Abstract

The main objectives of this research is: To find out and analyze the influence of website quality, trust in customer loyalty through customer perception. The research location was in Malang State Polytechnic, while the population of this study were all customers who had been online more than once, while the sample consisted of 70 customers who were selected according to the research objectives. The results showed that the data used was valid and reliable, the better the Web Quality and the level of trust the stronger the Customer Perception and the better the Customer Perception, the higher the Loyalty.The effect of the total variables studied was 14.16%.

Abstract

The main purpose of companies that have gone public is to increase the prosperity of the owner or shareholders through increasing company value. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and capital structure on company value with managerial ownership as a moderating variable in LQ 45 companies. The research method used is quantitative with multiple regression data analysis techniques (path analysis). The results of this study are: (1) Profitability (ROA) is proven to have a significant positive effect on company value (PBV). (2) Profitability (ROA) is proven to have a significant positive effect on the company value (PBV). (3) Capital structure (DER) significantly influences company value (PBV) significantly.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of halal certification and halal awareness toward used product buying behavior. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 college students of State Polytechnic of Malang that are selected through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the linear regression analysis. The study show that halal certification and halal awareness have positive impact on used product buying behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: to examine and analyze the effect of the institution's reputation, service quality on student satisfaction, with trust as an intervening variable. The study was conducted by accidental sampling technique, using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 93 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis technique. The results of the study concluded that: Institutional reputation directly influences trust. Service quality has a direct effect on trust. Institutional reputation has a direct influence on student satisfaction. Service quality has a direct effect on student satisfaction. Trust has a direct influence on student satisfaction. Institutional reputation has an influence on student satisfaction through trust as an intervening variable. Service quality has an influence on student satisfaction through trust as an intervening variable. (3) human resources affect he quality of financial statements, (4) organizational commitment doesnt affect he quality of financial statements.

Abstract

Mengikuti program asuransi merupakan usaha untuk mengantisipasi risiko yang tidak diinginkan, seperti halnya sakit, kecelakaan, kematian, kerugian di masa yang akan datang dan sebagainya. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, perkembangan asuransi di Indonesia mengalami banyak tantangan. Salah satunya adalah ancaman kebangkrutan yang dialami oleh PT Asuransi Jiwaasraya (Persero). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan pada PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero). Sampel yang digunakan yakni data laporan keuangan dari website www.jiwasraya.go.id tahun 2016-2019. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan metode Altman Z Scored pada perusahaan non manufaktur yang tidak go public. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pada tahun 2016-2019 berada pada zona distress. Hal ini disebabkan karena investasi yang dilakukan perusahaan tidak tepat, sehingga hutang perusahaan menjadi sangat besar.

Abstract

This study takes the theme of some factor as determine for sales. In this study sampled 140 people as speedy costumer from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Quantitative study in which respondents were obtained from questionnaires distributed is used as the primary data are processed with SPSS. Respondent response assessed the range of 1 – 5, with the Likert scale strongly disagree to strongly agree.Based on the result of the research, from the description of the data respondent majority were male with ages between 36 to 40 years. Trials performed are validity and reliability is to test the validity of the questionnaire wer distributed, the t test for testing the correctness of the formulated hypotheses, correlation and regression test to examine the relationship and influence of each costumer relationship market segmentingvariables that aregeographics, demographics, psychographics and behaviour.Based on trials carried out that there is a truth of the hypothesis formulated, namely that there is a significant relationship and effect betweengeographics, demographics, psychographics and behaviourwith buying decision.

Abstract

This study examines individual adoption behavior of the most popular social networking site Instagram. The influences on the attitude toward using social networking based on individual’s perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived usefulness (PU) and trust is empirically examined with a primary data set of 95 students of Business Administration at State Polytechnic of Malang, users of Instagram gathered from a questionnaire survey. The results demonstrate that the revised social media TAM model proposed in this study supports all the hypotheses of attitude toward using social media. The results of this study provide evidence for the importance of additional key variables to TAM in considering user engagement on social media sites and other social-media-related business strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer motivation, especially consumers with an interest in buying online. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires with the target of respondents in their teens who were actively using internet facilities. Based on the results of research findings consumer shopping orientation is influenced by prices which have a significant influence on purchase interest while motivation in terms of product categories does not significantly influence the interest in online purchases.

Abstract

The objective is to know the increase of students learning motivation and students outcome through implementation of cooperative learning with Numbered Heads Together method of the English subject. This experimental research is using designing Classroom Action Recearch by applying qualitative approach as well as it is conducted in two cycles in which it involves planning, action, observation, and reflection. The result that the comparison result of students between the first and second cycles is significant and rise sharply, meaning that, second cycles is quite good seen from students’ motivation consisting of Interest (57.33%; 88) %, concentration (62.67%; 92%), attention (56%; 85,33%), perseverance (61,33%; 87,33%). The average increase is 26% from the first to 2nd cycles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Variabel Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Organisasi Pemerintahan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Batu. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 103 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menganalisis karakteritik responden, sedangkan analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis hasil kuesioner penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diketahui bahwa Y = -0,77+ 0,296X1 + 1,008X2 + e dengan koefisien determinasinya adalah 0,494. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebesar 49% dan sisanya 51% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
