Abstract

The quality of service on the network is very important. To improve internet performance without time constraints, a solution is needed to ensure its availability. One technique that can be used to ensure internet availability is load balancing, this technique works by providing two or more active links to divide data traffic between links, so that if one link dies or overloads it can be diverted to other links evenly. In this study, the methods that will be used as load balancing techniques are NTH and PCC. While the research methodology used is qualitative and comparative, where the comparative method will compare the results of testing load balancing techniques using the NTH and PCC methods. Testing is carried out by means of downloading files in sizes 100 MB and 100 MB. For QoS performance analysis based on parameters: delay, jitter packet loss and throughput. The results of the best Quality of Service (QoS) load balancing after being tested and compared based on predetermined parameters resulted in the conclusion that the NTH method was slightly better than PCC.

Abstract

Zakat is to set aside a portion of the property owned if it is sufficient for the nisab and give it to those who are entitled to receive it. The process of working on a plan or completion of certain work such as zakat payment data still uses the manual method, this causes the data to be less effective. Therefore we need a computer-based data processing application that can handle and process data related to zakat as a whole quickly and accurately and can avoid errors in processing zakat payment data. The goal to be achieved by the author is to be able to provide solutions to problems that occur related to processing zakat payment data at the Nur Salam Bantik Mosque, as well as facilitating report generation. The application made is an application for processing zakat payment data at the Nur Salam Bantik Mosque using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and Microsoft Access as a data base processor.

Abstract

So far, at the SMA Negeri 02 Kaur Library, there are no facilities that can help students in finding books provided by the library, so if students want to find books, they must do it manually, namely by looking at the bookshelves available in the library or asking questions. directly to the librarian. The book catalog search system at the 02 Kaur State Senior High School Library was created to facilitate the process of searching for books in the library, where in the search process the Rocchio Relevance Feedback method has been applied which is used to analyze keywords into several tokens to be matched into the application database. The application can display the output of book data reports and search results that make it easier for the library to archive reports. With this book search system, it can make it easier for users to find books and find out where the books are on the shelves. Based on the results of black box testing, the functionality of the book catalog search system at the SMA Negeri 02 Kaur Library has been running properly and is able to display book search results based on the desired keywords.

Abstract

This study aims to secure the network by using Fortigate as Firewall on the server computer at computer lab of IAIN Bengkulu so that it can detect attacks, counter attack, and block the attacker's IP address to the server computer. The research method used is NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle). This method aims to analyze, implement and monitor the research method. Implementing Fortigate as a Firewall to secure the server computer in the event of ICMP Flooding attack and Port scanning aimed at the server computer so that it can be identified when an attack occurs and can avoid hangs on the server computer.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled The Impact of the 1990 Dilan Film on the Behavior of the Students of SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Selatan. This study aims to determine the impact of the Dilan film on the behavior of students in SMA Negeri 1 South Bengkulu. This research uses quantitative research. The object of this research is the students of SMA Negeri 1 South Bengkulu, the method used by the author in this research is survey and documentation, the theory used in this research is the theory of Television Watching Pattern and theory Attribution. The data analysis technique used is the Likert Scale where the author uses the scale to determine the results of the answers from the respondents. The next stage in this test the author uses the correlation coefficient test to measure the strength of the relationship between two variables based on the Correlation Coefficient Interpretation, after that the Relationship Significance and Determination Coefficient test is carried out to see the effect of the Dilan film on the students of SMA Negeri 1 South Bengkulu. In this study the authors used the SPSS 26 application for the test. Based on the results of research and discussion on the Impact of the 1990 Dilan Film on the Behavior of the Students of SMA Negeri 1 South Bengkulu, the relationship between the two variables is very low, insignificant and not unidirectional. This is shown from the results of the Correlation Coefficient test, the value obtained is -0,202 with a significance number of 0.05 (very low). So it can be concluded that there is no impact on the behavior of the students of SMA Negeri 1 South Bengkulu.

