Abstract

ABSTRAKMakrozoobentos merupakan organisme yang sebagian hidupnya berada di dasar perairan, bersifat menetap, hidup relatif lama, dan bergerak relatif lamban. Makrozoobentos dapat berfungsi sebagai indikator biologi di wilayah perairan yang tercemar. Pada Kalimati Pamarayan terjadi kerusakan habitat yang ditandai dengan terjadinya ledakan jumlah ganggang (blooming algae). Dikarenakan adanya gangguan terhadap habitat makrozoobentos maka perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai sebaran makrozoobentos sebagai data pendukung untuk pengelolaan di Sungai Kalimati Pamarayan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2022. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada 5 stasiun pengamatan. Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi kelimpahan makrozoobentos, indeks keanekaragaman, indeks keseragaman, indeks dominansi, indeks morisita dan tekstur sedimen. Makrozoobentos yang berhasil didapatkan terdiri atas 3 kelas invertebrata yaitu bivalvia (2 spesies), gastropoda (7 spesies), dan malacostraca (1 spesies). Parameter fisika dan kimia yang didapatkan yaitu suhu 28o-30 oC; pH air 7,1-8,1; pH sedimen 6, dan DO 6,2-8,7 mg/l. Sebaran makrozoobentos yang terdapat di lokasi penelitian yaitu mengelompok,seragam dan acak dengan tekstur sedimen silt loam dan sandy loam. Kelimpahan tertinggi yaitu 42,86 ind/m²diperoleh pada stasiun 1. Pada kelima stasiun memiliki nilai keanekaragaman sedang, nilai keseragaman tinggi, nilai dominansi rendah pada Sungai Kalimati Pamarayan.Kata Kunci: habitat, makrozoobentos, Kalimati Pamarayan, sebaranABSTRACTMacrozoobenthos are organisms that live partly at the bottom of the water, are sedentary, live relatively long, and move relatively slowly.  Macrozoobenthos can serve as a biological indicator in polluted water areas. In Pamarayan, there is habitat destruction characterized by the occurrence of blooming algae. Due to the disturbance of macrozoobenthos habitat, it is necessary to conduct research on the distribution of macrozoobenthos as supporting data for management in the Pamarayan River. The research was conducted in November 2022 through purposive sampling method at 5 observation stations. Data analysis included macrozoobenthos abundance, diversity index, uniformity index, dominance index, morisite index and sediment texture. Macrozoobenthos that were successfully obtained consisted of 3 invertebrate classes namely bivalves (2 species), gastropods (7 species), and malacostraca (1 species). Physical and chemical parameters obtained were temperature 28o-30 oC, water pH 7.1-8.1, sediment pH 6, and DO 6.2-8.7 mg/l. The distribution of macrozoobenthos found in the study site is clustered, uniform and random with silt loam and sandy loam sediment textures. The highest abundance of 42.86 ind/m² was obtained at station 1. The five stations have moderate diversity value, high uniformity value, low dominance value in Pamarayan River.Keywords: habitat, macrozoobenthos, Kalimati Pamarayan, distribution.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi mangrove dan mengetahui Indeks Nilai Penting mangrove di kawasan pesisir Aceh Barat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Purposive Sampling  yang terdiri  5 stasiun pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan identifikasi mangrove yang ditemukan pada lokasi penelitian terdiri atas 2 jenis yaitu, Rhizopora mucronata dan Nypa fruticans. Dari kelima lokasi stasiun pengamatan yang memiliki kerapatan jenis tertinggi adalah Stasiun 3 dengan nilai 168 ind/m2. Indeks Nilai Penting yang paling tinggi terdapat pada  Stasiun ke 4 dengan nilai 259,29%. Pada lokasi pengamatan tidak ditemukan mangrove tipe semai. Pertumbuhan mangrove tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor fisik, kimia, dan biologi tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh keadaan morfologi tanaman.Kata Kunci: Indeks nilai penting, manggrove, Nypa fruticans, Rhizopora mucronataABSTRACTThis research aims to identify mangroves and determine the Importance Value Index of mangroves in the coastal area of West Aceh. The method used is the Purposive Sampling method which consists of 5 observation stations. The research results showed that the identification of mangroves found at the research location consisted of 2 types, namely, Rhizoporamucronata, Nypa fruticans. Of the five observation station locations, the one with the highest species density is station 3 with a value of 168 ind/m2. The highest Importance Value Index is found at station 4 with a value of 259.29%. At the observation location, no seedling-type mangroves were found. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui estimasi besarnya nilai Willingness To Pay (WTP) maksimum pengunjung dan nilai ekonomi kawasan Wisata Mangrove Edu Park Berbas Pantai. Penelitian dilakukan selama 2 bulan, mulai dari bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Juni 2023. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling dan teknik Slovin dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang. Penelitian ini telah menggunakan metode Analisis data Non-Parametrik: Turnbull, Kaplan Meier Turnbull (KMT), Spearman Karber (SK). