Abstract

This Along with the development of the times, women not only served as housewives but also played a role in helping the family's economy by working outside the home. This condition also occurs in Banda Aceh, with many women working as online motorcycle taxi drivers. So this study analyzes female workers who work as online motorcycle taxi drivers in the Koala community from an Islamic economic perspective. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis in the form of field research (field research). The results found that the factors that influence women working as online motorcycle taxi drivers in the Koala community are caused by economic and sociocultural factors. The involvement of women in working as online motorcycle taxi drivers does not conflict with Islamic rules. Islam does not prohibit women from doing work outside the home, provided they do not violate the limits set by Islam. Economically, working as an online motorcycle taxi driver is very helpful for the family economy so that it can meet family needs. The government is expected to pay more attention to women workers so that they are comfortable and safe. Entrepreneurship training is also needed so that women are more independent and creative.

Knowledge variable has a positive and significant effect, while income, trust, and religiosity have no effect on farmer compliance in paying zakat through Baitul Mal Gampong (Study in Bener Meriah Regency). Abstract

Global economic developments have made it easy for imported packaged food products to enter Indonesia. Specifically, this study explores the determinants related to decision making made by Muslim consumers buying packaged imported food products. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Based on multiple linear regression, it is noted that the decision to buy imported food products is simultaneously determined by the variable halal labeling, price, and religiosity. Partially, only halal labeling does not affect purchasing decisions on packaged imported food products. Meanwhile, price and religiosity influence purchasing decisions on packaged imported food products. This empirical evidence shows that halal labeling has not been the focus of Muslim consumers in buying packaged imported food products. This becomes an important issue because consuming halal food is an obligation for a muslim.

Abstract

The development of the halal industry is an advantage for the Indonesian state with a majority Muslim community. Restaurant is one of the businesses that is the main focus in the halal industry. This study empirically investigates the effect of price and service on repurchase intention at halal-certified restaurants. He also tries to explore the role of trust as a mediator in the relationship between price, service, and repurchase intention. A number of 85 customers of halal restaurants in Banda Aceh City were selected as research samples using a purposive sampling technique. This study uses primary data which is then analyzed using path analysis and the Sobel test. This study found that price and service have a significant effect on trust and repurchase intention. In addition, trust was found not to significantly mediate the effect of price on repurchase intention. On the other hand, trust was found to have a significant mediating effect on service on repurchase intention. It is hoped that halal restaurant entrepreneurs can improve service and adjust prices appropriately so that public trust increases so that repurchasing interest emerges. Entrepreneurs are also expected to maintain the halalness of their products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the public's perception of banking institutions and the impact of the implementation of Qanun no. 11 of 2018 on the growth of sharia banking customers. This research is a field research, and the nature of this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is through interviews with bank employees and the people of Bireuen Regency, Aceh. Based on the results of the study, it shows that public perception, viewed from the aspect of understanding and satisfaction is relatively low, this is due to the lack of socialization related to the bank's operational system and the lack of banking responses in responding to public complaints related to bank services. When viewed from the aspect of trust, the majority of the community supports the LKS Qanun so that the regional economy runs Islamically. Therefore, Islamic banking is expected to be able to carry out socialization and education, as well as expand networks and improve human resources.

Abstract

Aceh is a region that applies Islamic law, including in the economic sector. Every sharia financial institution in Aceh must operate in accordance with Islamic law, therefore, sharia financial institutions in Aceh face several challenges and opportunities. This research analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by Islamic financial institutions in Aceh. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. Data collection was carried out by interviewing several informants consisting of OJK Aceh, Academics, and DSN-MUI. The research results show that there are several challenges faced by sharia financial institutions in Aceh, such as a lack of quality Human Resources (HR), the existence of sharia financial institutions in Aceh is still limited, a lack of investors in sharia financial institutions, and the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) Sharia financial institutions in Aceh are still low compared to the national average. Apart from the challenges above, Islamic financial institutions also have opportunities such as top-down regulation of Islamic financial institutions providing legal certainty and full support from the government, and the market potential for Islamic financial institutions in Aceh is very large because the majority of the population is Muslim. Therefore, Islamic financial institutions in Aceh must adapt sharia-based strategies to overcome challenges and take advantage of existing opportunities.
