Abstract

Mostly in mothers postpartum experiencing less milk production and the slow out may cause the mother did not breastfeed her baby enough, the problem of early postpartum breastfeeding is nipple pain, blisters, swollen breasts And there are still many breastfeeding mothers who do not perform breast care, possibility this is causing an insufficient the expenditure of ASI. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of behavior breast care with the ASI smoothness of post partum mother in the Kedunglosari village Jombang. The study design used is analytic correlation with cross sectional approach. While the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method using quota sampling, with 100 people population and the 30 post partum mothers sample. These results indicate that the majority of respondents behave positively in the treatment of breast ammount 16 people (53.3%) and the other half respondents smoothness of ASI ammount 15 people (50%). Data analysis using Spearman Rank Test with significant levelthat is ρ value = 0.002 <α (12:05) so H1there is relationship between breast care with the ASI's smoothness of post partum mothers in Kedunglosari village Jombang. Based on this study, postpartum mothers should all realize that the importance of breast care to avoid the lack of launch expenses ASI.

Abstract

The occurrence of aging process accompanied with various changes from both physical and psychosocial , which will cause a lack of independence of someone .This means weak seniors could no longer care for oneself , it takes the role of family , in addition the family also serves to implement health practice upbringing , namely prevent the occurrence of an impairment of health and care for family members .Based on it then the researcher interested to scrutinize the role of family relationship with personal hygiene on seniors. Research aims to understand the role of family relationships with personal hygiene in the village in in Kapas Bojonegoro district 2017 year .The research is research analytic the correlation with cross sectional approach .The population were 52 elderly , to technique sampling purposive sampling and obtained 39 elderly sample. This research result namely most of the role of family in the category of less as many as 28 ( 71,8 % ) , and cleanliness self-seniors in the category of as many as 16 less ( 41,0 % ) .Based on statistical tests analysis using rank spearman test that the results show that the value of significance in 0.04 ( it p &; 0.05 ) which means h1 accepted and there is the role of family relationship with personal hygiene at elderly in the village of Bakalan Kapas sub-district Bojonegoro district . Grew old one, they will suffered a setback especially in physical performance.It is causing the disorder in providing for his life especially cleanliness needs themselves; thereby increasing dependency need help others especially family.

Abstract

Entering old age is slow and progressive human will lose the resistance to infection so that the susceptible exposed degenerative diseases. Hypertension is one of the degenerative diseases that often occur. The hypertension is the disease that is called "silent killer". Two of some risk factors the causes of hypertension are stress and lifestyle. The purpose of the research is to analyze the correlation between stress levels and lifestyle compored with the case of hypertension incidance at elderly. This research employed correlation with cross sectional approach. The sampling applied purposive sampling that involved 25 respondents. For data correlation, questionnaires were used to research on the stress and lifestyle, and observation sheet was used to measure the blood pressure to research on the hypertention incidance. The result of this research showed stress levels had significance values (p)=0,001, lifestyle obtained significant value (p)=0,003. There is a correlation between stress levels and lifestyle in the elderly with hypertention.

Abstract

Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa that occurs due to lack of keeping diet, smoking, drinking coffee, eating spicy and sour. The incidence of healthy behavior starts from a good knowledge and obtained from the extension of health, so that health counseling needed in an environment of boarding schools in order that students behave in a healthy life. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of health education on knowledge and behaviour against gastritis prevention on students. Design research using Pre Experimental approach One Group Pre Test – Post Test Design. The sample of this research are all students PP. An-Nashriyah Bahrul ‘Ulum Tambakberas Jombang is 54 respondents using the total population. The data collected by using questionnaire and given health counselling before and after. Analysing ways is to use the wilcoxon test with a significance level of p ≤ 0.05. The results showed that there was influence of knowledge before and after the given health counselling about gastritis with significance p = 0.000. Likewise there are also preventive behavior influence with their significance was p = 0.002. This means that there are influences between health counselling about gastritis to knowledge and behavior of prevention. With the research community is expected to find out ways to prevent the occurrence of gastritis.

Abstract

Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women after cervical cancer. Failure to detect breast cancer early can occur due to lack of knowledge gained by the community. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of advising about the awareness of knowledge and attitude of adolescent woman in PP. Putri a NajiyahBahrul 'UlumTambakberasJombang. The design of this study was pre-experimental. The samples used in this study were 45 respondents with random sampling technique by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of research before the advising, knowledge of respondents almost all have less knowledge that is 38 respondents (84.4%) and attitudes of respondents almost all have a negative attitude that is 36 respondents (80%). After doing the advising, all respondents have good knowledge that is 100% and attitude of respondent mostly have positive attitude that is 25 respondents (55, 6%) Data analysis using Wilcoxon test statistic test show significance value before and after α = 0,000, attitude before and after α = 0,002 (α> 0, 05) means H1 is accepted then there is influence of advising to level of knowledge and attitude of young woman. Furthermore, it is necessary to monitor about health inspection to health officer around Pesantren.

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease of stiffness, swelling, pain and redness in the joints and surrounding tissues. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ginger compress on the decrease of rheumatoid arthritis pain in elderly in werdha sub-district mojokerto mojokerto district, this research is pre experiment with design of One-Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The population of 20 people with a sample of 20 respondents sampling technique total sampling with the implementation of compress ginger in the morning and afternoon, for 20 minutes for 1 week. This research was conducted to determine the influence of ginger compress pre- and post treatment. Then in the analysis to differentiate the decline. Data analysis was done by different test statistic that paired t test. The results obtained p-value = 0,000 (<0.05) where there are differences in scale before and last pain given a ginger compress. There is influence of ginger compress on the reduction of rheumatoid arthritis pain. One way to relieve arthritis pain is by way of compress ginger.

Abstract

Soy milk contains isoflavones which are natural estrogens from plants. The content of isoflavones in soy milk influence for endocrine hormone system disruption due to excessive absorption of phytoestrogens, which is feared to affect the development of reproductive organs. This study aims to determine whether the dose and duration of awarding of soy milk affect the level of estradiol. The research design used was experimental with a post test only control group design, which conducted for one month at 24 strains of female mice balb / C, divided into 6 groups namely two control groups and four treatment groups (with 15 and 30 days observation period). The control group was given a non-soybean diet (pellet feed), the treatment group was given soy milk (doses 0.325 and 0.65 mL each mice). Analyzed of data by one way ANOVA test, post-hoc LSD. One Way Anova test earned p value <0.05, this indicates a significant difference in estradiol levels. There is influence of the dosage of awarding of soy milk on the estradiol level of mice.
