Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement in teacher performance in the development of evaluationof learning outcomes through the academic supervision of madrasa principals in MTsN 7 Jombang in 2019-2020 Academic Year. The action hypothesis in this study is as follows: Teacher performance indeveloping evaluation of learning outcomes can be improved through Academic Supervision in MTsN 7,Jombang, East Java, 2019-2020 Academic Year. The appl ication of academic supervision bymadrasah principals is effective in improving teacher performance in developing evaluation of learningoutcomes in MTsN 7 Jombang 2019-2020. This type of research is madrasah action research throughthe application of academic supervision Madrasah head with a descriptive qualitative approach. Thenumber of teachers who were the objects of this study were 14 teachers. Data obtained throughinterviews, observations, and tests. Technical analysis of data using quantitative and qualitativetechnical analysis and its implementation through 3 cycle. The results of the study include: improvingteacher performance through the academic supervision of madrasah principals very well. The results ofthe analysis showed that of the 14 teachers the average value reached; 59.64 % increased to 68.93 %and in cycle 3 increased to 76.43 %. The conclusion is the performance of teachers in developingevaluation of learning outcomes can be improved through Academic Supervision in MTsN 7 Jombang in2019-2020 Academic Year with a good predicate. The application of madrasah head academicsupervision is effective in improving teacher performance. Based on the results of the study above,improving teacher performance in the development of evaluations of learning outcomes throughthe academic supervision of the madrasah head toward the desired change reaching 85 % of his achievement, then the teacher’s performance is said to be effective. Thus the hypothesis proposed above can be accepted.

Abstract

This research is based on the lack of application of authentic assessment in KKGMI, Kecamatan Poncokusumo. With authentic assessment, teachers can see the progress of students learning and the success level of the learning process which has been done. Authentic assessment instruments that can be used in the form of tests, observation rubrics, self-assessment, peer assessment, practice and others. The problems of this study are: [1] Whether the assistance of small groups can improve the teachers ability to apply authentic assessment in KKGMI Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kab. Malang ? and [2] How small group assistance can improve the teachers ability to apply authentic assessment in KKGMI, Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kab. Malang? While the purpose of this study is to improve the teachers ability to apply authentic assessment in KKG MI Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kab. Malang through the small group assistance. The method of this research was action research with small group assistance that was conducted in two cycles. Based on the results of the action research it can be concluded: the small group assistance had an effect on increasing the ability of MI teachers in the KKGMI target area of Kecamatan Poncokusumo in applying authentic assessment by comparing the observation value of documents applying authentic assessment in the RPP (lesson plan), the average value of Initial Conditions 63.5, First Cycle 71.5 and Second 76.5.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jaringan perpustakaan digital yang sedang dikembangkanoleh Balai Diklat Keagamaan (BDK) Surabaya. Permasalahan pokok yang akan dijawab adalah apa danbagaimana konfigurasi jaringan perpustakaan digital yang sedang dikembangkan oleh BDK Surabaya; dansejauh mana jaringan perpustakaan digital tersebut dapat berfungsi sebagai sarana pendukung diklat?.Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan data hasil wawancaramendalam, pengamatan terlibat, dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ‘proyekrintisan’ jaringan perpustakaan digital BDK Surabaya dikembangkan melalui kerja sama dengan 18perpustakaan di lingkungan Badan Litbang dan BDK seluruh Indonesia yang memiliki kesamaanplatform. Melalui jaringan perpustakaan digital, sejumlah sumber daya informasi yang dimiliki partner dapatdiakumulasi di dalam database konwledge repository dan dapat diakses bersama oleh seluruh partner,Keberadaan jaringan perpustakaan digital semacam ini dapat berfungsi sebagai sarana pendukung diklat,di mana setiap proses pembelajaran dapat berpusat pada perpustakaan digital.

Abstract

Poetry writing, as one of learning activities which is thought by teacher, need to be re-evaluated. Thetraditional learning method that limits students creativity must be removed. This research aims to upgradethe poetry writing skill through outdoor study method that takes a month of period. The researcher usesClassroom Action Research (CAR) and processes the data quantitatively. The result of the research shows thatthe poetry writing skill of students increase as time goes by. It can be seen from the first cycle that has74.39% to be 86.25% in the second cycle. As well as the students writing skill, it also increases the resultof teacher and student activity that is observed. The percentage of teacher activity increases from 86.60 %in the first cycle to be 93.75 % in the second cycle, meanwhile the student activity increases from 84.08 %in the first cycle to be 89.28 % in the second cycle. From these results, it can be concluded that outdoorstudy as the method of learning, increases students writing skill especially for poetry writing.