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa nilai rataan WTP dengan menggunakan metode turnbull dan KMT diperoleh nilai rataan sebesar Rp. 11.458,33 sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode SK diperoleh nilai rataan WTP sebesar Rp. 12.083,33 dan nilai ekonomi yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar Rp. 248.347.844,42/tahun sampai Rp. 261.894.094,42/tahunKata Kunci: Kesediaan Membayar, Turnbull, Kaplan Meier Turnbull, Spearman Karber.ABSTRACTThe aims of this study are to determine the estimation of the maximum Willingness To Pay (WTP) value of tourisms and the economic value of the Mangrove Edu Park Berbas Pantai Tourism area. Abstract

ABSTRAKEkositem mangrove merupakan suatu tumbuhan yang banyak ditemukan didaerah pesisir laut. Mangrove memiliki fungsi dan manfaat yang dapat diperoleh dari keberadaan ekosistem mangrove sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi kesehatannya. Kesehatan mangrove merupakan bagian integral dari pengelolaan ekosistem yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Indeks Nilai Penting, persentase tutupan kanopi dan Mangrove Health Index. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Statified Randon Sampling di sepanjang zona hutan mangrove. Hasil penelitian di kawasan mangrove di Wisata Mangrove Tajungan diklasifikasikan menjadi lima zona yang di domenasi jenis mangrove Rhizopora mucronata, Rhizopora apiculate, Avicennia alba, Sonneratia alba, Rhizopora stilosa, dan Lumnitzera racemosa dari arah laut kearah darat. Indek Nilai Penting (INP) pada setiap stasiun nilai yang tertinggi terdapat pada zona 4 stasiun 1 dengan nilai 274,15% sedangkan nilai yang terendah terdapat pada zona 1 stasiun 2 dengan nilai 20,15%. Persentase tutupan kanopi diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 84,53% atau dalam ketegori padat. Sedangkan Mangrove Helath Index (MHI) diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 62,22% atau dalam kategori excelent. Hasil Mangrove Helath Index (MHI) yang diperoleh dalam analisis menggunakan aplikasi Monmang2 diperoleh nilai rata-rata sabesar 62,22% atau dalam kategori excelent. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kondisi hutan mangrove Wisata Mangrove Tajungan dalam kategori excelent.Kata Kunci: Indeks Nilai Penting, Tutupan kanopi, Mangrove Health IndexABSTRACTThe mangrove ecosystem is a plant that is often found in coastal areas. Mangroves have functions and the benefits that can be obtained from the existence of mangrove ecosystems are greatly influenced by their health conditions. Mangrove health is an integral part of sustainable ecosystem management. This research aims to determine the Importance Value Index, percentage of canopy cover and Mangrove Health Index. This research method uses Statified Randon Sampling along the mangrove forest zone. The results of research in the mangrove area at Tajungan Mangrove Tourism are classified into five zones dominated by the mangrove types Rhizopora mucronata, Rhizopora apiculate, Avicennia alba, Sonneratia alba, Rhizopora stylosa, and Lumnitzera racemosa from the sea towards the land. The Important Value Index (INP) at each station has the highest value in zone 4, station 1 with a value of 274.15%, while the lowest value is in zone 1, station 2 with a value of 20.15%. The percentage of canopy cover obtained an average value of 84.53% or in the dense category. Meanwhile, the Mangrove Health Index (MHI) obtained an average value of 62.22% or in the excellent category. The Mangrove Health Index (MHI) results obtained in the analysis using the Monmang2 application obtained an average value of 62.22% or in the excellent category. Abstract

ABSTRAKDiversifikasi olahan perikanan merupakan usaha untuk meningkatkan konsumsi ikan masyarakat, karena ikan mengandung nutrisi yang diperlukan oleh tubuh. Bakso merupakan olahan yang sangat popular di kalangan masyarakat baik orang dewasa dan anak-anak yang tinggal di perkotaan maupun di desa. Penambahan karaginan dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kadar serat pada bakso ikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui persentase karaginan terbaik untuk meningkatkan kadar serat pada bakso ikan barakuda. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan penambahan persentase karaginan berbeda: K1 (0%); K2 (0,25%); K3 (0,50%); K4 (0,75%); K5 (1,0%), setiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Parameter uji terdiri dari kadar air, kadar protein, kadar lemak, kadar abu dan kadar karbohidrat serta serat kasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan persentase karaginan berbeda memberikan pengaruh nyata (p0,05) pada semua parameter uji, kecuali kadar protein yang tidak menunjukkan pengaruh nyata (p0,05). Perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada penambahan karaginan 1,0% (K5) berdasarkan kadar air terendah dan serat kasar tertinggi. Kata kunci: Bakso Ikan, Karaginan, Penambahan, Serat, Sphyraena genie.ABSTRACTDiversification of processing fisheries