Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of Islamic financial literacy, self-control, and deliberative thinking on the financial behavior of MSMEs in Banda Aceh City. This study uses quantitative data consisting of primary and secondary data. The sample of this study consisted of 108 respondents, obtained using the Hair formula. Data analysis used the multiple linear regression test method. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Islamic financial literacy, self-control, and deliberative thinking partially influence financial behavior. Then, simultaneously, the variables of Islamic financial literacy, self-control, and deliberative thinking influence financial behavior among MSMEs in Banda Aceh City. Therefore, to improve financial behavior among MSMEs, greater emphasis should be placed on Islamic financial literacy, self-control, and deliberative thinking to help foster more responsible financial behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup halal dan literasi keuangan Islam terhadap minat menabung masyarakat di bank syariah, dengan fokus pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil (ASN) Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah minat menabung, sedangkan variabel independennya adalah gaya hidup halal dan literasi keuangan Islam. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden baik secara langsung maupun online. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup halal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung masyarakat di bank syariah. Begitu pula dengan literasi keuangan Islam juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung. Secara simultan kedua variabel independen ini memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat menabung masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, semakin besar adopsi gaya hidup halal, maka semakin tinggi minat menabung di bank syariah. Selain itu, individu dengan literasi keuangan Islam yang baik cenderung memiliki minat menabung di bank syariah yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

The increasing competition of business or industry makes the behavior of businessmen ignore the natural environment. This causes the emergence of seriousness from the corporate world to increasingly involve themselves in activities that can create a positive impact on social and natural environment. In addition to carry out its function as an intermediary institution, the banking industry is also currently required to be involved in suppressing environmental damage because it is considered necessary to adapt interdepedensially to the environment called Green Banking. This research aims to find out how to implement green banking in Bank Muamalat Indonesia environment. This research used qualitative method by impelementing descriptive analysis using secondary data. The results showed that there are two main green banking programs implemented by Bank Muamalat Indonesia, the distribution of environment friendly financing and environment friendly operational activities, respectively.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia’s product development entails the application of technology to the creation of product features for Wadiah and Mudharabah savings products, particularly the online account opening method. The purpose of this study was to establish the form of product feature development implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Aceh, as well as the impact of product development on client acquisition. This research use descriptive qualitative methodology. According to the findings of the study, Bank Syariah Indonesia’s product development may be categorized as modification and growth of product lines and complementary items. The results also indicate that the creation of this product was successful, as evidenced by the increase in the number of new Bank Syariah Indonesia clients who take advantage of the product's new features. In the first year after the launch of this feature in 2020, the number of customers increased by 15,992 or 96.58% compared to the previous year's total of 8,135 clients. This demonstrates that the usage of technology in Bank Syariah Indonesia’s product development has a favorable influence on customer growth.

Abstract

The presence of sharia pawnshops can also have a positive impact because the main purpose of pawnshops is to help people who are in need of funds so they are free from bondage to bondage practices. The purpose of this research is to find out the Factors Influencing Millennial Interest in Using Sharia Pawnshop Services. This research method uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely the people of Southwest Aceh Regency who belong to the millennial generation and also sharia pawnshop customers. The partial test results show that the location variable (X1) has no significant effect on millennial interest in using sharia pawnshop services, while the Promotion Variable (X2) and Service Quality (X3) has a significant effect on millennial interest in using sharia pawnshop services. Furthermore, the results of the simultaneous test show that the variables of location, promotion, and service quality jointly affect millennial interest in using sharia pawnshop services

