Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kemitraan dan orientasi pelanggan terhadap kinerja pemasaran secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM kerajinan ban bekas di Tegal, yang berjumlah 93 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling, diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 93 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi dan analisis jalur (path analysis) melalui alat analisis SPSS Statistik 22. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kemitraan, orientasi pelanggan, dan keunggulan bersaing memiliki nilai signifikan, kemudian untuk pengaruh mediasi dihasilkan bahwa pengaruh langsung kemitraan dan orientasi pelanggan terhadap kinerja pemasaran lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung. Simpulan dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kemitraan, orientasi pelanggan, dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pemasaran, sedangkan keunggulan bersaing dapat memediasi pengaruh kemitraan dan orientasi pelanggan terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

This research proposed to determine the factors of customer preferences in Islamic or Sharia banking. The research sampling which being use is the students of Economic studies mainly in 5th semester and 7th semester. The research designed in quantitative research by collecting data using questionnaires. Analysis technique using doubled linear regression. The result indicates that (1) Religion or beliefs have positive effect towards the rate of Economic Studies students preferences in Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta University towards Sharia Banking; (2) Costs factor has adverse effect but further insignificant towards the level of Economic Studies students preferences in Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta University towards Sharia Banking; (3) Benefits factor has positive effect yet negligible to the level of Economic Studies students preferences in Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta University towards Sharia Banking; (4) Facilities factor carry out positive impact towards the rate of Economic Studies students preferences in Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta University towards Sharia Banking; (5) Knowledge factor positively affected towards the rate of Economic Studies students preferences in Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta University towards Sharia Banking.

This research stems from societal and cultural phenomena, namely youth violence, trends towards casual sex, and the abuse of narcotics and other addictive substances. Addressing these moral issues among adolescents, the government has introduced the "merdeka belajar" curriculum, allowing for customized learning to meet students' desires and needs. The objective of this qualitative descriptive study is to examine the implementation of the "merdeka belajar" curriculum in Islamic Education to enhance students' religious attitudes at SMPIT Al-Masduki Tarogong Kidul. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that: 1) SMP IT Al-Masduki offers various programs to enhance students' religious intelligence, including tahfidz al-Qur'an specialization, leadership skills training, international communication skills training, and character formation and values education programs. 2) The "merdeka belajar" curriculum at SMP IT Al-Masduki supports a talent and interest-based approach in learning, fostering flexibility and focusing on essential content and character development. 3) The use of the "merdeka belajar" curriculum in enhancing students' religious attitudes in Islamic Education at SMP IT Al-Masduki integrates national and international curricula. The implemented aspects of students' religious attitudes at SMP IT Al-Masduki encompass beliefs, worship practices, spiritual understanding, knowledge acquisition, and practical application. The things that form the background for the formation of the Pancasila student profile are character educators who are starting to erode with time and are increasingly being forgotten. It is in this character education that students of Pancasila are realized who become the profile of the Indonesian nation in the national and international spheres. The Ministry of Education and Culture stated that "Indonesian students are students who are always competent, have character, and achieve according to Pancasila values." In addition, the Pancasila Student Profile has the following six abilities; “1) Having faith, piety to God Almighty, and having noble character; 2) Global diversity; 3) Working together; 4) Independent; 5) Critical reasoning; 6) Creative.” These six abilities reinforce each other so that efforts to create a Pancasila Student Profile can develop as a whole. The purpose of this research is that students can implement the dimensions contained in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and can apply their character according to the Pancasila Student Profile. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Kalitengah Jalan Mahkota No. 280 Dibee Kalitengah Lamongan. The choice of location for this study was based on the researcher's interest in building the character of the students of SMK Negeri 1 Kalitengah through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project using a qualitative research approach. UNICEF reports that the rate of child marriage in Indonesia remains high, reaching approximately 23 percent. This study employs a survey method at Junior High School (SMP Negeri 1 Dau) with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to all eighth-grade students, with a sample of 57 students selected randomly. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and percentages. The results indicate that the main indicators are an increased risk of domestic violence (101.16%) and significant pressure on adolescents (103.50%). Impacts on mental and emotional health, as well as personal and social development disruptions, are also of concern to students, with scores of 98.83% and 97.07%, respectively. The majority of students are aware of the negative impacts of early marriage on education (95.32%) and economic factors (97.66%). However, many students do not fully understand that early marriage can restrict career choices (93.56%) and increase physical health risks (94.73%). These findings suggest that although there is awareness of the negative impacts of early marriage, students' understanding needs to be enhanced to achieve a more comprehensive insight. PT Andrico Jaya Perkasa adalah perusahaan pengolahan kopi, yang sedang menghadapi tantangan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di tengah persaingan bisnis yang ketat. Eksplorasi ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji peran variabel kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi sebagai pemediasi dalam hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif, penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 50 karyawan yang dipilih melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Warp PLS. Hasil daei eksplorasi menunjukkan adanya budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja, namun tidak memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja. Sebaliknya, komitmen organisasi memediasi hubungan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui pengelolaan budaya, disiplin, kepuasan, dan komitmen karyawan.

This research discusses the defensive attitude of the younger generation, especially the younger generation of muslims, based on Lafran Pane’s thoughts. Lafran Pane is one of the hero figures in Indonesia who had a significant influence on maintaining Indonesia's independence. This research aims to determine and understand Lafran Pane’s thoughts on defending the country by the younger generation, especially the younger generation of muslims in Indonesia. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative research method. This study found that Lafran Pane emphasized the young age to maintain Indonesian independence by returning to the Islamic teachings and practicing them in all activities. He has reformed thoughts in various fields, created a new education system, made Islamic and Indonesian-ness the starting point for the movement.

Discipline in the payment of tuition fees is an important aspect of school financial management, especially in private educational institutions. This research aims to optimize student grouping based on tuition payment discipline by applying the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm integrated with the Entropy method as a feature weighting technique. The data used is historical data of tuition payments of students of SMK Diponegoro with attributes such as gender, number of siblings, profession and salary of parents, and status of aid recipients. After going through the preprocessing and normalization stages, the K-NN algorithm is applied with a value of K = 10 and distance calculation using Euclidean Distance. Test results with confusion matrix show an accuracy of 75.86%, recall 80%, and precision 61.54%. This proves that the K-NN algorithm optimized with the Entropy method is quite effective in classifying students into the “Right” or “Late” category in paying tuition fees.

The occurrence of aging process accompanied with various changes from both physical and psychosocial , which will cause a lack of independence of someone .This means weak seniors could no longer care for oneself , it takes the role of family , in addition the family also serves to implement health practice upbringing , namely prevent the occurrence of an impairment of health and care for family members .Based on it then the researcher interested to scrutinize the role of family relationship with personal hygiene on seniors. Research aims to understand the role of family relationships with personal hygiene in the village in in Kapas Bojonegoro district 2017 year .The research is research analytic the correlation with cross sectional approach .The population were 52 elderly , to technique sampling purposive sampling and obtained 39 elderly sample. This research result namely most of the role of family in the category of less as many as 28 ( 71,8 % ) , and cleanliness self-seniors in the category of as many as 16 less ( 41,0 % ) .Based on statistical tests analysis using rank spearman test that the results show that the value of significance in 0.04 ( it p &; 0.05 ) which means h1 accepted and there is the role of family relationship with personal hygiene at elderly in the village of Bakalan Kapas sub-district Bojonegoro district . Grew old one, they will suffered a setback especially in physical performance.It is causing the disorder in providing for his life especially cleanliness needs themselves; thereby increasing dependency need help others especially family.
