Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of improving students learning outcomes through the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach on Fractional Reduction Material in Class V SDN 16 Sindue in the academic year 2018 / 2019. This research is a classroom action research in the form of a cycle in which the cycle is divided of the four stages, namely (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. For the location of this study, SDN 16 Sindue focused on class V with a total of 16 students. Data collection techniques in this study were (1) giving tests, (2) observation / observation, (3) interviews, and (4) documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are quantitative and qualitative. Learning conducted in this study was divided into 2 cycles with the following results: an increase in the results of the average value of the first cycle that is 76, 56in the good category rose 9.37 to 85.93in the second cycle into the very good category. Furthermore, classically it can be seen to increase from the activities of the first cycle by 75% in the good category up 12.5% to 87.5% in the second cycle in the very good category.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the application of singing activities in the cultivation of religious values, to find out the cultivation of religious values ​​and to determine whether there was an effect of singing activities on the cultivation of religious values ​​in children in group B TK AL-Khairaat Taipa, Taipa Village, North Palu District . The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of singing activities, how to cultivate religious values ​​and whether there is an effect of singing activities on the cultivation of religious values ​​in children in group B TK AL-Khairaat Taipa, Taipa Village, North Palu District. The research method used is a quantitative method with this type of research is experimentation. The research subjects were 14 children. Data were collected through observation and documentation sheets. Data collection techniques were carried out by using percentage techniques and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis research, the mean score of children, there were 30.95% in the BSB category, 49.99% in the BSH category, 16.67% in the MB category, and 2.39% in the BB category. Meanwhile, the results of the t-test showed that the t-value was -12,762 with a significant 0,000, because sig <0.05, it can be explained that H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that singing has a significant effect on children's religious values.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the utilization of media on students ' learning in the V class of SDN 6 Banawa Selatan. This research is a qualitative descriptive, this study was conducted at SDN 6 Banawa Selatan. The study subjects were taken in 21 students. Data is collected through observations, interviews, polls and documentation, data processing is a qualitative analysis of the descriptive. To assess the utilization of learning media in the V class of SDN 6 South Banawa can be measured by showing material mastery indicators, learning approaches, use of learning resources and learning media, student engagement, learning evaluation, reflection/making summaries, follow-up to students ' understanding. The indicator is then analyzed by quantitative calculations so that the results of answers from 21 students can be seen from the percentage of answers strongly agreed at 42%, while the 35% answered agree, 15% answered less concur and 7% answered disagree. So based on that data can be concluded that from the 4 alternative answers available, the students prefer very much agree and at least choose not agree. This means the utilization of learning media is in accordance with the expected media.

Abstract

This research at investigating the role of the school committee at SDN Inpres 3 Tondo. This research employs a qualitative and descriptive method. The techniques of data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. The research subjects are a member of the school committee, school principal/vice principal, teachers, and community members. The results indicate that; a) the school committee as an advisory board plays a role in planning the school programs, and developing vision, mission, and fundamental aims of the school; b) the school committee as supporting body plays a role in establishing a good cooperation between school and parents, provide school infrastructure and facilities; c) the school committee as a controlling body plays a role in supervising the teachers’ performance, monitoring the school organization and controlling school outputs; d) The school committee as a liaison body plays a role in disseminating school programs and policies to the community, creating cooperative relationships between parents and schools

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the learning of the Cultural Skills in third grade students of SDN 3 rindau city. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were 27 people consisting of 14 male students and 13 female students and the data obtained were qualitative and quantitative data. The object of the study was the results of the Skillful Student's Learning outcomes using the guided training method. The results of the study by improving student learning outcomes using the guided training method in the subject of Articulture Skills in class III SDN 3 Rindau City increased from cycle I to cycle II. That the initial test of students obtained data with an average value of 59.87% and classical completeness of 39.50% while in the first cycle data obtained an average value of students 66.72% and classical completeness of 59.26% while in Silkus II the average value the average students gained 83.26% and the classical mastery was 98.76%. By looking at the development of research in each cycle that the value of students has increased, it can be concluded that research using the exercise method can improve the ability to sing national compulsory songs of third grade students at SDN 3 City ridau in the subject of the Skill of the Cultural Skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether using animated film media could improve learning outcomes of grade IV SDN 1 Tanantovea in elementary social studies subjects. The design of this study is classroom action research (CAR). The use of animated film media can improve learning outcomes of grade IV SDN I Tanantovea in elementary social studies subjects. Judging from the results of student learning in the implementation of pre-action, cycle I and cycle II. This is evidenced by the increase in learning outcomes in the implementation of pre-action obtained classical learning completeness 42.30% or only 11 students who completed. while in the first cycle meeting 1 obtained learning completeness 66.6% the number of students who completed 16 and in the first cycle meeting 2 obtained classical learning completeness 76% 19 students, then in the second cycle meeting 1 obtained classical learning completeness 88.46% the number of students who completed 23 people and in the second cycle meeting 2 obtained 96.15% mastery learning the number of students who completed 25 people. With the use of animated film media, students become more active in following the learning process both in doing the assignments given by the teacher, asking questions, responding to a problem and communicating the results of their work..