Abstract

The Efforts of Islamic Banks to survive in a very competitive market position is to maintain customer loyalty. The study aims to analize the effect of emotional closeness and commitment on customer loyalty with a quantitative approach. The population were all customers of BSI KCP 1 Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh, from which 99 respondens were drawn using purposive sampling technique. Data was analize using multiple linear regression  that showed emotional closeness and commitment have no significant effect on customer loyalty either simultaneously or partially. It is hoped that BSI can improve good recriprocal relationships with customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Murabahah Financing on the Profitability of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah (2019-2021 Period) and this research is secondary data based on the results of the monthly financial reports of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah for the 2019-2021 period. This type of research is quantitative research with a simple linear regression analysis method. The results of the t test show that tcount > ttable (2.909> 1.68) and a significance of 0.014 is less than 0.05, meaning that murabaha income has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to answer the problems that occur in the elderly in the use of banking services in Indonesia in the era of society 5.0 by using a SWOT Analysis. This research is a type of library research using a qualitative descriptive approach. After conducting a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis regarding digital transformation in the elderly in using banking services in Indonesia in the era of society 5.0, it can be concluded that the development of technology in financial institutions has a high level of effectiveness to provide quality banking services to the elderly, but the level of use is still low, because many elderly people do not understand how to use digital services  Banking. Preferably, banking companies provide chatbots services for the elderly who want to do digital banking transactions. If an elderly person wants to make transactions using digital banking services, then it can start a conversation with chatbots and all their complaints will be resolved and replied to automatically, although it is unlikely that chatbots will do so to replace banking employees.

Abstract

Interest Perception of Benefits and Ease of Use are important factors in increasing individuals' interest and support for the use of technology. Additionally, there is also the factor of Security, which leads to increased trust among individual customers. This study aims to determine the influence of Benefits, Ease of Use, and Security on the Interest in Using the Quick Response Indonesian Standard among SMEs in the Sawang District, South Aceh Regency. This study uses a quantitative method, and the technique used is simple random sampling. The population used is SMEs in the Sawang District, South Aceh Regency, with a sample size of 100 respondents through questionnaire surveys. The results of multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS showed that partially, the Benefits variable does not affect interest, while the Ease of Use and Security variables have a significant positive effect on interest. However, all three independent variables simultaneously have a positive effect on the Interest in Using the Quick Response Indonesian Standard among SMEs in the Sawang District, South Aceh Regency.AbstrakPersepsi Manfaat dan Kemudahan merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan minat dan dukungan seseorang terhadap penggunaan teknologi. Selain itu terdapat juga faktor Keamanan yang mengarah pada peningkatkan kepercayaan di antara pelanggan individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Manfaat, Kemudahan, dan Keamanan Terhadap Minat Penggunaan Quick Response Indonesian Standard Pada Pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Sawang, Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Sawang, Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden melalui penyebaran kuisioner angket. Hasil olahan regresi linier berganda dibantu SPSS, ditemukan bahwa secara parsial variabel Manfaat tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat, sedangkan variabel Kemudahan dan Keamanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat. Akan tetapi ketiga variabel bebas tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh positif Terhadap Minat Penggunaan Quick Response Indonesian Standard Pada Pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Sawang, Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi akademisi sebagai referensi, bagi pelaku usaha untuk memahami pentingnya QRIS, dan bagi pemerintah untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan pembayaran digital.

Abstract

Adanya dinamika dan fluktuasi dalam perkembangan jumlah nasabah pada PT Bank Aceh Syariah tentu memperlihatkan minat masyarakat untuk memutuskan pilihannya, baik untuk tetap menjadi nasabah atau tidak. Minat masyarakat untuk menjadi bagian dari Bank Aceh Syariah tentu dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor termasuk faktor motif rasional, pengetahuan, dan religiusitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel motif rasional, pengetahuan, dan religiusitas terhadap minat menabung masyarakat Rukoh Kota Banda Aceh pada Bank Aceh Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 3.853 dan sampel 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa motif rasional, pengetahuan dan religiusitas berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap minat menabung masyarakat Rukoh. Motif rasional, pengetahuan dan religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung masyarakat Rukoh Kota Banda Aceh. Saran peneliti agar pihak bank terus melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terkait bank dan masyarakat terus meningkatkan pengetahuannya tentang bank.
