Abstract

Hasil belajar mata pelajaran Biologi bagi siswa di kelas XI dengan menerapkan model portofolio terjadi peningkatan yang cukup segnifikan Khususnya pada siklus II. Sebelum dilaksanakan tindakan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa adalah 72,80 dengan kategori sedang. Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I nilai hasil belajar siswa rata-ratanya menurun menjadi 71,00. Selanjutnya pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar siswa terjadi peningkatan yaitu menjadi 76,10. Sebelum dilakukan tindakan kategori rata-rata hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang dengan tingkat ketuntasan 95 % (38 orang yang tuntas dari 40 siswa). Pada siklus I setelah dilakukan tindakan tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa terjadi penurunan, yaitu 87,5 % (dari 40 siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 35 orang). Pada siklus II setelah dilaksanakan tindakan lebih lanjut sebagai hasil refleksi siklus I hasil belajar siswa masih pada kategori sedang dengan tingkat ketuntasan 100 % (semua siswa sudah kompeten ataupun telah tuntas belajar).

Abstract

Rekam medis merupakan bagian terpenting dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit. Dalam peningkatan mutu rekam medis salah satu faktornya adalah bagaimana petugas rekam medis yang baik dan benar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab ketidaklengkapan rekam medis rawat inap. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Oktober 2021 di Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan. Informan penelitian ini adalah kepala rekam medis sebanyak 1 orang, petugas review sebanyak 1 orang, petugas pelaporan sebanyak 1 orang, perawat 2 orang, dan dokter 1 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidaklengkapan rekam medis adalah Sumber Daya Manusia yaitu kedisiplinan, motivasi, beban kerja, komunikasi.

Abstract

One of the efforts made is to carry out In-House Training activities in compiling teaching equipment as school action research. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Balige in preparing teaching equipment and determining the right steps to improve the teacher's ability to develop teaching equipment. With In-House Training it is hoped that all teachers will have adequate knowledge, understanding and experience, especially in preparing teaching equipment which includes the Annual Program (Prota), Semester Program (Promes) and Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) in addition to other supporting equipment such as syllabus, educational calendar , teaching schedule and list of student grades. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Balige for approximately one month starting from October 25 to December 2, 2018. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, observation and documentation. From the questionnaire, it was found that overall the teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Balige stated that it was important to have complete teaching. Most teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Balige feel that their teaching experience is still minimal in the subjects being taught, the educational background is not very suitable for the subjects being taught and knowledge about the preparation of teaching equipment is still lacking. All teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Balige want In-House Training to prepare teaching equipment and 100% of teachers have high motivation to take part in In-House Training and have a strong desire to make teaching equipment and will use the teaching equipment to support the learning process. The research was conducted in 2 cycles. In cycle 1, it was found that 58.23% of teachers succeeded in completing the preparation of teaching equipment and in Cycle 2 there were 91.66% of teachers who succeeded in completing the preparation of teaching equipment. So there was an increase in the teacher's ability to prepare teaching equipment after the In-House Training stage 1 was carried out, namely 33.43% and each teacher showed a significant increase. In-House Training is one of the most effective ways to improve the teacher's ability to prepare teaching materials.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to: Improve the learning outcomes of Class IX-7 students through a scientific learning approach at Tanjung Morawa 2 Public Middle School in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research Method using 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were 30 students of Class IX-7 at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa. The instruments used to obtain data are tests, questionnaires and observations. The score range for the test is 1-100. The data analysis technique used is to use the calculation of the number of students' average scores, the percentage of students who have completed and the percentage of students who have not completed. The results of this study indicate (1) there is an increase in learning outcomes by applying a scientific learning approach with the following results, (2) there is an increase in the average student learning outcomes, where in the initial test the average student learning outcomes is 44.67, in the first cycle I increased to 66.67 then in cycle II it increased again to 74.33; there was an increase in the number of students who completed, where in the initial test the number of students who passed was only 0%, increasing to 66.67% in cycle I then increasing again to 83.33% in cycle II. (3) there was a decrease in the number of students who did not complete, where in the initial test the number of students who did not complete reached 100%, in cycle I it decreased to 33.33% then in cycle II it decreased again to 16.67% in other words only 5 students only those who get a score of 60 and the rest (25) students get a score above 70.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to: Improve student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences lessons in Class IX-3 through the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Model at Tanjung Morawa 2 Public Middle School in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research Method using 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were 32 students of Class IX-3 of SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa. The technique used to obtain data is using tests, questionnaires and observation. The score range for the test is 1-100. The data analysis technique used is to use the calculation of the number of students' average scores, the percentage of students who complete and the percentage of students who do not complete. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning outcomes by applying the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model with the following results: there is an increase in the average student learning outcomes, where in the initial test the average student learning outcomes are 30.31, in cycle I increase to 66.56 then in cycle II it increases again to 75.63 there is an increase in the number of students who pass, where in the initial test the number of students who complete is only 0%, increases to 71.88% in cycle I then increases again to 84.38 % in cycle II, there was a decrease in the number of students who did not complete, where in the initial test the number of students who did not complete reached 100%, in cycle I it became 28.12% then in cycle II it decreased again to 15.62% in other words only 6 students who scored below 70 and the remaining 28 students scored above 70.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: (1). Improving students' reading comprehension learning outcomes, (2). Increase student learning activities. (3). Improve student understanding and learning using the Search, question, read, recite, record and review reading method. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research Method using 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were 32 students of SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa IX-2. The instruments used to obtain data are tests, questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is the assessment method, namely: the data obtained is evaluated based on the results of learning to read students' understanding. Evaluation of students' reading comprehension learning outcomes is given a range of values ??from 0 – 100. Then the data is calculated from the average student score, the percentage of students who have completed and the percentage of students who have not completed meeting the minimum completeness criteria. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning outcomes for reading comprehension by applying the Search, question, read, recite, record and review reading method with the following results: (1) there is an increase in the average learning outcomes for students' reading comprehension, where in the initial test the average the average student reading comprehension result was 45.94, in cycle I it increased to 63.13% then in cycle II it increased again to 65.31%, there was an increase in the number of students who passed, where in the initial test the number of students who passed was only 0% , increased to 56.25% in cycle I then increased again to 81.25% in cycle II, there was a decrease in the number of students who did not complete, where in the initial test the number of students who did not complete reached 100%, in cycle I it became 43.75 % then in cycle II it decreased again to 18.75% in other words only 6 students got a score of 60 and the rest (26) students got a score of 70 and above 70. Application of the sea reading method rch, question, read, recite, record and review can improve students' reading comprehension learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the low visual-spatial ability of children in RA Al-Huda, Mekar Palm Village, Kab. Langkat. Students have not been able to determine the right-left direction, recognize colors, have difficulty remembering or grouping shapes. The researcher aims to determine the increase in visual spatial intelligence through coloring activities. This research was conducted in RA Al-Huda, Desa Mekar Sawit Kab. Langkat Regency with 12 children as research subjects. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Action Research method. The results showed that coloring activities or recognizing colors can modify the increase in children's visual spatial intelligence. The average visual-spatial intelligence of pre-action children is 44.27%. the second cycle increased by 7.19%, so that the average value of children’s visual-spatial intelligence obtained in the second cycle was 84.89%.

