Abstract

Community Health Center organizes inpatient health services, producing infectious, non-infectious waste 0.3 mᶟ / day. Non-infectious waste is burned in an incinerator without a chimney filter, so that the particles, CO, SO2, NOx (emission air pollutants) that are disposed of pollute the ambient air. This research aims to make a cyclone dust collector model of a chimney filter on a public health center incinerator to reduce the amount of air pollutants emitted. Type of experimental research. Implemented at the Maospati Community Health Center, Magetan Environmental Health. This research makes a means of trapping particles and gases with a cyclone dust collector. The independent variable is the depth of the chimney pipe that is inserted into the filter as deep as 0.2m, 0.4m, 0.6m from the starting point of the emission air entering the filter. The dependent variable, the number of particles, gas SO2, NOx, CO. The results of the test tools are presented in the table, analyzed descriptively based on the quality standards of business emissions and / or thermal processing activities. Result:The result, the cyclone dust collector model chimney filter that uses a chimney pipe that is inserted into the filter as deep as 0.2m, 0.4m, 0.6m is able to reduce the amount of particulate emission air pollutants, gas SO2, NOx, CO, but has not been able to reduce it to below the emission air quality standard. The conclusion is that a cyclone dust collector model of a chimney filter on a public health center incinerator can reduce particulate matter, SO2 gas, NOx, and CO emissions. Keywords: incinerator; cyclone dust collector; chimney pipe; particles; pollutant gases

Abstract

Children affected by Attention-Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) are often given labels that can affect the formation of children's self-concepts. If the situation is not handled properly in childhood, the problem will peak in adolescence. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between parenting/caregivers with ADHD in preschool children at Panca Bakti Kindergarten, Selosari, Magetan Regency. This type of analytic research with cross-sectional. Research variables ADHD and parenting. The research population is all parents/caregivers who have preschool children in TK Panca Bakti Selosari, Magetan Regency totaling 39 people. The data were collected by interview using questionnaires. Data analysis using Chi-Square test Children affected by Attention-Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) are often given labels that can affect the formation of children's self-concepts. The results showed that the authoritarian parenting style was 13 people (38.5%), democratic parenting was 26 people (61.5%). Children with a high risk of ADHD 15 people (38.5%), not at risk 24 people (61.5%). Based on data analysis using the Chi-Square test, the results obtained p-value = 0.000 which means H0 is rejected. There is a relationship between parenting/caregivers with attention-deficit/hyperactive disorder in preschool children at Panca Bakti Selosari Kindergarten, Magetan Regency. Parents who apply authoritarian parenting will have a high risk of causing ADHD in children, so it is recommended that parents/caregivers apply democratic parenting. The results showed that the authoritarian parenting style was 13 people (38.5%), democratic parenting was 26 people (61.5%). Abstract

This action aims to know the effect of instrumental music therapy with guided imagery in relieving the intensity of pain in post-operative patients at Rumkit Tk.II Prof. dr. J. A. Latumeten Ambon, Indonesia. The quasi-experimental without control group design and Numerical Rating Score (NRS) were used for measured the level of pain. Twelve (12) participants participated with pretest and post-test. Paired t-test was used to measure the result. Pretest results revealed that majority of the participants were “moderate pain” before receiving the instrumental music therapy with guided imagery. On the same line, there is a significant difference in the level of pain of the participants before and after the intervention. The level of pain of postoperative patients is significantly lower to “mild pain” after their exposure to the instrumental music therapy with guided imagery compared to their level of pain before their reception of the intervention. Instrumental music therapy with guided imagery has a significant positive effect in relieving the intensity of pain of postoperative patients. Keywords: Instrumental music, Guided imagery, Pain

Abstract

Stunting in toddlers is a problem for the world. The causes of stunting are very broad, in the sense that it involves very many factors. Stunting in children under five is one of the main health problems with several characteristics, namely: 1) occurring in a wide scope; 2) involves very diverse determinants; 3) is chronic. Thus, based on logic, the approach used to prevent stunting in children under five must also be relevant to these characteristics. In relation to the first and second characteristics, currently stunting prevention efforts in all regions and levels have been carried out intensively, as well as efforts carried out across programs and across sectors. Evidence-based stunting prevention efforts have also been implemented involving educational institutions and research and development institutions. Evidence based practice in stunting prevention has become a must, so that the efforts made have the right direction, so that they can achieve the expected goals.
