Abstract

AbstrakTujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kinerja penerimaan pajak dan retribusi daerah dalam rangka penerimaan PAD secara umum. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah time series. Sampel dalam kegiatan ini adalah penerimaan pajak daerah Kota Malang selama rentang waktu lima tahun yaitu tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2015 Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Evaluasi penerimaan pajak daerah Kota Malang, Evaluasi potensi pajak daerah Kota Malang dan Evaluasi penetapan target pajak daerah Kota Malang Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kinerja penerimaan pajak dan retribusi daerah dalam rangka penerimaan PAD secara umum telah optimal, Penetapan target penerimaan PAD belum berdasarkan potensi riil yang dimiliki Kota Malang, dan Penetapan potensi sekaligus target pajak daerah Kota Malang berdasarkan landasan yuridis dan konsep intensifikasi serta ekstensifikasi pajak daerah. Selain itu, juga didasarkan pada indikator perekonomian Kota Malang, analisis SWOT, ketidak-tertagihan piutang pajak daerah, serta metode penetapan potensi dan target pajak daerah Kota Malang. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the performance of logal tax revenues and retribution in order to absorb PAD (Regional Original Revenue) in general. It used time series sampling technique.The sample in this activity is the Malang regional tax revenue Malang during five-year span from 2011 to 2015. The analysis techniques used in this study were: evaluation of Malang regional tax revenue, evaluation of Malang Regional tax potentials, and evaluation of Malang regional tax target allocation. The results of this study showed that: performance of regional taxes and retribution in order to absorb the PAD in general was optimal. The target allocation of PAD was not yet been based on the Malang’s real potential, aand the target and ptentials allocation in Malang region is based on judicial foundation and intensification as well as extentification of regional tax. In addition, it is also based on the Malang economic indicators, SWOT analysis, reginal non-receivable tax, and the methods of tax potential and target allocation of Malang region.

Abstract

This research was aimed at 1) Knowing and analyzing the influence of work environment to performance of an employee simultaneously 2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of work environment to performance of an employee partially. The number of sample there are 46 employees of State Polytechnic of Malang. Purposive sampling was used in determining the sampling and Likert scale. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the extent of Customer Satisfaction variables are able to improve Service Quality significantly to Customer Loyalty to consumers in Malang. The population in this study are customers who have used online transportation service Gojek in Malang. The sampling technique used in the research is using non probabilitysampling method with sampling method that used is accidental sampling. From the result of path analysis in the above table, it can be concluded that the influence of the service quality on customer satisfaction (Y1) of 79.5%. This means that from the five dimensions of service quality, dimensions that further affect customer satisfaction is the dimension of reliability, responsiveness, and empathy.Based on the result of determination test (R²) = 0,722 known that variable of service quality and customer satisfaction variable able to contribute 72.2% to customer loyalty.

The objective of this research is to obtain the best policy at Electro Engineering Department, State Polytechnic of Malang to face ASEAN Economic Society. The method of the Research is: MacMillan Matrix Analysis, and Determination of strategic policy. The results of the research are the improvement of policy at Electro Engineering Department to face ASEAN Economic Society which covering aspects: teaching and education, students and graduate, research and community service, education management systems, human resources, finance, quality assurance systems and facilities.

