalah proyek konstruksi gedung yang memerlukan alat berat, sehingga manajemen efisiensi waktu dan biaya penggunaan alat berat menjadi penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi tenaga kerja dan mempercepat penyelesaian pekerjaan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini guna menghitung produktivitas alat berat dan mengevaluasi Site Layout proyek. Hasil perhitungan produktivitas alat berat pada alat pemancang tiang (HSPD) adalah 0,234 m/menit, alat gali (excavator) adalah 26,67 m3/jam, dan alat pemindah (tower crane) adalah 11,1 kg/menit. Evaluasi Site Layout proyek mengidentifikasi zonasi, penempatan, aksesibilitas, keselamatan, dan sumber daya yang terkait dengan proyek, serta memberikan kritik dan saran untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pekerjaan dan keselamatan para pekerja. Sebagai saran pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya, dapat dilakukan analisis lebih mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas alat berat, seperti kondisi geologi, cuaca, dan faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi kecepatan pemancangan. Selain itu, penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi untuk pengembangan teknologi dan inovasi dalam alat berat yang lebih efisien dan berdampak positif bagi proyek konstruksi di masa depan.

Abstract

Kebutuhan beton di Indonesia saat ini semakin meningkat, hal pertama yang sering diperhatikan orang adalah emisi gas rumah kaca (karbon dioksida) yang dihasilkan selama produksi semen. Maka salah satu solusinya perlu digunakan bahan lain untuk menggantikan semen portland yang digunakan dalam pembuatan beton. Beton geopolimer adalah jenis beton yang dibuat dari bahan-bahan alami seperti abu vulkanik dan alkali aktif. Beton geopolimer memiliki kelemahan dalam hal workability yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan workability dan durabilitas beton geopolimer dengan penambahan admixture dan serat polypropylene. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Pada penelitian ini besarnya persentase penambahan serat polypropylene adalah 0,5%;1%; 1,5%; dan 2% terhadap volume beton. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mendapatkan nilai maksimum kuat tekan dan kuat tarik belah menggunakan sampel silinder dengan diameter 10 cm dan tinggi 20 cm. Nilai kuat tekan maksimum terjadi pada beton variasi 0,5% denganpenambahan serat polypropylene yaitu sebesar 25,6 MPa, sedangkan nilai kuat tarik belah maksimum terjadi pada beton variasi 0,5% dengan penambahan polypropylene yaitu sebesar 2,767 MPa.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has caused the development of Smart City throughout Indonesia to be intensified. Batam is one of the cities that is aggressively preparing for this. One of the actions taken is to prepare the availability of clean water that is suitable for all its citizens. This study aims to determine how much water availability in one of the watersheds in Batam, namely the Balo watershed. The method used in this study is a quantitative method by analyzing data available in the field such as rain data and discharge data. Discharge data will later be obtained using the synthetic unit hydrograph method that analyzes the hydrograph using data on the flow area and length of the river in the watershed. The rain data and discharge data will be accumulated to produce water availability discharge data. The highest water availability discharge data per year in the Balo watershed occurred in November and the lowest in February and March. The largest availability discharge was 1,963 m3/s and the lowest was 0 m3/s. The results of this calculation are expected to be used by the community or local government to be able to plan for drought or flood disaster mitigation in the Balo watershed or Batam City itself.

Abstract

Sidewalks are provided for pedestrians located in road use areas, given a surface layer with a higher elevation than the surface of the road pavement, and generally parallel to the vehicle traffic lane. The aim of this research is to analyze the Level of Service (LoS) of sidewalks and the appropriate functions of sidewalks. and assess pedestrian path facilities in accordance with established requirements and standards. The research location is in the urban area of Cianjur City, namely the sidewalks of Jalan Adi Subuat, Jalan Siti Jenab, Jalan Suroso, Jalan Taifur Yusuf, and Jalan Ir H Juanda. The method used is the analytical survey method, namely the method of conducting a survey at the location studied. The results of the analysis show that the level of service (LoS) of the Jalan Adi Sucipta sidewalk is category D, the level of service (LoS) of the sidewalk of Jalan Siti Jenab is category D, the level of service (LoS) of the sidewalk of Jalan Suroso is category D , Level of Service (LoS) of Jalan Taifur Yusuf Category D, and Level of Service (LoS) of Jalan Ir H Juanda category C. Categories C and D are categories that are still comfortable to use but there are a few differences in categories C and D and the facilities meet applicable standards. Conclusion: Level of Service (LoS) in Cianjur City is in the comfortable category to use.

Abstract

In the construction project of RSU D Pratama in Nias Regency, this study aims to identify variables that increase the risk of work accidents. The author of this study used quantitative methods. The aspects used by researchers to identify the risk of work accidents include Factors of Work Accidents, Factors Causing Disease, Factors Causing Work Accident Hazards in Development Construction Projects, and Protection Factors for the Application of Occupational Safety and Health. Based on the results of the study, almost all aspects of the Class D Primary Hospital building in Nias Regency have occupational accident risks that have an impact on Occupational Safety and Health (K3).

