Abstract

Ideal learning affects the achievement of learning objectives. To achieve this goal, innovative learning media are needed to develop student’s skills in finding concept based on discovery learning. The purpose of this research is to describe the development stage, analyse feasibility, analyse readability, and describe student responses. This study applies the Research and Development 3D model (define, design, develop). The results of the research reveal that the define includes the analysis of the initial end, students, assignments, concepts, and learning objectives. Design includes working on the support criteria, media determination, format, and initial design. Develop includes validation, LKPD readability test, and response test. The average validation reached 85,2% (very decent), readability reached 3,94% in the very good category, and the response percentage was 85,8% (very strong). Thus, Discovery Learning-based worksheets on Animalia kingdom material are feasible to be applied as learning media.

Abstract

This research will be carried out with the aim of being able to find out how agrarian law sees and resolves problems in land ownership disputes on land that has Eigendom Verponding problems in Indonesia. This research is a normative juridical research, which places norms, laws and regulations, court decisions, agreements and doctrines as the main study and prioritizes secondary data as the main data. This study then found that in many cases of Eigendom Verponding land disputes which were taken over by the state, the legality process of land rights status became the main basis for the occurrence of Eigendom Verponding land conflicts which were caused, among others, the incomplete land registration process in Indonesia by the government or the land owner himself. Then the state apparatus often forcibly took over the land from the hands of people called development projects. Although the expropriation was based on the legislation on the abolition of privately owned lands, there was no process of providing adequate compensation as regulated in the provisions of the national agrarian law. Here there is a legal conflict with each other.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the right strategy in value education for the millennial generation. The research used is descriptive analytic, namely using the theories of experts about value education in the space of character formation. Those born in the 1980-2000 range are the millennial generation. This generation has characteristics like Existence, requires more attention, likes to have opinions, grows an image, adds insight, likes freedom, likes to personalize, relies on instant information speed (ready to serve), likes to learn, works in an innovative environment, actively collaborates, hyper technology, critical, confidence, connected, lazy, not deep, not grounded, or not sociable. The results of the study reveal slightly different strategies for teaching values ​​to the Millennial Generation including compassion, inculcating deeper values ​​of the Qur'an and Hadith, inculcating local wisdom values ​​and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determinants of willingness to pay national health insurance contributions to independent participants in Jambi City. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. The population is all participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN) in 3 sub-districts (East Jambi District, Jambi Market and Jelutung) namely 42,592 participants. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between, income, perception of illness and ability to pay contributions with willingness to pay contributions, and there is no relationship between education and the number of family members with willingness to pay contributions.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 has led to the closure of all schools in various countries around the world. This is a tragedy that happened for the first time in the world of education. Then this also raises a question, whether the community still needs schools as a social institution that can fulfill its functions during this pandemic. The purpose of this study is to see how schools play a role in carrying out their functions during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study found that schools could not fully carry out their two main functions, namely socialization and selection, during a pandemic because they needed to carry out school from home (SFH) activities. Then the implementation of the lockdown on schools also made it difficult to provide education for all students in schools.

Abstract

Improving the quality of public services in Indonesia can be improved through the use of e-government from conventional to more modern. This can be done to be able to carry out reforms in public administration. By using e-government, the Indonesian people will be greatly helped by the existence of this e-government. This article aims to be able to see how the development and implementation of e-government is happening in Indonesia. In addition, this article also seeks to see the efforts made by the Indonesian state to be able to improve the quality of public services in Indonesia through this e-government. This study will use a descriptive qualitative approach to be able to analyze research problems. The research data were obtained from the results of previous studies which are still relevant to this research. This research finds that there needs to be considerable effort for the Indonesian government in terms of financial and political will that is sustainable in order to be able to implement this e-government. Then the central and regional governments also need to realize that there is a paradigm shift when implementing e-government, where the government needs to be accountable and transparent. In addition, this change also needs to provide maximum benefits to the community effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between national law and customary law on ulayat land. The type of research used is normative legal research. The legal approach used is conceptual type. The legal sources used are primary legal sources and secondary legal sources. The analysis and discussion used in this study uses a deductive framework. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between state law and customary law in the agrarian and land law sectors, in practice there are still many that are not in accordance with the spirit of the nation, as well as the philosophy of national land law. The regulation on the determination of land rights which is only in the form of a certificate issued by the BPN has not been able to answer the expectations of the customary law community, because the policy has not regulated the mechanism for the protection of land law objects in the territory of the customary law community.

Abstract

The development of a message design based on the Nearpod platform is an effort to convey learning messages in the learning process and make students feel different learning experiences so that they can increase students' enthusiasm in participating in learning. The purpose of this study was to develop a message design using the Nearpod platform in science subjects for grade VII junior high school students and to determine the validation, practicality and effectiveness of the product developed so that it was valid and feasible to use. This type of development research is Research and Development (R&D), using the ADDIE model. The validity test was carried out by three validators, namely two media validators and one material validator. Practicality and effectiveness tests were conducted on 27 students of class VII.B at State Junior School 1 Enam Lingkung. The results of the research from the development of the Nearpod platform-based message design in science subjects, obtained the results of media validation from two media validators categorized as "Valid" with an average number of 4.31. The results of material validation are declared "Very Valid" with an average number of 4.66. The results of the product practicality test were declared "Very Practical" with an average number of 4.51. Furthermore, the effectiveness test obtained tcount of 11.83 and ttable with df = 26 at a significant level of 0.05 = 2.056. Furthermore, the effectiveness test is known that the message design using the Nearpod platform can be developed in science subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perspective of Islamic law on going on a pilgrimage with debt. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. Going for Hajj is obligatory for every Muslim who has financial and health capabilities. The problem in this research is is it permissible to go for Hajj by way of debt. The findings of this study are that going for Hajj by borrowing money for the cost of the pilgrimage from another party, whether the other party is a rich person or a bank financial institution, is permissible (Mbah) as long as there is confidence that he is able to repay his debt. People who go to Hajj by borrowing money, including people who have the ability with the help of others can be called the existence of "al-Istitho'ah bi Ghairi". Then going for Hajj using borrowed money is the same as using money given by others, his Hajj is valid, accepted by Allah, he gets the reward and the obligation of Hajj has fallen from him.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and the value of each service quality indicator on the satisfaction of Transjakarta public transportation users during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study are users of Transjakarta transportation services in the Jabodetabek area whose numbers are not known with certainty. The sample in the study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The results showed that the quality of service had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Transjakarta users during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the value of each service indicator also has a positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of Transjakarta users during the COVID-19 pandemic.
