Abstract

The “E” well to be drilled is a development well in the “P” field located in the North Sumatra Basin. During the drilling operation in well “E” using HPWBM, HPWBM is used to overcome shale instability. This water-based mud is used because it is cheaper and more economical than using oil-based mud. However, this mud needs to be added with other chemicals because HPWBM has a weakness in controlling shale formation. The mud system design for the “E” well uses the offset well method, which uses data from nearby wells for comparison. Well “E” is divided into two intervals. Hole interval 12 1/4" with 9 5/8" casing from 24 m to 290 m depth using HPWBM. Then proceed with 8 1/2" hole intervals with 7" casing from 290 m to 530 m depth using the same mud. The problem this well will face is pressure at a depth of 500 m, thus increasing the mud density from 12 ppg to 14 ppg to prevent kick.

Abstract

Packaged mineral water has become a daily necessity for Indonesians for its practicality. The raw material used in mineral water container is made of plastic because the price is cheaper, and the characteristics of it are strong and lightweight when compared to other polymers. However, the plastic waste produced is difficult to be decomposed by microorganisms in the soil, causing environmental pollution. There have been many researches on the production of environmentally friendly plastic packaging. One of the raw materials used is alginate because it contains ester compounds which are the requirement for making biodegradable plastics. The alginate compound contained in seaweed is a polysaccharide obtained from the extraction of brown seaweed such as Sargassum sp which is found in Indonesian waters. Gel formation can be done by diffusion with the spherification method. This method is the simplest technique, where the gel is formed by diffusion of calcium ions into the alginate solution. The results showed that sodium alginate derived from seaweed can be used as a raw material in the production of mineral water packaging that can be consumed by using the spherification techniques. The packaging product which is shaped like a bubble is safe for consumption and is biodegradable.

Abstract

Abstrak SDN Bungur 03 merupakan sebuah sekolah dasar negeri yang ada di Jakarta tepatnya di jakarta pusat yang dimana didalamnya ada bagian yang mengurus lulusan atau para alumni sekolah tersebut yaitu tata usaha yang bertugas mendata para lulusan atau alumni sekolah ini. Pada prosesnya memiliki beberapa masalah yaitu proses pendataan data lulusan atau alumni yang masih menggunakan kertas sebagai folmulir data alumni, dan dalam proses pendataan para alumni masih harus datang langsung ke sekolah untuk mengisi data alumni yang dimana para alumni sudah banyak kesibukan sendiri dengan kegiatan di sekolah, kampus atau di tempat kerja yang tidak memungkinkan para alumni sempat untuk mengisi atau memperbaharui data alumni pada sekolah. Dalam mendefinisikan kebutuhan dan analisa serta perancangan sistem untuk perusahaan dibutuhkan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, perancangan, dan pengujian. Untuk metode analisa dan konsep sistem informasi ini digunakan model unifeld modelling language (UML). Hasil dari penulisan skripsi ini akan dibangunnya sistem informasi berbasis web yang diharapkan mampu menghadapi permasalahan yang ada pada pihak sekolah dan pihak alumni tersebut. Sistem informasi keterampilan yang dimiliki setiap manusia ini dibuat dengan memakai bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySql. Dengan adanya sistem informasi alumni pada SDN Bungur 03 ini maka dapat menangani keluhan yang dialami pihak sekolah dan alumni pada proses sistem berjalan. Seperti adanya laporan pendataan alumni dan formulir data alumni berupa form, sehingga mengurangi penggunaan kertas pada formulir dan berkas lampiran.

Abstract

Fishing boats are vessels that almost 90% of the building materials are made of wood. The nature of wood that is easily weathered and attacked by wood destroying organisms causes fishing vessels with wood materials to be easily damaged. Banana trees are plants that thrive in Indonesia. In addition to the fruit, banana tree leaves are the part that is often used for reprocessing. However, the midrib of the tree cannot be utilized optimally and will become unused waste. Therefore, the author has an innovation using banana midrib fiber as a composite material as a wood ship lamination material. Therefore, researchers need to do a test, namely by tensile test of variations in fiber thickness of 1 layer, 2 layers, 3 layers on a banana midrib fiber composite and polyester resin to measure the tensile strength value of the composite which refers to the ASTM 638-02a standard. Abstract

This study aims to develop lake tourism by prioritizing of strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of lake tourism located in Hendrosari Village, Gresik Regency. Which aims to optimize the potential that potential that exits in the lake to be used as a plate to find income because the tourism object is quite promising and the village community to developp and utilize these resources is very high. lake tour. Abstract

PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which has 3 divisional business units, one of which is the industrial machinery and equipment division (MPI) and the foundry unit located on Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 18 Bugul Lor, Pasuruan City, East Java. The industrial machinery and equipment division and foundry unit (MPI) located in Pasuruan has grown rapidly as a company that focuses on manufacturing machinery and produces products such as Oil & Gas/ Refinery / Petrochemical Industries, Power plans, Iron Casting, and Pressure Vessels. In PT. Boma Bisma Indra, whose orientation is a make-to-order company, where the new company will procure raw materials and run production if there is a request from the customer. Difficulties that are often encountered in make-to-order companies are delays in the arrival of raw materials, and process delays caused by inadequate workers. Therefore, a method called the Master Production Schedule (MPS) is needed where this method will determine the time period that will be required for each process starting from the preparation of documents related to procedures and product specifications to the finishing fabrication process. This research focuses on timeliness analysis in every process in the master production schedule using the master production schedule (MPS) method.