Abstract

Structural design is one of the important elements in the construction of a building in order to produce a safe, strong and economical building. Especially in the design of upper structures (in the form of floors, beams, columns, walls and roofs). In beam structures, design and feasibility testing regarding dimensions and the use of reinforcement are safe and economical. Based on the allowable normal stress, it can be seen whether the normal stress is feasible or not if a certain input value is entered, so that information on the feasibility of this quantity can be applied directly to the building. Therefore, it is necessary to have a simulation process regarding the feasibility of stress so that the building to be created can meet the criteria for being a safe, strong and economical building. Overall the analysis process uses Machine Learning methods. By using three types of data, namely algorithm training data, validation data and testing data with a comparison percentage of training and testing data of 80%:20%. The training process produces very high accuracy. This can be seen in the R-Squared value of 0.99 while the RMSE is 1.30e-06. Meanwhile, in the data testing process, high accuracy was also obtained, for R-Squared of 1.0 and RMSE 3.87e-16. After the training and testing process has obtained very good results, we proceed to the beam feasibility testing process by entering certain input values, to produce the normal stress magnitude (Mpa) along with the confidence level of each normal stress prediction result.

Abstract

Analysis of reinforcement requirements for column and beam work is important to anticipate the lack and excess of reinforcement that will be planned. In this study, the analysis of reinforcement requirements was carried out at the Pancing Mini Stadium in North Sumatra Province. In optimizing the use of reinforcing iron, a method is used, one of method that recently used is Bar Bending Schedule (BBS). BBS is a method that lists a model of reinforcing iron cutting patterns that serves to control the use of reinforcing iron and minimize the remaining material with Microsoft Excel applications. The result of analysis of the volume of reinforcement requirements on columns and beams using conventional connections is 54,830.96 kg, while the result of analysis of the volume of reinforcement requirements on columns and beams using coupler connections is 53,523.57 kg. The comparison result of the volume of reinforcement requirements on columns and beams using conventional connections with coupler connections is 2.3%. The result of the calculation of the cost of reinforcement requirements for columns and beams using conventional connections is IDR743.507.817,60 while the coupler connection is IDR725,688,195.00. Therefore, it can be concluded that the coupler connection is more efficient than the conventional connection in terms of cost.

Abstract

Pedestrian paths or pedestrian paths are facilities that must exist in a city. Pedestrian paths generally function to facilitate pedestrian movement from one place to another easily, smoothly, safely, comfortably and independently. Pedestrian paths are created so that road users, especially pedestrians, can avoid accidents and can enjoy walking activities safely, relaxed and comfortably without having to worry about vehicles crossing them. The unavailability of pedestrian paths on the Jalan Bandung - Cirebon corridor in Tanjungsari Village, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency has caused various problems related to pedestrian safety with many traffic accidents occurring on this route. As a first step in creating a concept plan for pedestrian routes in the Jalan Bandung - Cirebon corridor, it is necessary to identify the typology of pedestrian routes using an overlay analysis method between the land cover map and the spatial pattern map. The study findings in the form of segments will become a land plan for planning pedestrian paths that comply with safety and comfort standards. The results of the analysis state that there are 3 (three) segments that can be used as pedestrian path plans, namely road segment 1 (one) in the trade and services zone in the south with a segment length of 450 meters, road segment 2 (two) in the mixed zone with segment length of 476 meters and segment 3 (three) in the trade and services zone in the north with a segment length of 374 meters, which will be the basis for determining further analysis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze: The influence of capital structure and company growth on profitability and its implications for company value in a study of construction companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this research is the nature of this data is time series data, namely from 2019 to 2022. The data used in this research are monthly index numbers from December 2019 to December 2022. The type of investigation is causality, and The time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the research results, it was found that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; company growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on company value in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; company growth has a positive and significant effect on company value in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; positive and significant influence on company value construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022. Abstract

Along road Jenderal Soeharto is dominated by shops, educational facilities, trade, hotels, and gas stations which results in this road having very high activity, this can cause movement conflicts in traffic flow and can also trigger congestion. The temporary separator itself was installed on Jalan Jenderal Soeharto Sta.00+600 to Sta.00+850 in order to reduce right-turning vehicle conflicts so as to improve traffic flow. Based on the results of the analysis of the road performance evaluation that has been carried out, it can be stated that the road capacity after the direction separation has increased to 2213.24 pcu/hour from before the direction separation was 2079 pcu/hour while the free flow speed before the direction separation was 37.18 Km/hour decreases after there is a separation of 35.72 Km/hour, and the degree of saturation before separation of 1.09 increases to 1.69 after separation, with the level of service remaining the same in the bad predicate or F before and after there is a direction separator, the factor of increasing degree of saturation is due to the increased traffic volume from before the direction separator was 1722.70 Ppu/hour to 3757.50 pcu/hour after the direction separator, the increase in traffic volume is influenced by the increasing population of the city of Kupang every year while for the side friction decreased before there was a 2277.25Philippines/Hour to 1031.40Pu/Hours after a directional separator.
