Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study using descriptive analysis by describing the implementation of community activity restriction policies (PKM) in DKI Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that there is an adaptation of the physical elements of public spaces in Jakarta, such as the addition of simple cleaning facilities to comply with health protocols. Based on observations and analysis, the adaptation that occurs does not have to be an adaptation of physical elements. However, it can also only be in the form of maintaining distance, the need for larger road spaces, choosing seats, or the purpose of using public spaces to increase immunity and health due to quarantine during the pandemic. This adaptation is supported by written regulations for the use of public spaces and must be obeyed by visitors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the policies and efforts taken by the Jakarta government to deal with Covid 19. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods of analysis and data collection techniques using literature studies. The results showed that the policies and efforts made have not been fully effective in handling Covid 19 in Jakarta. Obstacles in handling stem from community non-compliance and weak coordination of central and local governments.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the moral development program. (2) the approach and steps developed by Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering the morality of students. (3) factors supporting and inhibiting the moral development of students at SDN 9 Kampung Baru Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu. The method used descriptive qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used by Miles and Huberman used by triangulation test. The results of the study show, (1) The program for the development of morality includes: Relationship to Allah by getting used to obeying worship, both sunnah and obligatory. Relationships with others are accustomed to behaving politely, politely, respecting and appreciating others. Relationship with the environment with love for the environment. The relationship with oneself maintains, takes care of the body and obeys the rules. (2) The approach and steps developed by Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering the morality of students include: personal approach, example, habituation, punishment. (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for fostering student morality, supporting factors are: the existence of self-awareness in students, role models in teachers, learning methods, cooperation and support from parents, facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are lack of PAI subject hours, misuse of cellphones, student environment, unsupportive study background, limited supervision by the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is as input to the company in determining the promotion mix strategy and location for improving purchasing decisions. In addition, the research aims to provide a discourse on the tourism sector in restaurant or food court amenities activities in Depok. The results showed that the promotion mix had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Location also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This can provide an illustration that the promotion mix strategy and location of the Margo City Mall food court are well reflected in the behavior of consumers as visitors in using or buying the Food Court at Margo City Mall so that it can support tourism amenities in Depok, West Java.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of transportation companies PT. Blue Bird and PT. Buana Listy Tama based on liquidity ratio analysis method, profitability ratio and solvency ratio, period 2014-2018. This research period was conducted for 5 years, namely in 2014-2018. The types of data used in this study are quantitative and qualitative data. The data source used is secondary data in the form of the annual financial statements of transportation companies from 2014-2018 obtained from the Stock Exchange Investment Gallery of the Faculty of Economics, Muslim University of Indonesia. The research population is a sub-sector transportation company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2015-2019, namely 32 sub-sector transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selected based on purposive sampling techniques was obtained by 2 companies. Descriptive analysis techniques used to analyze data use three ratios. Based on the results of analysis of financial performance data on the company PT. Blue Bird Tbk has not been going well, because based on the results of calculations made with liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios, many have decreased due to the company's financial management has not been good. While the financial performance of the company PT. Buana Listy Tama Tbk did not go so well, because based on the results of calculations made with liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios, many experienced a decrease especially in their perishability ratio due to the company's financial management can be said to be bad.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price to Book Value (PBV) on the stock prices of the banking industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research period was conducted for 5 (five) years, namely in 2015-2019. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of banking companies from 2015-2019 obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.com) and the Stock Exchange Investment Gallery of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. The research population is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019, namely 43 banking companies. The samples obtained based on purposive sampling techniques were obtained by 23 companies. The data analysis model used to explain the effect of fundamental variables on stock prices is multiple linear regressions. Based on the results of the data analysis, the Variable Return on Equity (ROE) has a significant effect on the stock price with a significance value of 0.016. The Variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on the stock price with a significance value of 0.001. The Variable Price Earnings Ratio (PER) had no significant effect on the stock price with a significance value of 0.534. Variable Earnings Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on the stock price with a significance value of 0.004. Variable Price to Book Value (PBV) has a significant effect on the stock price with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with great zakat potential. However, the existing zakat potential cannot be collected to the maximum. One of the obstacles to the less than optimal collection of zakat funds in Indonesia is the lack of competent human resources (HR). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the agen kebaikan program on fundraising at the Indonesian Zakat Initiative in the East Java region and the effect on human resources at the Amil Zakat Institution. This study uses a qualitative method, namely by obtaining information data about the agen kebaikan program and reports on the collection of ZIS funds at the IZI Amil Zakat Institute in East Java, which are then expected to reveal the phenomena in this study in depth in order to draw conclusions. The results of this study show that the agen kebaikan program has positive implications for the collection of ZIS funds at IZI East Java. Obtaining funds from the agen kebaikan program is quite helpful in raising funds for the East Java ZIS IZI, and can be a forum for producing competent human resources (HR), especially for zakat amil institutions.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Jombang Regency, where according to the Statistical Law No. 16 of 1997, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) is tasked with organizing integrated national statistics in order to realize a reliable, effective and efficient National Statistics System. To carry out tasks and functions in the regions, BPS establishes BPS Representative Offices in each Province and Regency/City which are vertical agencies. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (CGG) on company performance. The principles of good corporate governance include principles that are implemented in the programs implemented by BPS, such as surveys and data presentation. To meet these basic statistical needs, BPS has carried out the 2020 Population Census as well as several surveys and data collection including Survey Industri Sosial Ekonomi Nasional (SUSENAS), Survey Angkatan Kerja Nasional (SAKERNAS), Large/Medium Industry Survey, Construction Survey, Tourism Services Sector Survey, Forestry Company Survey, Plantation Company Survey, Tile Food Crops Survey, KSA and other surveys. The results showed that the implementation of GCG had an effect on the company's performance. Higher corporate governance can be measured by the perception of the corporate governance index, the higher the company's compliance and result in good company performance. The full implementation of GCG principles makes the implementation of the BPS program more focused and focused.

Abstract

The purpose of this study tested the basic rate calculation method in inpatients at Siloam Kebon Jeruk Hospital comparing tariff pricing policies with the calculation of the base price at the base rate, so as to obtain an overview of which classes subsidize and subsidized classes, explaining in detail each cost grouped by the company based on patient activity.  The ABC method becomes a comparison in the breakdown of activity costs. The calculation of the basic rate of patient hospitalization costs in different classes was determined based on the details of the activity costs of the patient's activities. The amount of cost subsidies provided to Class III and Class II is derived from the income of class VviP, VIP and Suite Room patients. Fixed Costs and Variable Costs are calculated based on the grouping of costs according to the provisions of cost accounting theory. The difference in costs obtained between the provisions of the hospital and the ABC method is a subsidy for patients at Siloam Kebon Jeruk Hospital.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the influence of competence, communication and organizational culture on employee performance in the Youth and Sports Office of South Sulawesi Province. To know and analyze the competence, communication and organizational culture of employee performance in the Youth and Sports Office of South Sulawesi Province and for the benefit of all parties bound in this research is expected to develop knowledge in the field of human resource management, especially regarding competence, communication and organizational culture in employee performance. The data used in this study was primary data that is a response to questionnaires from respondents with data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The sample in this study was 78 employee respondents at the Youth and Sports Office of South Sulawesi Province. The results of this study stated that competence, communication and organizational culture had a positive and significant influence on employee performance of 75.7% and the remaining 24.3% was influenced by other factors not included in the study.
