Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Artikel yang diterima dan diproses oleh redaksi adalah artikel secara substansi berhubungan dengan kawasan pendidikan.

This study aims to determine the perception of parental attention to the learning motivation of Class XI students at SMA Plus Ibadurrahman. The research conducted is qualitative research using a quantitative approach used to examine data and statistical analysis. The research method used is the survey method, the data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, and the measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The population in this study were all students of Class XI SMA Plus Ibadurrahman, totaling 96 students. The sample in this study was 78 students of class XI obtained by using the Slovin formula. After the researcher analyzed the data, the calculation results were obtained, namely tcount = 7.0889 and ttable = 1.99167 with a significance level of 5% so that it can be concluded that tcount 7.0889 ttable 1.99167 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is an influence between the X variable and the Y variable, which states that there is an influence of the perception of parental attention on the learning motivation of class XI students at SMA Plus Ibadurrahman

Technological developments have become faster in the industrial era 4.0. Various companies have experienced many changes, one of which is in the field of delivery services, namely PT. JNE. this makes the increase in the demand for goods delivery services to be greater which makes service queue problems. These problems have an impact on customer service which results in inconvenience for every customer. To solve this problem, the researcher applies the waiting line method which aims to find out the time needed to wait in service and queues. The results of the analysis of the application of the waiting line method are obtained waiting time in the queue is 9 minutes and the waiting time in service is 12 minutes so that the service queue is on display, therefore additional service facilities are needed

The basis of this research is to determine the ability of several teachers, especially mathematics teachers at SMP Plus IBADURRAHMAN, who are known to be lacking in the use of learning media. Based on the results of the evaluation of the two types of test kits prepared by the teacher, it can be seen that the average value of the two types of instruments is 38 and 40 which consists of making learning media and participating in training. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers in developing learning media, so that the desired learning objectives are in accordance with the lesson plan. This study was conducted as part of the cycle assessment process. The subjects of this study were mathematics teachers with less than 5 years of teaching experience with a total of 3 teachers. Meanwhile, the purpose of this research activity is to improve the ability of teachers in developing learning media. Based on the research results, the ability of teachers to develop learning media can be improved through the application of clinical supervision. There is an increase in the ability to develop more interesting learning media. And the application of clinical supervision has been proven to increase teachers' interest in the use of learning media, especially the value of teachers' teaching abilities by increasing the use of learning media in cycles 39 to 41.7.

Critical thinking ability is a high-level thinking skill that is able to increase students' ability to be more active in critical thinking, therefore critical thinking skills are needed because students who think critically will be able to think according to the experience that students can, answer problems well and can make decisions according to what students find . The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence critical thinking attitudes. A literature search was conducted on Google scholar by using the keyword “critical thinking attitude. This research tracing strategy includes the type of discovery learning model research where in this model students learn to find and find concepts independently for further research, it is necessary to do other research with other models to determine the effectiveness and practicality of the model to improve critical thinking disposition and skills. critical thinking by using qualitative methods (meta-synthesis). This research is a comparative causal research where this research is a quantitative research designed with a correlational design. Where the sample used was 70 students who were selected randomly while the data collection method used in this study was a survey using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is product-moment correlation technique and multiple regression correlation analysis.

Learning is all efforts made by a teacher (educator) to ensure that the learning process takes place in students. The learning process is a communication process to convey messages or materials. Learning materials require appropriate learning media so that the learning process goes well and students can understand the messages and materials conveyed by the teacher. Learning technology aims to encourage learning and improve performance by creating, using, or utilizing and managing appropriate technological processes and resources. Android devices can also develop into interactive learning media that are useful for students. This study aims to produce products in the form of interactive android application learning media that are suitable for use for learning. The type of research used is research and development of R&D with reference to research and development by Borg and Gall which consists of ten stages of data collection used by researchers are interviews with subject teachers, and through classroom observations to students. Meanwhile, the method of collecting data is through a questionnaire based on media from material experts, media and design experts, and user ratings. The results showed that the material expert validation obtained a 90% presentation in the very appropriate category. The media expert validation results obtained a presentation of 88% in the very feasible category and field trials by students scored 90% in the "very feasible" category. Thus, it can be concluded that this learning media product is said to be very suitable for use in student learning.

A pandemic is a time when the world is in crisis, especially health and the economy. In addition to being faced with a health crisis, Indonesia is also facing an increasingly unhealthy economic condition. The sectors that have the most influence on the country's economy are the tourism sector and the creative economy. In this case, the ministry of tourism and creative economy (Kemenparekraf) is the institution that bears the duties and authorities. In this study, the researcher tries to explain in terms of the political will of the government, especially the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in an effort to restore the country's economy in the pandemic era. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a literature/literature study approach. The results and discussion in this study are based on Brinkerhoff's theory of political will which has 7 (seven) indicators in describing the organization's/government's efforts in providing political influence and creating public confidence in the government

This study aims to determine the effect of audio-visual learning media on student interest in physical education learning volleyball game material. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest. The population in this study selected 445 from 11 classes. The researcher used cluster random sampling technique. The samples used in this study were 2 classes, Class VII G and VII H which collected 80 students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire. processing and analysis of research data using SPSS Software Version 24. There are three stages in this study, namely pretest, treatment, and posttest. The average scores obtained from the pretest and posttest are 142.56 and 150.48, respectively, which means that there is an increase in the average results of the pretest and posttest. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of audio-visual learning media on student interest, this can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing using paired sample tests that the value of Sig.(2-tailed) <0.05, which is 0.044. So it can be said that there is an influence of audio-visual learning media on student interest in learning physical education volleyball game material

PT. RST is a manufacturing company engaged in producing appropriate technological tools. On PT. RST has a production division which is a place for storing and managing the raw materials needed into a product. In the production division at PT. RST has implemented the 5S+Safety culture work culture policy, but at PT. RST this policy is still considered not optimal. This is because the 6S work culture that has been implemented has not been done optimally and 5S has not been optimally at the production site. So, this study aims to determine the evaluation of the application of the 6S or 6K policy carried out in the production division of PT. RST as well as to find out the process of structuring the raw materials used. Then it is necessary to manage the appropriate raw material storage function and evaluate the application of the right work culture. Therefore, the 5S + Safety culture culture needs to be more trained and suppress the application of this work culture so that the management of warehouse conditions is more stable and organized, so as to minimize the occurrence of unwanted things such as material damage, lack of storage and work accidents.

Posyandu in Dawuan Barat determines the nutritional status of children by looking at the growth chart in KIA and calculating the z-score manually and then matching the results to the category table and threshold, this takes a long time and is at risk of being inaccurate. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to do classification of data mining to determine the nutritional status of toddlers and how the evaluation results from the classification model. This study uses the C4.5 algorithm with the CRISP-DM methodology to classify the nutritional status of toddlers and uses a confusion matrix to determine the accuracy, precision, recall and f1-score values of the classification model and then the model is implemented into an application. The evaluation results of the 3 model scenarios in this study stated that scenario 1 produced the best performance among other models with 90% accuracy and 87% value of precision, recall and f1-score
