Abstract

The literature review in this article intends to address the theoretical needs in planning, implementing, and evaluating as the Transformation of Human Resources (HR) for the future of the university in order to improve the caliber of lecturers' teaching. Planning is necessary for effective teaching in order to keep instructors and college students on the same page. Applying the right technology raises the bar for curricular and instructional advice, development, and professional support at institutions. Implementing instruction is possible if lecturers and college students take an active part in the quality improvement process. In the interaction between teaching and learning that affects cognitive, constructivist, transformational, and behavioral theories in the university setting, lecturers play a significant role. The effectiveness of lecturers' instruction can also be assessed through training, research, and technology transfer. By providing information, instructional materials, and human resource development geared on developing college students' skills and capabilities, lecturers can enhance college students' talents and widen their horizons. In this perspective, education is viewed as a technological process and as a product that can be packaged and applied to assess the effectiveness of instruction. Big Data and the Internet of Things (IoT) are two examples of artificial intelligence technologies that could be the focus of future trends in the use of learning assistance software. This solution not only increases available space and learning opportunities for college students while also enhancing the quality of their education, but it also assists lecturers in utilizing digitization to their advantage in the future of higher education.

Abstract

This study intends to examine how customer satisfaction at the Auto 2000 office's Medan Amplas Branch is impacted by service quality and cost. Descriptive quantitative research has been selected as the method. 96 clients served as the study's sample population. A questionnaire is used as the data collecting method, and the results are evaluated using SPSS software based on the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The multiple linear regression test, the t test, the F test, and the coefficient of determination test were utilized in the data analysis technique (R2 test). According to the t test results, the service quality variable has a stronger impact on customer satisfaction than the price variable because its t count value is higher 4,300 than the pricing variable's t value, which is 3,051. The estimated F value, which is 568,732, is more than the 2,700 F value in the table. This demonstrates that the customer satisfaction variable is significantly and positively impacted by both the service quality and pricing. The adjusted R Square value of the coefficient of determination test findings was 0.923, or 92.3 percent. The percentage of service quality and price that can explain customer satisfaction is very high, at 93.3 percent, while the remaining 7.7 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This means that the variation in the relationship between service quality and price variables with customer satisfaction can be classified as very high.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the nexus of green innovation on registered companies' financial performance on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (J.S.E.). The paper followed the content analysis approach in evaluating green products, green processes, management innovation ability, and green image variables on 64 manufacturing firms from 2011 up to 2018. This article adopted Smart PLS-SEM 3 analyses to check the models suggested for the study empirically. The findings reveal that management innovation ability had a significant favorable influence on the green process; however, the relation with financial performance was insignificant. Green process innovation had a significant negative association with enterprise financial performance. Again, the effect of green process innovation on green products was enormously significant. Green products did not have a considerable influence on financial performance. Finally, the moderating variable green image was introduced into the model, green product, and green process; both indicated an insignificant positive effect on the enterprise financial performance. The conclusion of this research supports the theoretical assertation that mutually green products and green processes are complementary.