Abstract

SMK PGRI 31 JAKARTA is a vocational school located in Central Jakarta and has 3 majors, namely Marketing, Accounting and Office Administration. The information system for violation points and student achievements at SMK PGRI 31 Jakarta currently is in the process of recording violations still using handwritten cards, so the problem that occurs is that sometimes there is often loss of data that has not been recorded in the case book, as well as the slow process of point recapitulation. students thus hindering the action taken by the school. In defining needs and analyzing system development, it is done through data collection methods by means of observation, interviews with the counseling / BK section. The information system for points of violation and student achievement proposed in the process of awarding points made by the teacher has been systemized and immediately accepted by the guardians of the students, the proposal for making input points is expected to make it easier for counseling guidance teachers to make calls. The information system for violation points and student achievements uses the PHP and SQL Server programming languages ​​as databases. The information system for violation points and student achievement is expected to minimize the possibility of errors in making monthly reports

Abstract

The development of information technology is growing so fast which has resulted in the emergence of increasingly fierce business competition. The application of information technology in the retail business can certainly help in simplifying and accelerating business processes. Toys Amanah is a family shop located on Jl. Kemandoran Pekayon RT 04/RW 023 Pekayon Jaya Village, South Bekasi District, Bekasi City, West Java Province. This shop sells a variety of toys and office stationery supplies. In its business process, this store still carries out sales transaction activities manually using receipts and notebooks for recording sales data and collecting data on goods. Therefore, in the transaction process, errors often occur in calculating the amount of money that must be paid by customers and it takes a lot of time to record reports and frequent inventory data errors that result in discrepancies between the inventory data and the physical goods. The next problem is that the store wants to give discounts to customers who often come in order to increase customer loyalty, but there is no system that can record loyal customers. In defining requirements and analyzing and designing systems for companies, data collection methods are needed by means of literature study, observation, interviews, design, implementation, and testing. For the analysis method and the concept of this information system, the unified modeling language (UML) model is used. The results of this study will be the construction of a web-based point of sale information system which is expected to be able to deal with the problems that exist in the store. This information system is made using the PHP programming language, MySQL database. With this point of sale information system, it can handle complaints experienced by the store in the process of the system running. Such as an error in the sales transaction process and data collection of goods and the length of time required to process sales reports.

Abstract

CV. Wahana Baru is engaged in the distribution of spare parts specifically for two-wheeled vehicles. Wahana Baru has been established since 18 years ago or more precisely on March 29, 2003 with a name that has never changed, namely Wahana Baru. The business world that is lived in this modern era is very dependent on computerization which is growing and becomes a supporter in various activities within the company or organization. In distribution activities, a motorcycle spare part distribution system application is needed to make it easier for customers to order spare parts on CV. Wahana Baru to support activities is becoming more developed. To realize a motorcycle spare part distribution information system, a web-based motorcycle spare parts distribution information system application was designed at CV. New Rides. In defining requirements and analyzing system development, data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and literature review from various sources of information. For the method of analysis and design using Unifield Modeling language (UML). The Motor Parts Distribution Information System uses the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL as its database. With the Motorcycle Spare Parts Distribution Information System, the processes involved in the distribution of motorcycle spare parts are easier to use, accurate, and integrated.

Abstract

Fiberglass boats are one of the options that are often used as an alternative to wooden boats. However, leaks on fiberglass boats are very difficult to handle at sea, so laminate using a sandwich system on fiberglass material and Polyurethane Foam can be a solution to deal with leaks on fiberglass boats at sea, where Polyurethane Foam can be a solution to prevent the entry of water when the fiberglass material experiences leaks or cracks in fiberglass boats. In this study, tests will be carried out on the laminated system of fiberglass inserts and polyurethane foam with variations of three types of polyol and isocyanate mixture compositions to form polyurethane foam materials, namely 1:1, 1:1.5, 1:2 using the charpy type impact test method with reference to on ASTM D256 93a to determine the impact value, then an analysis of the average value of the test results was carried out and compared with the impact value of fiberglass sandwich composites reinforced with palm fiber and epoxy. From the results of the impact test, the average 1:1 variance is 0.033j/cm3, and the 1:1.5 variance is 0.038j/cm3, 1:2 variance is 0.034j/cm3. From the test results, it was found that the average value of the variance of 1:1.5 was able to exceed the value of fiber composites reinforced with fibers and epoxy which had the same thickness on the skin.