Abstract

This research was aimed to determine whether PT FIF Central Malang has implemented the concept of Learning Organization to its full potential in achieving company goals. This type of research is a qualitative study with a questionnaire as a data collection tools. The sample of this research was 38 people using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method uses data triangulation. The results showed positive and significant results, so based on the triangulation of data that had been done it could be explained that PT FIF Central Malang had applied the concept of a learning organization in achieving company goals. These results are in line with research conducted by several previous studies that the concept of learning organization could positively and significantly affected to the performance improvement of an organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the factors of price perspective attributes, brand benefits, media branding, promotions, after-sales guarantee, products, colors, and designs as well as fuel consumption as items of motor products on consumer behavior. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 194 respondents. The data analysis was using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that Honda's products were more dominant in the implementation of its marketing strategy with a contribution of 87.75% while the attributes of Yamaha's products contributed to the influence of the remaining 79.40% influenced by other factors. In addition, the results of the analysis obtained a regression equation for Honda products Y = -13.33 + 0.428 X1 - 0.035 X2 + 0.02 X3 + 0.319 X4 + 0.01 X5 + 0.367 X6 - 0.03 X7 + 0.034 X8, while for Yamaha products are Y = -13.03 + 0.37 X1 + 0.5 X2 + 0.11 X3 + 0.30 X4 - 0.004 X5 + 0.33 X6 - 0.13 X7 + 0.2X8.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Min-Max dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku di PT. Balatif Malang. Metode Min-Max merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam pengendalian bahan baku atas dasar bahwa persediaan terdapat pada dua tingkatan yaitu tingkatan maksimum dan tingkatan minimum. Setelah kedua tingkatan tersebut ditetapkan maka pada saat persediaan sampai ke tingkat minimum pemesanan bahan baku harus dilakukan untuk menempatkan persediaan pada tingkat maksimum Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini belum efisien diterapkan untuk mengendalikan persediaan bahan baku karena masih terdapat beberapa stock barang yang terlalu banyak sehingga menyebabkan gudang penuh dan arus kas perusahaan kurang baik. Dalam menetapkan kebijaksanaan persediaan bahan baku, hendaknya mempertimbangkan tingkat pemakaian atau penggunaan bahan baku agar tidak terjadi penumpukan atau kekurangan bahan baku. Sehingga untuk menghindari hal tersebut perusahaan harus menggunakan metode yang sudah ditentukan dengan baik yaitu metode Min-Max sebagai alat pengendalian bahan baku. Perlu diterapkan jumlah persediaan minimum, jumlah persediaan maksimum, jumlah stock pengaman dan tingkat pemesanan kembali pada bahan baku.

Abstract

This study aimed to strengthen Kampung Glintung Go Green (3G) as a brand destination of an educational tourism object in Malang – East Java. Employing a qualitative approach,the primary data were collectedthrough in-depth interview, observasion, and FGD with Community Unit (RW) managements,Neighborhood Unit (RT) managements, and 3G management. While the secondary data were collected fromrelated documents. The research findings showed that Kampung Glintung residents have developed 3Gmanagement to manage kampung educational tourism ; created short-term roadmap in three years; formulated vision and mission; anddeveloped an education tourism destination brand. Yet, thefindings indicated that the brand destination they created needed to be reinforced to get more visitors. Therefore, the researcher workedtogether with 3G management and residents representatives carried out the following steps: (1) reformulating brand elements by designing new vision and mission, developing brand essence and brand image; (2) designing new logo based on conceptsproposed by thecommunity ; (3) creating tagline based on the proposed concept; (4) developing an alternative campaign media using video profile and internet-based media.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a habit, norms, rules that are understood and agreed upon by all members of the organization. Organizational culture is more to the right thing that must be obeyed and implemented and bad things are prohibited and will be sanctioned if there is a violation. Organizational culture is very embedded in the organization, both in carrying out work, communicating with fellow members and other habits that are hereditary. Based on this, the organizational culture is important or has an important role in the overall activities of the organization. In this study, the hypothesis raised was the alleged influence of organizational culture on organizational performance. So, to prove the hypothesis, an analytical tool is developed that can measure and know. Information is obtained by questionnaire method distributed to respondents. Hopefully, the results of this study contribute to the company as the object of research, the wider community, and further research on similar topics. This research is also expected to provide support forthe theory of Human Resource Management

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Dividend Policy and Stock Performance in moderating Profitability within creating Company Value. The population during the analysis period was 30 companies. After sampling with a purposive approach obtained a sample of 17 companies. Descriptively known value The profitability proxied by the value of ROA of 38.72% while the value of the company proxied by Tobin’s Q is averaging 1.02. In theory ROA has a strong positive effect on Company Value. The findings in the study indicate that ROA does have a positive effect but only 6.6% is significant. This result explains that investors still believe that profit is a real signal of the expected profit. These two conditions relate that investors in the sharia-based capital market are not fair in valuing companies. Because profitability is not a concern even the dividend payment policy is not considered capable of giving a signal in appreciating the company, but net income in real terms is precisely what is expected.