Abstract

PT. Daria Dharma Pratama is one of PT Kebun Sawit as well as the manufacture of CPO (Crude Palm Oil) in Mukomuko Regency. Weed weeds or herbicides are compounds or materials that are spread on agricultural land to suppress or eradicate plants that cause a decrease in yield (weeds). So far, the process of managing data on the use of weed killer poison at PT Daria Dharma Pratama is still using the manual method, namely by identifying the number of estates and the amount of use of weed killer poison every month then inputting the data into an office application package for making reports on the use of weed killer poison per estate. in 1 year. This research was conducted to determine the level of use of weed killer poison using the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm and create an application that will apply the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm for the clustering process. Application of Clustering the level of use of weed killer poison at PT. Daria Dharma Pratama can simplify the process of managing data on the amount of weed poison used in each estate and can make it easier for PT. in obtaining information on the level of use of weed killer poison which is grouped into high and low based on the results of the clustering that has been carried out using the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm. Application of Clustering the level of use of weed killer poison at PT. Daria Dharma Pratama was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 Database. Based on the grouping carried out using the data for the last 3 years (2018, 2019, 2020), it was found that the Number of Toxic Use Groups in Cluster I was 9 and the Number of Use Groups Toxins in Cluster II A total of 12. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, functionally from the Clustering Application the level of use of weed killer poisons at PT. Daria Dharma Pratama has worked as expected and is able to provide information on the level of use of gulam killer poison

Abstract

Geographic Information System is one of the information management systems whose development is very fast along with the increasing development of human intelligence. In its development, what is needed to develop a Geographic Information System is data and information. Geographic Information System is very important for the development of an area. One of them is the Geographic Information System about the location of urban villages in Bengkulu City. The presence of the Geographic Information System is expected to provide convenience to people who need information about the location of urban villages in Bengkulu City. In this study, an application was developed by implementing a Geographic Information System that was able to display a map of the location of the village head office with the help of Google Map Api, and also the basis of this application there were two types, namely Web and Android. This Geographic Information System is divided into 2 application parts, namely web-based applications and Android-based applications. For data processing using a web application, while to get information about the location of the village head office can use the android application. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, with black box testing, it was found that the Android application succeeded in automatically displaying the location of the village head office along with information and routes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create an expert system application that can be used to diagnose diseases caused by the coxsackie virus in children using the certainty factor method. Viral infectious disease is a collection of types of diseases caused by viruses that easily attack children. Diseases that often occur in children are caused by very vulnerable viruses, this is because the immune system in the child's body has not been fully developed. One of the viruses that often attack children, among others, is the Coxsackie Virus. Coxsackie is a type of disease caused by the Coxsackie virus, which is a type of RNA virus. This virus is transmitted through the fecal oral route, namely bacteria from feces or feces that move from one person to another and enter the mouth of the other person. This system is designed using PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. With this expert system, it is easier for users to consult about diseases caused by the Coxsackie Virus in children.

Abstract

In orderTanjung Pasir is a coastal area located in the Mamburungan village, which is located at the very end of East Tarakan. In the Tanjung Pasir area, there are RT, one of which is RT 18. In this area most of the people make a living as fishermen and seaweed. Responding to this, researchers are interested in seeing the potential of the coast of the sand dune and how the forms of tourism management exist in the sand dune. In this study used qualitative research methods using a qualitative descriptive approach (Qualitative Descriptive). The location of this research is in the Mamburungan Village, Tanjung Pasir Village, Tarakan Timur District, Tarakan City, the survey was conducted several times, namely interviews in November and December 2019. The data collection stage used was that there were several techniques, namely Observation, Interview, Documentation, and Field Notes. . The data obtained are primary data, namely the results of direct interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to the community around the coastal area of Tanjung Pasir. In addition to primary data, there is also secondary data obtained from the internet and other sources. In this study, validation and rehabilitation were also tested. The results show that the potential of the ecosystem in the Tanjung Pasir area is very good and the sea conditions are also strategic for fishermen to be used as a place of livelihood by some local residents. The potential for tourism development is very good if done.

Abstract

In this study, the development of a system that is able to assist the community in searching for advocates / lawyers, especially in Bengkulu City is carried out. Where the community enters the case they are experiencing, then matches the case that has been handled by an advocate in Bengkulu City. This match process is through the Levenstein Ditance algorithm approach. The final match result will be given to the public who are looking for a lawyer in the form of a match percentage level of the case handled. The Advocate Data Search Application in Bengkulu City was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. In the application, the Levenstein Distance Algorithm has been applied to make it easier to find advocate data by looking at the highest percentage level. In the process of searching for advocate data, the public enters the keyword of the case that is being experienced, then the system will read the keyword by comparing the case data that has been handled by the advocate in the database, resulting in a percentage level for each record in the database. In the Advocate Data Search Application in Bengkulu City, there are 2 access rights, namely Administrator and Community, each of which has different features. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the Advocate Data Search Application in Bengkulu City has been running properly and the application is able to display search results through the stages of the Levenstein Distance Algorithm.
