Abstract

Formula of is problem of research identified to two problems, that is how is religious construction form Maisonette Boarding School of Darussalam Sungai Mancur to our society; and how do role Maisonette Boarding School of Modern Darussalam Sungai Mancur in giving construction of religion in Sub-Province Bungo This research aim to to know construction of done religion Maisonette Boarding School of Darussalam Sungai Mancur for moslem society in SubProvince Bungo; to explain the activity forms construction of the religion is to be done Maisonette Boarding School of of Darussalam Sungai Mancur; and to discriptive construction of done religion Maisonette Boarding School of of Darussalam Sungai Mancur in improving the social aspect of moslem economics in Sub-Province Bungo. Research result expected can be of benefit to government Sub-Province Bungo upon which consideration in taking policy at sector construction of religion in supporting the development process; for Maisonette Boarding School of Darussalam Sungai Mancur specially, and maisonette institute boarding school in Sub-Province Bungo in general, can be made upon which reference in improving the religious construction activity and education quality for society in him region; for wide society upon which input in improving human resource quality and prosperity; and to all researchers is upon which reference and materials compare to do research of continuation. Data collected by executing the observation, interview, with leader boarding school, teachers, santri and elite figure, and also study various needed document. Data in analysis by using technique analyse the data qualitative model interaktif told by Miless and Huberman (1992) consisting of the data collecting, data discount, presentation of data conclude. Data checked by doing extention of participation, the perception more careful and coleage discussion. Research result indicate that construction of done religion Maisonette Boarding School of Darussalam Sungai Mancur done with two model, that is model activity of mission and religious service model to society. Role Maisonette Boarding School of Darussalam Sungai Mancur in giving construction of religion instructed to sharpen ability teachers and santri and improve the coordination with society, local government Sub- Province BUngo and Department of Religious Representative Office of Bungo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know break even point on rupiah and unit for product cincau hitam based to ascertain profit level and profit plan. In analyzing the problems, the writer used observation, interview, literature and using formula BEP. Based on the calculation, the break even point of cincau bukit ernani in rupiah is Rp 363.980.247,39 and in units are 97.061 kg and 24.265 tray. In 2016, Cincau Bukit Ernani want to plan to make a profit Rp 700.000.000,00. To achieve the budgeted profit Cincau Bukit Ernani must produce cincau hitam Rp 1.706.390.833 or 455.037 kg or 113.759 trays.

Abstract

This study aims to find the answer whether there is influence Reward and Organizational Culture Against Performance of Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) at the Office of the Ministry of Religious City Lubuklinggau. Based on t test recapitulation for Reward variable has significant influence to apparatus performance with tcount value 2,440> ttable 2,028 and sig value 0,020 <0,05. While recapitulation of t test for organizational culture variable has significant influence to apparatus performance with tcount value 5.302> ttable 2.028 and sig 0,000 <0,05. The results of research calculations conducted in the field showed that Reward and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on apparatus with correlation coefficient obtained the value of R is 0.877 which means the relationship between Reward variable and Organizational Culture shows a strong relationship. Then Reward and Culture Organization together significant effect on performance with value Fcount = 54,884> Ftable = 3,26 with significant level sig = 0,000 <α = 0,05. 95% significant level and a = 5% and db denominator = nk-1 = 36 - 2 - 1 = 33 and the db of the numerator k = the number of variables - 1 (k = 2) which means Reward and Organizational Culture variables simultaneously have a significant influence on ASN Performance Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the result of work achieved by a teacher in carrying out its duties in accordance with the responsibilities given. Will based on the facts in the field, teacher performance is still not optimal. The purpose of this research is to know the big influence on teacher performance in SMA Ar Risalah Lubuklinggau either simultant or partially. This research is a saturated sample research that is on 30 teachers in Ar Risalah Lubuklinggau High School. Data method used is questionnaire method. Data analysis method used is descriptive and analysis. The result of descriptive research shows the average performance score of 59.60, the training variables in the medium category with the average score of 64.80, the incentive variable in the medium category with an average score of 67,. While based on statistics showing training and incentives contributed 41.99% to the performance of teachers in Ar Risalah Lubuklinggau High School. Suggestions that can be conveyed are teachers in SMA Ar Risalah Lubuklinggau need also improved training that support its performance, principal expected more attention all members of school with teacher value.

