Abstract

The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to access and provide information quickly and accurately becomes very important for an organization (commercial, tertiary, government, or individual). With the rapid development of ICT, it is necessary to consider the dangers and disadvantages of misuse in local network services or in internet-based applications. Campus LAN (Local Area Network) architecture was chosen as the standard used in computer network design. The network architecture approach in this study is a enterprise architecture approach that is used for organizational logic and planning throughout the organization and aims to determine how information technology will support business processes. This method begins by identifying the infrastructure and network security needs, as well as how the information technology system supports the process of activities for all parts of education, administration and other services.

Abstract

This study discusses the manufacture of goods production applications in manufacturing companies. Problems that arise include the difficulty of obtaining information relating to the process of production of goods from the purchase of raw materials, the use of raw materials for production, sale of finished goods and information on stock of raw materials for production and finished goods. One of the main objectives of this study is to overcome the deficiencies mentioned above in terms of presenting information and reporting the production process of goods. This research method uses waterfall. The results of research in the form of application of the production of goods provide one alternative solution to the availability of information systems for the production of goods for interested parties

Abstract

Completion Fluid is a Liquid of Salt Solution (Brine), used during the Well Completion, also to Killing Well job, when doing Work Over Wells and Well Services Jobs and Fishing Job and also functions as Packer Fluid. Completion Fluid is generally used in Reservoir formations that are sensitive to Shales, Clay or other minerals. The purpose of using Completion Fluid is to avoid or reduce formation demage. The formation damage causes reservoir formation that has hydrocarbon potential, after being drilled and produced the flow of oil becomes small and even difficult to flow. Formation damage need to be given very serious attention so that the Oil production in our country can increase significantly because the impact is that production does not increase significantly, Cost of production is high. If an effort to minimize damage is done optimally, it is expected that production will increase significantly so that the production target from year to year can be achieved. This invention relates to the method of making Completion Fluid for Drilling, Work Over and Well Services as Drilling activities in the Oil and Gas industry, using fresh water and solids as the material, more specifically is a solid which is a soluble solid as a base formula for making the fluid. In this case, the basic material of the solid material used for completion fluid is Nitrate and Alkali Formate. This completion fluid can reach SG (Specific Gravity) up to 2.0. This completion fluid has very low corrosivity (Corrosivity), which is stable at very high temperatures and high pressures.

Abstract

The cafeteria of Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, has a problem that is a lot ofgarbage left by visitors to the canteen. Waste consists of plastic, paper, food scraps placedat the canteen table by visitors to the canteen. The location of the trash can is far from thevisitors, and the number of trash bins totaling 4 pieces, unable to accommodate the garbagefrom visitors to the canteen can get problems in environmental pollution for the future. Sohe made a study that produced a garbage bin robot with an industrial system 4.0, which isto assist the task of human work. With the aim of reducing the trash left by visitors to thecanteen and the convenience of visitors to put garbage on the robot. Using the protoypingmethod in the system of making garbage bins with the stages of collecting design processneeds, building prototypes, evaluating & repairing, producing a robot with a smartphonecontroller based on boarduino applications so that robots can work according to the needsexpected by researchers.

Abstract

At northern part of Sumatera Indonesian onshore many drilling issues were encounteredin the area, in particular the overlying shales above the pay zones in the high deviatedtrajectory wells. Since the last well drilling in this area was 70’ era, so that limited data isanother drilling engineering challenge, especially to provide an accurate drilling fluid. Tocombat the drilling issues, utilization of pre-treated wellbore strengthening agent wasapplied to reduce well bore issues and strengthen the well with an effective filter cake. In Northern Sumatera Indonesian onshore well in Indonesia was used as a case study. First a brief understanding and fundamentals of geo-mechanics is described in reference to wellconstruction as well as filter cake fundamental to protect the hole stability. Results,observations and conclusions were drawn upon using a case study comparing a well ononshore in Indonesia which had many drilling problems such as stuck pipe/differentialsticking and washouts/hole enlargement issues related to well bore stability, after using thewellbore stability agent, the problems that encountered significantly decrease.

