Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance simultaneously 2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance partially at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera (AJSB) Malang . The number of sample there are 44 respondents at agent employees in PT AJSB Malang. The sampling technic in this research was total sampling. The tools analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that career development variables consist of Variables Influence of justice in careers, Attention to supervision, Awareness about opportunities, Interest of workers, Career satisfaction, simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. partially , Attention to supervision, opportunity awareness, interest in workers, have a significant influence, while the influence of fairness in careers, and career satisfaction does not show significant value

Abstract

The current search engine is not only for searching the pages of the website you want to visit but also as the main source of visitors on the internet. With the development of technology several ways that can be used to improve website ranking on search engines, one effective way by utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) can help some websites to get SERP rankings (Search Engine Results Pages) on search engines, by a good SERP ranking will then be determined on the number of visitors on the website. An application is needed to calculate SEO applications on a web site, with the application of Online SEO measurement parameters can help business users of online stores to increase visitors and invite visitors who become buyers. In the Complete SEO Parameter Measurement Application on this page has 6 important parameters in SEO on the page provided, Title Tag, Title Tag, Meta Description, Content, Alt Tag and Keyword Density, with an explanation of each - each parameter where The accuracy of the application results in the calculation can be obtained Kappa value of 0.57..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal control systems, information technology, human resources and organizational commitment to the quality of the Semarang City goverment’s financial statements . This type of research is a quantitative study using primary data. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study OPD Semarang City. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The sample of this study were 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) internal control system affect the quality of financial statements, (2) information technology affects he quality of financial statements, (3) human resources affect he quality of financial statements, (4) organizational commitment doesnt affect he quality of financial statements.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Memperoleh strategi bersaing organisasi yang tepat pada Program Studi D4 Jaringan Telekomunikasi Digital Jurusan Teknik Elektro Politeknik Negeri Malang dalam menghadapi Pasar bebas APEC tahun 2022. Metode dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari penetapan visi dan misi, analisis lingkungan eksternal, analisis lingkungan internal, analisis SWOT, pengambilan kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi tingkat organisasional adalah strategi Kompetitif dan Inovatif. Strategi tingkat bisnis yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi Prodi DIV Jaringan Telekomunikasi Digital Jurusan Teknik Elektro Politeknik Negeri Malang adalah strategi Diferensiasi, dengan strategi tingkat fungsional meliputi aspek pendidikan dan pengajaran, mahasiswa dan lulusan, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat, sistem manajemen pendidikan, sumber daya manusia, keuangan, sistem jaminan mutu serta sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

This studyinvestigates correlation between audit quality, financial performance, debt default, size of the firm, and audit tenure on going concern opinion acceptance. Samples used all companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange beside manufacturing, banks and other financial institution during 2011-2013. Data collected by purposive sampling. The study provides empirical evidences that audit quality, financial performance had negative influences on audit going concern opinion acceptance, while leverage and audit tenure had positive ones. However, debt default and size of the entities had no relationship on it.

Abstract

This research was intended to analyze the implementation,responses of customers, and to analyze how big the influence of exterior and general interior is on purchasing behavior. The kind of research is explanatory research with two independent variables which are exterior and general interior designand purchasing decision as the dependen variables, using data collection techniques of questionnaire, interviews, observation, documentation, with accidental sampling. The respondents of this research were 90 customers at Super Indo Singosari. The data were then analyzed with multiple regression analysis. The result showed that Y = 6,694 + 0,198 X1 + 0,382 X2. It mean that exterior design and general interior design had positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. The determination coefficient score was 0,465; it mean that variables (exterior and general interior) had 46% effect on purchasing decision, and the rest 54% was influenced by other variables such as price, product, quality, and others not included in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine work ability, work motivation and performance based on individual characteristics, job characteristics and work experience of permanent lecturers at FISIP UB Malang. This type of research includes explanatory research that use a quantitative descriptive approach with census methods. Respondents numbered 86 people. The main instrument of the study was a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, data analysis using SEM. The results of this study found that: First: There is a significant influence between individual characteristics, job characteristics and work experience on work ability (amounting to 54.8%),. Second: There is a significant influence between individual characteristics, work experience and work ability to work motivation. The contribution of these three variables in explaining variations in work ability is 42.4%, with work ability as the dominant determinant of work motivation. Third: There is a significant effect between individual characteristics, work experience and work motivation on performance, with work motivation as the dominant factor in the high performance of lecturers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Motivation on employee performance at Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square. This type of research is quantitative. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, interviews. The sampling method using Probability Sampling using Slovin formula, then the samples obtained were 83 respondents. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Effect of Time Management on Work Productivity in PT Telkom Regional Telecommunication in South Jatim Malang. This study uses observations, and questionnaires as data collection techniques and uses the Nonprobability Sampling method with certain sampling techniques (Purposive Samples). The number of samples in this study were 54 employees of the Customer Service and Human Resources (HR) Division. This research is a descriptive statistical research with tests carried out were the validity and reliability of the questionnaire distributed. The results of linear analysis show the Adjusted R Square value of 0.351, meaning that the percentage contribution of the influence of time management variables on work productivity is 35.1%. While the remaining 64.9% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this study is determine the effect of leadership style and self motivation on student academic achievement. In order to obtain a comprehensive picture, the object of the research was all first and second level students both D3 and D4 Business Administration Department of the State Polytechnic of Malang. The results are expected to be used as input related to leadership style and self motivation towards student academic achievement.The concept of HR policies studied also needs to be understood by academics. For this reason, the results of this study will also be published in accredited scientific journals. Besides that, it needs to be realized in the form of teaching materials so it can be used as a reference in the teaching and learning process at the Business Administration Department of the State Polytechnic of Malang.