Abstract

Analisis awal memberikan gambaran bahwa pada pembelajaran matematika di SMK Negeri 1 Mojoanyarpemahaman materi persamaan linier tiga variabel (PLTV) masih rendah sehingga hasil belajar juga rendah,dan siswa pasif dalam pembelajaran. Hal tersebut terindikasi karena proses pembelajaran cenderung berpusatpada guru (teacher center), dan minimnya inovasi pembelajaran. Perbaikan pembelajaran yang dilakukanadalah melalui penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menerapkan model discovery learning berbasis saintifik.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar kelas X DG 1 SMK Negeri 1 MojoanyarKabupaten Mojokerto pada materi PLTV. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan 2 siklus perbaikan yang meliputitahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi dengan tindakan yang diberikan adalah menerapkanmodel discovery learning berbasis saintifik pada materi PLTV. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September2019 di kelas X DG 1 SMK Negeri 1 Mojoanyar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa [1] Keterlaksanaan RPPmenunjukkan bahwa RPP dapat terlaksana dengan baik, [2] Aktivitas siswa menunjukkan aktivitas berpusatpada siswa (student centered learning) dan siswa sangat antusias menyelesaikan tugas untuk mengkontrukpengetahuan sendiri, [3] Respon siswa setelah penerapan model discovery learning berbasis saintifikmenunjukkan respon positif, dan [4] Ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal tercapai pada siklus keduadengan prosentase 90.91 %.

Abstract

Based on observations made by researchers, the reality that occurs in the field proves that in learningSocial Sciences (IPS) only by the lecture method, this causes the material on social studies subjects to notbe conveyed properly. After the teacher or researcher uses various methods combined with thelearning cycle model in learning, students are expected not to feel bored and the material can be conveyedproperly. Through the learning cycle model, it can be learned a variety of very interesting and funmaterial, such as the ASEAN material. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) which aims todetermine student learning outcomes by using a cycled Learning Model to improve student learningoutcomes on ASEAN material in junior high Negeri 2 Jatirejo Class VIII - C Semester 1 Academic Year2019/2020. This research was conducted in August - September 2019 in class VIII - C involving 31students. The research was carried out for two cycles through a series of activities, namely planning,implementation, observation, and reflection. Based on the results of the research and discussion above itcan be concluded that learning by using a cycled learning model can improve student learning outcomesfrom 87.10 % in the first cycle to 90.32 % in the second cycle. In addition, cycle learning in social studiessubject matter with ASEAN subject matter in SMP Negeri 2 Jatirejo class VIII - C Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 academic year runs more effectively as indicated by the enthusiasm of students which increases inlearning from 86.33 % in the first cycle to 93.53 % in the second cycle, scientific behavior also improvedand in both cycles of good category, and the quality of learning also improved as evidenced by theimplementation of the RPP reached 100 % and the average score of 4.45 (good)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in human activity materialthrough the application of 4C-based scientific approaches (communication, collaborative, critical thinking,and creativity) in class VII B of SMP Negeri 1 Mojoanyar Semester 2 in the 2019/2020 academic year. Thisresearch is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted in January - February 2020 through two cycles witheach cycle consisting of 4 stages of research, namely planning, implementation, observation andreflection. The subjects of this study were 32 students of class VII B of SMP Negeri 1 Mojoanyar. The resultsshowed that learning by applying a 4C-based scientific approach could improve the learning outcomes ofGrade VII B students of SMP Negeri 1 Mojoanyar on Social Sciences (IPS) lessons with human activitymaterial. These results can be seen from several indicators, including: [1] increasing the implementationof lesson plans from 3.08 in the first cycle to 3.50 in the second cycle, [2] student learning test resultsshow an increase in completeness classically 78.13 % in the first cycle to 87.50% in the second cycle , [3]student activity shows student-centered learning activities in both cycles with a percentage of the activityof 91.89% in the first cycle increased to 94.44 % in the second cycle.

Abstract

This study is aimed at evaluating distance training. Evaluation uses context, input, process and product theory. This research is a survey with a quantitative descriptive approach. Research respondents were 35 teachers of Guidance and Counseling at Madrasah Aliyah East Java. The research instrument is a questionnaire uploaded on google form. Data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results showed that distance training was carried out in the medium category. Judging from the context and input from the participants, it shows a moderate category, so it is necessary to improve infrastructure and support from participants. In the process and product components, it shows a medium category with a high tendency.

Abstract

Student-centered learning strategies and creating a pleasant atmosphere are needed to improve student learning outcomes in physics, the subject of dynamic electricity. PhET Virtual Laboratory Media is expected to increase student activity in the teaching and learning process because students will be involved physically, emotionally and intellectually, which in turn is expected that the concepts taught by the teacher can be understood by students. While the objectives of this study are: (a) To determine the improvement of student achievement with the Virtual PhET (Physics Educational Technology) Laboratory Media. (b) To determine the effect of student motivation with PhET Virtual Laboratory Media (Physics Educational Technology). This study uses action research in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: Planning, Activity (action), Observation (Observation) and Reflection. The target of this research is the students of Class XII IPA-3 MAN 2 Mojokerto. The data obtained are in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the student's learning achievement had increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, namely, cycle 1 was 59.37%, and cycle 2 became 87.5%. In the second cycle, classical student learning completeness was achieved. The conclusion of this study is that learning with PhET Virtual Laboratory Media can have a positive effect on student achievement and learning motivation in class XII IPA-3 MAN 2 Mojokerto for the 2019/2020 academic year, and this learning model can be used as an alternative to learning physics on the subject of dynamic electricity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe whether Collaborative Assistance can improve the ability of English teachers in compiling multiple choice questions. This study uses a qualitative research method with a school action research approach because this research was carried out based on the findings of problems in the field. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. The results obtained were an increase in the ability of English teachers in compiling multiple choice questions. The results of cycle 1, the average score of 84 and the results of cycle 2 increased by 94.