Abstract

The research using amount 100 of data which taken in proportionate stratified random sampling, the examination of data using in quantitative statistical with aid of correlation technique of SPSS method version 16.0, The Quantitative calculation through statistical analysis produces the result value of R coefficient 0,750 which contributes to the meaning both variables of 5S customs (X1) and employee performances (X2) have strong correlation against customer satisfaction (Y), valuable contribution / effect of both independent variables which observed to dependent variable (Y) was expressed to R square value or coefficient determination R square (R2) result shown 0,892 or 89,2%. This value expressed that contribution / effect from both independent variables is 89,2% whereas the remain 1,8% was influenced by or revealed by another variables which loose observed. The result of F test taken from Anova as known that F count 5,112 is bigger than F table 3,0902 (5,112 > 3,0902) in significant a 0,05. The comparison value means both variables in mutual have any correlation to customer’s satisfaction

Abstract

Corrosion is a decrease in the quality of a material or metal due to electrolyte reactions in the environment that affect the life of the material. Corrosion rate is the speed of propagation or speed of decline in the quality of a material with time. Corrosion processes occur in acidic environments, sea water, rain water, and soil are the result of chemical reactions that are also caused by electrochemical processes. The purpose of this study is to determine the corrosion resistance of aluminum metal to variations in the solution of Methanol (CH3OH). This study uses aluminum plates that will be immersed 5 days with a solution of Methanol (CH3OH). How to collect data by testing the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) on each aluminum plate specimen that has been treated with corrosion by heating at a temperature of 60 oC. Methanol solution is one of the factors causing corrosion of metals. If in the free environment, air, temperature, and acidic substances are most commonly found as a factor causing corrosion. The increased corrosion rate is due to the higher concentration of the cause of corrosion. In this discussion Methanol as the concentration used, and aluminum as the metal tested.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify the risk of oil palm land ownership and the relationship between oil palm land area and farmers' income, the level of welfare of farmers and workers in oil palm plantations. This research can be a reference for businesses who will invest in oil palm plantations. The research was conducted by giving questionnaires to experts, the experts in question were oil palm industry players and were able to make decisions. The results of the questionnaire are processed using Fuzzy AHP to determine the degree of importance of each expert. The results obtained are the biggest risk at the actor level is the farmer, at the level of the highest risk criteria is the increase in the amount of supply while at the alternative level is the risk of quality.

Abstract

Vegetable fat can be used as a base for making chocolate butter substitutes in making chocolate coatings. The product is also called hard butter can be obtained using coconut oil. The fats used as a substitute for cocoa butter are coconut oil, palm oil and palm kernel oil that have been obtained by hydrogenation, the hydrogenation process is used to reduce iodine numbers to obtain oil in the form of plastic solids and to increase the consistency of oils and fats to reduce color and smell and to improve stability. In this study the hydrogenation reaction of coconut oil experienced an increase in speed when the commercial catalyst composition of Pricat 9910 was added with a 0.75 gram nickel catalyst and 0.75 grams of silica which was characterized by a drastic decrease in iodine number from 12.12 to 1.94 gr I2 / 100 gr example in the reaction time of 8 hours, It contained in hydrogenated coconut oil did not change or damage when the catalyst composition used in the hydrogenation process is increased.

Abstract

Liquid Fertilizers contain a lot of organic waste which has been decomposed and ready for consumption by plants. By utilizing the remaining vegetables, dried leaves and tofu, it is expected to increase the economic value of waste and reduce environmental pollution. Liquid fertilizer composted by anaerobic fermentation and carried out in a closed bucket (composter) with a comparison of bio-activator wastewater of tofu and EM4. The characterization of liquid fertilizer products was carried out by Nitrogen Analyzer, UV-vis spectroscopies, and AAS tools to test the levels of Nitrogen, Phosphor and Potassium respectively. The Result shown that the N total levels (0,38 %), Phosphor levels (0,06 %), and potassium levels (0,15%) of POC that made from waste water of tofu are higher than POCEM4.