Abstract

This research is conducted in Revenue Service, Financial Management and Asset of Regency of North Musi Rawas The formulation of problem in this research is Does work motivation influence to Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan KeuanganDan Aset Daerah (DPPKAD) Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara Regency of Musi Rawas Utara.Sampel research consist of 46 employees. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation and documentation. The analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression, Coefficient of determination analysis, concurrent test (F test), and t test. The result of research is 1) Training and Motivation have significant effect to employee performance, obtained value b1 = 0,068 and b2 = 0,650 and value a = 11,889, then the regression equation is: Y = 11,889 + 0,068 X1 + 0,650X2. 2) Motivation on Employee Performance shows that tcount = 3,782 is bigger than ttable = 1,683 with dk = 46 and significant level of sig = 0,001, this means that partially Motivation variable has significant influence to Employee Performance .3) Result of kofisien determinasi R equal to 0,845 and R2 equal to 72,9%. Value Fhitung = 92.142> Ftabel = 3.46 This means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau, adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan secara simultan dan secara parsial, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau sebanyak 74 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengujian regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. adapun hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut: 1) Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau. Uji parsial (Uji t) dilakukan untuk membuktikan hipoPenelitian apakah pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau bahwa > dan juga sig sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruhnya signifikan. Maka dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimbulan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya Terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Keluruhan dalam Wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau 2) Pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau. bahwa > dan juga sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruhnya signifikan. Abstract

Penelitian di lakukan pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, dimana dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kabudayaan Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, sampel yang dijadikan responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai. Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Pengujian hipoPenelitian (uji F) yakni pengujian hipoPenelitian yang dilakukan jika pengujian tersebut dilakukan secara bersama-sama dan untuk mengetahui apakah dapat diterima, maka dengandemikian tujuan pengujian F dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, maka dapat dilakukan dengan uji F dengan hasilpenelitian maka dapat diketahui bahwa Fhitung>Ftabel artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan hipoPenelitian dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa Fhitung>Ftabel artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yangartinya bahwa Terdapat pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Abstract

This research was conducted at Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika Klas IIa Muara Beliti Kabupaten Musi Rawas. The purpose of obtaining a clear picture of the Effects of Displin and Motivation on Prison Service Performance. The result of simple linear regression coefficient test of the equation obtained by equation as follows: Y = a + bX (Y = 22,085 + 0,458X1). From the simple linear regression equation the discipline can be explained that the constant value is equal to a = 22,085. While the value of regression variable coefficient of discipline of 0.458 units, Conversely if the value of disciplinary regression fell by one unit, then employee performance is also predicted to decrease by 0.458 units. Therefore it can be concluded that the discipline has a direct relationship to the performance of employees. Based on the result of the correlation coefficient test the correlation coefficient value 0.532 is at the interval coefficient of 0.40 to 0.599 which means the relationship between the discipline variable (X1) and employee performance (Y) shows the relationship is and positive correlation value means correlation or discipline (X1) employee performance (Y) direction. The result of t test above can be explained that the discipline variable (X1) on employee performance shows the value of tcount = 4,785 bigger than ttable value 2.021 with significant level = 0,000 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 60 - 2 = 58 is of 2.02.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Technique of data collecting were observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The sample of this study used saturated sampling, that was all 96 employees. Technique of data analysis is done by testing the validity test and reliability test, the classic assumption test consists of normality test, linearity test, linear regression test, correlation test, determination test, and hypothesis test. Based on the t test, the value of tcount (10,944) > ttable (1,986) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that communication has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the t test, the value of tcount (8.691) > t ttable (1.986) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that K3 has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the F test, the value of Fcount (69.343) > Ftable (3.09) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that Communication and Health and Safety (Occupational Health & Safety) has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama, Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

Islamic bank are bank that carry out business activites based on Islamic principles, namely agreements based on Islamic law between bank and customers in accordance with Islamic law. The function of the bank is as an intermediary between people who are over-funded and those who are short of founds. There are many product channeling founds in Islamic banking one of which is gold mortgage financing. In 2012, golg mortgage financing experienced a very high increase but in 203 as slight decline until finally the decrease in the financing of the lowest gold mortgage that is in 2015. This is what makes the author interested to comply with the reduction of gold mortgage financing. The method of analysis used in this research is the method of panel data regression analysis done with Eviews 8. One of the requirements to perform multiple analysis test needs to be tested classical assumption. It is necessary that the resulting regression equation be BLUE (Best, Linear, Unbiased, Estimator). In addition to assess the goodness of fit a model tested coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. This study uses quarterly data from 20012-2018 for each research variable. The results of this study indicate that the variable gold price fluctuations, the BI Rate has a negative effect on the financing of gold pawning products and the inflation variable has an effect on the financing of the gold price variables and firm size have a positive effect on the financing of gold pawning products.
