Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about factors that influence adherence to pay zakat. The motivation of this research is related to the existence of POLINEMA facilities in the form of the An Nur Raya mosque which is adequate as a campus mosque that has been calculated in the Greater Malang area. Of course the service is not only in terms of mahdah worship but must immediately be empowered for social services, especially in contributing to creating prosperity for the community. The total research population of 234 personal sampling results as many as 114 personal. The questionnaire returned 60 answers. Findings obtained that 55% of POLINEMA employees have adjusted zakat payments. The remaining 45% is expected to be a potential muzakki in the future. Two important variables that influence adherence are Understanding Zakat and Transparency. Especially for transparency to have a stronger and significant influence The best step is to immediately set up an institution that manages zakat by preparing a variety of facilities both physical and necessary resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh faktor mikro dan faktor makro ekonomi terhadap harga saham perusahaan makanan dan minuman, baik secara silmultan maupun sendiri-sendiri. Populasi digunakan adalah perusahaan makanan dan minuman 18 yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019. Sampel teridentifikasi 10 perusahaan dengan eliminasi data menjadi 45 data. Faktor mikro meliputi ROA (Return on Asset), ROE (Return on Equity), Net Profit Margin (NPM); sedangkan faktor makro meliputi inflasi dan kurs rupiah. Hasil penelitian ini akan menujuukan faktor mikro tidak dominan dibanding faktor makro ekonomim dalam pengaruhnya terhadap harga saham. ROA berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham; ROE berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham; NPM berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan hasil yang positif,; Inflasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham; Kurs Dolar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham

Abstract

Devaluation Yuan affect the global economy, this can be seen with the decline in currency exchange rates and falling stock prices in many countries. Based on this background, the authors do research event study. The selected time period is 11 days of exchange as the event period separated to 5 days before the event day (11 August 2015 as event day) and 5 days after the event day. The results showed that (1) by calculating the average abnormal return (AAR) is known to have a positive abnormal return during the event period; (2) different test results with paired sample test there is no significant difference of average abnormal return between before and after devaluation of Chinese Yuan currency; And (3) with different test using paired sample test there is no significant difference of average trading volume activity between before and after devaluation of Yuan Chinese currency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and apply financial reporting harmonization made by Rizprod Equipment with SAK ETAP. The type of research used is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The result of the research is financial report made by Rizprod Equipment and the report is not in accordance with SAK ETAP, where the financial statements in accordance with SAK ETAP are minimal. Statements of cash flows, changes in capital, and income statement. This simple financial record is busy and there is no special employee with education background Accounting ready to prepare financial report in accordance with SAK ETAP. In addition, as a result of business actors deem not necessarily financial accountability in detail because all financial statements are made for private consumption so that his assumption is enough by the business owner.

Abstract

This research aims to determined customer satisfaction with the quality product, service quality and price at restaurant Rata - rata Yogyakarta. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive used primary and secondary data. The technic use accidental sampling with sampling. Research gives shows better quality, gives more satisfaction to customers. Even in service quality. Better service quality gives more customer satisfaction. So that with the variable of price. With the competitive price, gives more customers satisfaction. It shows that even both partially nor simultaneusly, product quality, service quality and price give effects to the customers satisfaction. Especially for product quality has highest validity. It's about 0,413 or 41,3 % effect to custome satisfaction. As it has the tagline of the restaurant; serv all indonesian taste vegetable soup with 25varians, 45 dining fish.

Abstract

This study aims to examine descriptively the role of factors in business success, namely the Entrepreneurial Orientation and Product Innovation variables for Business Success, with the subject of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) focusing on the culinary field in Malang. This study involved 100 UMKM engaged in the Culinary field in Malang. Research analysis using quantitative descriptive methods, to analyze the role of the Entrepreneurial Orientation and Product Innovation variables on business success. The results showed that the majority of Culinary UMKM owners were young people, with a maximum age of 35 years totaling 66 people (66%), with high school education, 99 people as a graduate or 99%, meaning that young people with higher education had no doubt. choose to become an entrepreneur as a choice of profession. The description of the entrepreneurial orientation illustrates that most of the culinary UMKM, already have a good entrepreneurial orientation. The results of the assessment of product innovation variables illustrate that culinary UMKM do have a good understanding of the importance of product innovation. The assessment results of business success illustrate that the majority of culinary UMKM entrepreneurs believe that the ongoing business already has quite high success.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference between the performance of Islamic mutual funds with the performance of conventional, mixed type and fixed income mutual funds with sharpe ratio, treynor ratio and jensen ratio measurement methods. This type of research is quantitative research, where the source of the data used is secondary data. The population in this study are equity, mixed and fixed income mutual funds found on the official website of PT Bareksa Investment Portal, the sample used is conventional and sharia mutual funds issued by the same and active investment managers during 2015-2017. The data used in the form of Net Asset Value (NAV) data for 2014-2017, Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) and Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), data on interest rates for Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) for the 2015-2017 period. The analytical method used is the Independent Sample t-test, with the SPSS program. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the performance of Islamic mutual funds and the performance of conventional, mixed, and fixed income types of conventional mutual funds by using sharpe ratio, treynor ratio and jensen ratio measurements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara dinamis ekspor dan impor pada pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini terdiri dari data sekunder yang berbentuk data runtun waktu 1970 sampai 2019.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Model Koreksi Keslahan . Hasil dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa jumlah ekspor jangka panjang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhanekonomi sedangkan jumlah impor dalam jangka panjang berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dengan demikian mengartikan bahwa apabila jumlah barang atau jasa yang di ekspor ke luar negeri semakin banyak maka akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, sebaliknya kenaikan barang impor akan akan menurunkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam negeri, dengan demikian hasil ini dapat digunakan untuk inspirasi strategi dalam menghadapi peluang bisnis di Indonesia.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is: a) identify and analyze to Sales Promotion and Product Innovation Effect on Costumers Buying Decision and b). To find and analyze Sales Promotion and Product Innovation Effect on the Decision of Costumers Loyalty Purchasing through Gedang Ganteng. Location Mayjen Panjaitan Malang. while the sample amounted to 100 costumers which is the minimum threshold for path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: questionnaires were used valid and reliable, sweet model used for predection good and getting better service sales promotion innovation product services, the higher the stronger loyalty through costumer purchase decision as well as the influence of the total variables studied amount 65% Key words: sales promotion, innovation of product, decisions making and loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the perception of prices formed in consumer thinking, as well as to examine the perception of quality where the quality of a product based on consumer ratings so that will cause a gap between the actual product quality with the perception of quality according to consumer thinking. This study focuses on private label products where the product is a product that uses a brand name developed by the retailer. so for such products the power of brand placement strategy becomes the benchmark of business success.