is an effort to increase people’s fish consumption because fish contains nutrients needed by the body. Fishball are product are very popular among the community, both adults and children who live in urban and rural areas. The addition of carrageenan is intended to increase fiber content in fishballs. The purpose of this study was to determine the best percentage of carrageenan to increase fiber content in barracuda fishballs. This study used a completely randomized design with 5 treatments adding different percentages of carrageenan: K1 (0%); K2 (0.25%); K3 (0.50%); K4 (0.75%); K5 (1%), each treatment was repeated 3 times. The parameters consisted of water, protein, fat, ash, and carbohydrate content also crude fiber. The result showed that the addition of different carrageenan percentages had a significant effect (p0.05) on all parameters, except for protein content which did not show a significant effect (p0.05). The best treatment was found in the addition of 1% carrageenan (K5) based in the lowest water content and the highest crude fiber. Keywords: Carrageenan, Enriched, Fiber, Fish ball, Sphyraena genie.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTeripang dan kerang merupakan organisme laut yang banyak ditemukan di Perairan Socah, Bangkalan, Madura. Kajian fenotipe dan morfometrik teripang dan kerang di Perairan Socah Bangkalan Madura diperlukan untuk memperoleh data fenotipe dan morfometrik teripang dan kerang sehingga dapat mengidentifikasi kedua biota tersebut secara spesifik dan dapat dijadikan acuan penelitian lanjutan ke arah genetik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua jenis teripang yang berasal dari Perairan Socah memiliki nama latin Phyllophorus sp. dan Phyllophorella spiculata. Phyllophorella spiculata memiliki bentuk bulat tidak sempurna, berbeda dengan spesies Phyllophorus sp. yang memiliki bentuk bulat sempurna. Kedua spesies ini memiliki papila di seluruh tubuhnya yaitu berupa tonjolan-tonjolan kecil. Selanjutnya, kerang yang terdapat di Perairan Socah adalah Perna viridis, Anadara granosa, dan Meretrix meretrix. Ketiga kerang ini memiliki warna dan corak yang berbeda-beda. Perna viridis cenderung berwarna hijau dan hijau kehitaman, Anadara granosa berwarna kuning dengan pinggiran berwarna coklat, dan Meretrix meretrix berwarna putih polos dengan sedikit corak kekuningan. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah untuk hasil yang lebih akurat terkait penentuan klasifikasi taksonomi dari masing-masing spesies, perlu penelitian lanjutan ke arah identifikasi secara genetik.Kata kunci: biodiversitas, fenotipe, kerang, morfometrik, teripangABSTRACTSea cucumbers and shellfish are marine organisms that are often found in Socah Waters, Bangkalan, Madura. Phenotypic and morphometric studies of sea cucumbers and shellfish in Socah Bangkalan Madura waters are needed to obtain phenotypic and morphometric data on sea cucumbers and shellfish so that they can identify these two biota specifically and can be used as a reference for further genetic research. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with random sampling technique. The results of the research show that two types of sea cucumbers originating from Socah Waters have the Latin name Phyllophorus sp. and Phyllophorella spiculata. Phyllophorella spiculata has an imperfect round shape, different from the species Phyllophorus sp. which has a perfectly round shape. Both species have papillae all over their bodies, which are small protrusions. Furthermore, the shellfish found in Socah Waters are Perna viridis, Anadara granosa, and Meretrix meretrix. These three shells have different colors and patterns. Perna viridis tends to be green and blackish green, Anadara granosa is yellow with brown edges, and Meretrix meretrix is plain white with a slight yellowish pattern. The suggestion from this research is that for more accurate results regarding determining the taxonomic classification of each species, further research is needed towards genetic identification.Key words: biodiversity, phenotype, shellfish, morphometrics, sea cucumbers

ABSTRAKMenjaga lingkungan dan keindahan objek wisata tentunya akan membutuhkan biaya yang tidak sedikit, sehingga pengunjung sebagai pengguna jasa lingkungan diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi besarnya nilai Willingness To Pay pengunjung terhadap kelestarian hutan mangrove di Taman Wisata Graha Mangrove Kota Bontang. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling, dengan analisis data menggunakan metode non-parametrik meliputi metode Trunbull, Kaplan Meir Trunbull, dan Spearmen Karber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Nilai rata-rata Willingness To Pay dengan metode Trunbull menghasilkan perhitungan dengan rata-rata WTP sebesar Rp. 11.000 per orang. Metode K-M-T memperoleh hasil yang sama sebesar Rp. 11.000 per orang dan metode S-K memperoleh hasil sebesar Rp.10.800 per orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung bersedia membayar lebih dari harga tiket yang ditetapkan sebelumnya oleh Taman Wisata Graha Mangrove sebesar Rp. 10.000 Dari hasil rata-rata Willingness to pay diperoleh sebesar Rp.11.000 dan sebesar Rp. 1.000 digunakan untuk biaya konservasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pihak pengelola untuk melakuan pembaharuan terkait pengelolaan wisata terutama harga tiket masuk pengunjung dan upaya pelestarian lingkungan lewat rataan WTP yang dihasilkan.Kata Kunci: Kota Bontang, Preferensi, Taman Wisata Graha Mangrove, Singel Bound, Willingness to PayABSTRACTConserving the environment and the beauty of tourist attractions certainly requires considerable costs. Therefore, visitors as users of environmental services are expected to contribute to the preservation of the environment. This study aims to estimate the value of Willingness to Pay by visitors for the conservatiobof mangrove forests in the Graha Mangrove Tourism Park in Bontang. The study was conducted in September 2022. The sample was taken using the Accidental Sampling technique, and the data were analyzed using non-parametric methods, including the Trunbull method, Kaplan Meier Trunbull method, and Spearman Karber method. The findings indicated that the average value of Willingness to Pay (WTP) using the Trunbull method resulted in an average WTP of Rp.11,000 per person. The KMT method also obtained the same result of Rp.11,000 per person, while the SK method resulted in Rp.10,800 per person. The results of this research indicate that visitors are willing to pay more than the ticket price previously set by the Graha Mangrove Tourism Park of Rp. 10,000 From the results, the average Willingness to pay was obtained at Rp. 11,000 and Rp. 1,000 is used for conservation costs. The results of this research can be a reference for managers to carry out reforms related to tourism management, especially visitor entrance ticket prices and environmental conservation efforts through the resulting average WTP.Keywords: Bontang City, Graha Mangrove Tourism Park, Preferencess,Single Bound, Willingness to Pay.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKualitas perairan Sungai Siak tergolong dalam kategori tercemar. Hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya sumber polutan yang masuk ke perairan sungai. Penurunan kualitas air akan berpengaruh terhadap mahluk hidup didalamnya. Meskipun Sungai Siak telah tercemar, keberadaan ikan juaro (Pangasius polyuranodon) masih banyak ditemui. Penelitian ini akan melihat hubungan panjang berat ikan juaro yang hidup di perairan Sungai Siak yang telah tercemar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2016 di perairan Sungai Siak dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Hasil analisis menunjukan persamaan hubungan panjang-berat ikan juaro jantan W= 0,013L2,899 sedangkan pada ikan betina W= 0,017L2,805. Hubungan panjang dan berat jenis ikan jantan dan betina yang tertangkap menunjukkan pola pertumbuhan yang tidak jauh berbeda. koefisien determinasi (R2) yaitu 0.9793 ikan betina dan 0.9219 untuk ikan Jantan, ini mengartikan bahwa pertumbuhan ikan juaro di Sungai Siak menunjukan sifat alometrik negatif. Meskipun telah tejadi penurunan kualitas perairan sungai siak yang melebihi baku mutu kualitas air namun kondisi tersebut masih sesuai untuk pertumbuhan panjang-berat ikan juaro yang mendukung ketersediaan makanan ikan juaro, yang mana ikan juaro memiliki sifat oportunis, sehingga ikan ini bisa memanfaatkan semua ketersediaan makanan yang berada di perairan Sungai Siak.Kata Kunci; Alometrik, hubungan panjang berat, korelasi, pangasius polyuranodon. ABSTRACTThe water quality of the Siak River is classified as polluted. This is due to the many sources of pollutants that enter river waters. The decrease in water quality will affect the living things in it. Although the Siak River has been polluted, there are still many juaro fish (Pangasius polyuranodon) to be found. This research will look at the long-weight relationship of juaro fish that live in polluted Siak River waters. This research was conducted in December 2016 in the waters of the Siak River with 4 samplings. The method used in this research is a survey method. The results of the analysis showed the similarity of the length-weight relationship for male juaro fish W = 0.013L2.899 while for female fish W = 0.017L2.805. The relationship between length and specific gravity of male and female fish caught showed a growth pattern that was not much different. the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.9793 for female fish and 0.9219 for male fish, this means that the growth of juaro fish in the Siak River shows negative allometric properties Even though there has been a decrease in the waters quality of the Siak River which exceeds the water quality standards, these conditions are still suitable for the growth of the length-weight of the juaro fish which supports the availability of food for the juaro fish, which the juaro fish have opportunistic characteristics, so that these fish can take advantage of all the available food availability. located in the waters of the Siak River.Keyword: Alometric, correlation, length-weight relationship, pangasius polyuranodon.
