Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and socialization on student investment interests. The data was collected through a questionnaire from the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung whose criteria had been determined to get representative results. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, an analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that financial literacy (X1) has no significant effect on students' investment intentions. Meanwhile, socialization (X2) has a significant influence on the investment interest of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung students. The practical implications are for students of Islamic financial management study programs to improve financial literacy for students to increase investor interest.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a shift in human lifestyles and increased sensitivity to health. The demand for health products is increasing in response to several policies from the government. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Return on Equity Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Sales Growth (Growth) on the Stock Prices of Pharmaceutical Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 Period. The sample used is all pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, then the selection is made using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using SPSS 25 software. The partial results show that the Return on Equity variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. While the other two independent variables, namely Debt to Equity Ratio and growth did not affect stock prices. However, the test results simultaneously show that all independent variables, namely Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Sales growth (Growth) jointly affect the company's stock price.

Abstract

Marketing strategy involving brand ambassadors is one way for companies to improve their brand image. This research was conducted to analyze how influential the brand ambassador was on the brand image of Scarlett products for Tidar University students. This research is a type of quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The population in this study were Tidar University students with a total sample of 50 respondents. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling technique, the type of purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 26 application. From the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that only the power indicator affected the brand image (t-value 2,943 > t-table 2,228). Meanwhile, indicators of visibility (t-value -500 < t-table 2,228), credibility (t-value 1,717 < t-table 2,228), and attraction (t-value -1,099 < t-table 2,228) do not affect brand image. The analysis of the coefficient of determination showed the results of 0.380

Abstract

Pandemic Covid 19, changing lifestyles and daily behavioral conditions, including learning and working Online Learning one of the learning strategies in the current condition of Availability of Learning Resources and supporting facilities (network/readiness of digital materials, and others. This research was conducted to describe the implementation of online learning and communication conducted by students with teachers during the online learning process conducted at SMK LP3ISTANA JAKARTA. The type of research used by researchers using post positivistic paradigms, which are deductive, research that starts from theory but is not included for hypothesis testing, Quantitative and qualitative observation research techniques, the research includes various data collection techniques not only quantitative approaches but also qualitative, the quality of validity and reliability research, whether the research can really precisely measure what is measured (validity) and if the research is repeated will produce the same findings (rehabilitation). The results of the study are Cronbach alpha (?) count obtained a value of 0.663 at an interval of 0.6??<0.7 then it can be concluded that communication at the time of online learning has been done quite well.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Return On Investment (ROI) in assessing the performance of the Pharmaceuticals & Health Care Research financial subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research was conducted using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, where the data obtained will be processed and analyzed to draw conclusions. The research was conducted on the analysis of numerical data obtained through financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The observation period was from 2020-2021. The results showed that the financial performance of the Pharmaceuticals & Health Care Research sub-sector using EVA and ROI analysis showed that PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. (KLBF) is a company with the best economic value creation. Meanwhile, if measured using the analysis of Return On Investment (ROI), the results showed that PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk. (SIDO) as the company with the best investment turnover rate. The results of the overall analysis show that EVA is more appropriate to be used to assess company performance than ROI.

Abstract

Muhammad SAW, the number one most influential man in the world. Muhammad was able to bring change in all aspects, ranging from religious, moral, and political matters through Islam. Good Corporate Governance is a system that functions as a company controller. Muhammad was a leader who succeeded in providing the welfare of the people fairly, not only Muslims but people from other religions. This leadership cannot be separated from the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance to the Prophet. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by collecting data from books, scientific articles, and information from the internet. The results obtained from this study are the principles of Good Corporate Governance in line with the nature of the Prophet, namely Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fathanah. This is the key to the success of the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad as the head of religion and government.

Abstract

This study aimed to ascertain the impact of price and social media advertising on Randang Paku Pangkito customers' loyalty in Dharmasraya Regency. A quantitative descriptive survey is what we're doing here. The participants in this study are Randang Paku Rangkito consumers. The Chocran formula was used to determine the number of research samples. A total of 100 individuals were chosen using the purposive sampling method. The information was gathered by distributing questionnaires with predefined questions to Randang Paku Rangkito customers. Multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21 is the analysis method employed. The study's findings demonstrate that: (1) Instagram social media promotion has a favourable and significant impact on Price has a positive and substantial impact on both consumer loyalty, and (2) price has a positive and significant impact on both consumer loyalty and (3) promotion through social media platforms like Instagram.

Abstract

Plastic is one kind of pallet material with some advantages compared with wooden or other materials and has been well-developed in developing countries. However, for some reason, the plastic pallet has just started growing in Indonesia. Palletisation will be more efficient when applied internally or externally in the industries, compatible with vehicles and storage systems and strong enough for all cargo. Therefore, plastic pallets are made from pure materials, not recycled materials; size should conform with the requirements, be light, stable in structural design and smooth. .