Abstract

This research aims to; 1) Describe the obstacles faced in the implementation of the School Literacy Movement at SDN 1 Biau. 2) Describe the Obstacles encountered in the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) at SDN 1 Biau. 3) Describe efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) SDN 1 Biau. This research uses qualitative research type. Qualitative research is a research method used to examine natural conditions of objects. At the habituation stage there are a number of indicators that have been fulfilled such as the 15-minute reading activity that is carried out at the beginning, middle, or the end of the lesson and has a reading angle that functions to attract students' interest in reading as well as students are expected to be close to the source of literacy. Good book reading strategies. The literacy movement at school is going well. This is based on the results of student questionnaires in the literacy movement at SDN 1 Biau from the number of 20 student respondents that can be seen from the percentage of answers always at 16.13%, while 34.31% answers frequently, 28.18 answers sometimes 14.31 % answered rarely and 7.07 answered never. So based on these data it can be concluded from several available alternative indicators. Students prefer to answer frequently and at least answer never. This means that the literacy movement at SD 1 Biau has gone well as expected by all parties.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is the low ability to read understanding students of IVA SD Inpres 3 Tondo class. The study uses the CIRC method. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning skills of students ' understanding through the class CIRC method of IVA SD Inpres 3 Tondo, involving 24 students, consisting of 10 males and 14 women enrolled in the school year 2019/2020.This type of research is classroom action research. This type of research is classroom action research. The research uses the & Mc Taggart model consisting of 4 stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study carried out 2 cycles. Data is collected through observation and final test of action. The results showed that the classical absorbent power of reading students' understanding at the preview was 62.91%, and the classical learning lead was 50%.In cycle I increased with the acquisition of classifying force reading students' understanding of 76.67% and classical learning submission to 66.67%. In cycle II increased with the acquisition of classical absorption by 83.55% with the acquisition of classical learning for the 87.5%. Based on the percentage of student learning outcomes of cycle I and cycle II, there has been a significant increase, i.e., in the classical absorbent power increased by 83.55%. Thus, it can be concluded that learning by implementing the CIRC method can improve comprehension reading skills in the students of IVA SD Inpres 3 Tondo class. Hypothetical action in this study is acceptable.

Abstract

Based on field studies, this study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the use of Student Facilitator and Explaining learning models in science subjects class V at SDN Biro. The subjects in this study were students of class V B of SDN Biro with a total of 22 students consisting of 8 male students and 14 female students. This type of research is classroom action research, which is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of several stages: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Classroom action research is said to be successful if it meets the limitation indicator of classical learning outcomes of at least 75 percent. The data obtained from this study include student learning outcomes taken through the provision of tests in the form of multiple choice of 10 numbers. The results of the first cycle showed that the average student learning outcomes were 68.18% with 69.31% of student activity while the percentage of teacher activity in the first cycle was 78% and had fulfilled the sufficient criteria. In the second cycle research the classical completeness average reached a percentage of 85%, and the percentage of teacher activity was 95.45% while the percentage of student activity was 88.63%. Based on the results of the second cycle it can be that learning with the Student Facillitator and Explaining models can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN Biro 2019/2020 school year.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that children's language development has not developed as expected. The aim is to determine the effect of storytelling methods on children's language development. The research method used is a quantitative approach and experimental research types. The subjects of this study were 21 children in Group B2 TK Adhyaksa XXII Palu. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing was done by using percentage techniques and t test (paired sample t-test). Data from the recapitulation of observations of children's language development before being given treatment in the form of a storytelling method, in the three observed aspects, there were 0% in the BSB category, 12.70% in the BSH category, 52.38% in the MB category, and 34.92% in the BB category. After being given treatment in the form of a storytelling method, from the results of the recapitulation of observations of children's language development in the three observed aspects, it was obtained an average of 55.55% in the BSB category, 22.22% in the BSH category, 22.23% in the MB category, and 0% in the BB category. Based on the results of the t-test calculation data, it is obtained that the value of tug> t table (20.088> 1.724), and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is an influence of the storytelling method on children's language development in Group B2 TK Adhyaksa XXII Palu.