Abstract

Associated with the problems that exist in early childhood education who still have difficulty in the early stages of reading early childhood. As a PAUD teacher, of course, you must have a strategy in improving children's reading skills, especially in the early stages of recognizing the letters of the alphabet. Research conducted on students at RA Al-Huda aims to improve the ability of these students to read and recognize letters. To make children good at reading, the most important thing for parents and teachers is to choose media or tools that can help hone their abilities in a fun way and with the right strategy. Cleverness in reading is certainly a very unique skill and plays an important role in the development of science and as a means of communication. Based on the description of the results that have been presented, the following will explain the discussion of each. - Students are able to recognize vowels. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 34% (5 people) of students were able to recognize vowels very well. - Students are able to mention vowels. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained data that 34% (5 people) of students were able to pronounce vowels very well. - Learners are able to sort the letters of the alphabet from A - Z about 75%. - Learners are able to combine two syllables about 20%. 12 - Students are fluent in reading about 10%. - Students are able to distinguish the letter b with d, p with q about 50%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student perceptions of Microteaching Activities in Pratical Teaching Skills at Islamic Boarding Schools. This research is a research with a descriptive quantitative descriptive. The Population in this study ware students of PAI STAI Jamiyah Mahmudiyah study program who had participated in the PPL program with a total sample of 35 people. Data collection teacniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analiysis technique used to answer the hypotesis is simple linier regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between microteaching learning on teaching practice a Skills in islamic bording schools as big 0,945%.

Abstract

Agar pembelajaran berhasil dilakukan maka seorang guru harus memiliki sikap inovatif dan kreatif untuk mencoba berbagai model yang dinilai cocok diterapkan dalam materi tertentu. Dalam Kompetensi Dasar Membiasakan perilaku terpuji Model pembelajaran Role Playing sungguh tepat untuk diterapkan. Model pembelajaran Role Playing pada dasarnya melibatkan peserta didik untuk memerankan tingkah laku manusia dalam hubungannya dengan masalah sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan hasil dan aktivitas belajar peserta didik. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN No. 124395 Pematangsiantar. Adapun hasil penelitian : 1) hasil belajar meningkat sebesar 5,28 dengan persentase peningkatan sebesar 6,91%, 2) aktivitas belajar meningkat dari 19,03 (76,11%) menjadi 21,08 (84,33%).
