Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role and strategy of the moderator driving teacher in growing moderate values in students with a literacy approach. The object of the research is the Moderation Motivator Mr. Taufik Hidayat who is also a teacher at MTs Mathla’ul Ulum Jayasari. This study applies the field research method, which uses data and documents collected from the field. Meanwhile, data analysis uses Miles and Huberman, namely by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verifying data. The results of the study show that moderate attitudes can be started to be cultivated through learning and literacy. Students are taught to use social media properly and wisely and are trained in the habit of accessing news information from trusted sources

Abstract

In this research, there are two formulations, namely: Is there a relationship between discipline and students' learning achievement in Indonesian, and the second is how to instill discipline in students. The subjects of this study were students of class XII SMA GITA KIRRTI 1 Jakarta. The research sample was taken by random sampling technique, by using this technique the sample obtained was class XII, which consisted of 36 students. Data related to student discipline, researchers obtained it by distributing questionnaires. In terms of teaching and learning achievement in Indonesian, the writer takes the student's Indonesian language report card score. In this study, the method used to analyze the data is to use the product moment correlation formula with rough numbers. However, before the analysis was carried out, the previous questionnaire was tested on 26 students. The test trial was carried out using the product moment correlation formula for crude numbers, while for the reliability test the authors used two formulas, namely the product moment correlation formula for crude numbers and the second was the Spearmen Brown formula. From this test, the correlation number for the validity test is 0.51 and for the test reliability test the number obtained is 0.75. From the results of the research or analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: First: there is a positive relationship between discipline and Indonesian language learning achievement, with a correlation number of 0.6. Second: to instill a disciplined attitude by means of inner control techniques. External control techniques, cooperative control techniques, authoritarian power, liberal freedom and freedom of direction.

Abstract

Purpose. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure and dividend policy on firm value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2010-2019 period. Methods. The method used is the Associative method. The number of samples used as many as 10 companies using purposive sampling. The data used in this study is secondary data. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression. Findings. The results showed that partially the capital structure had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Partially dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously capital structure and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Implication. If investors want to invest in shares in a company, the variables of capital structure and dividend policy can be considered because based on the results of this study, these two variables have a positive and significant influence on firm value

Abstract

This research is motivated because in its implementation there are still PJOK teachers who do not take serious handling of the blended learning learning method, even PJOK teachers only do learning without thinking about what method to use. This study aims to determine how big the level of understanding of PJOK teachers towards blended learning. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, the method used is a survey. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire using a test question with a choice of true or false answers. The population used is PJOK SMA/SMK teachers in Setu District, totaling 28 teachers. The sample used in this study is the total of the population in the study. The data in the study were analyzed using descriptive statistics with percentages. The results showed that the level of knowledge of PJOK teachers on blended learning at the SMA/SMK level in Setu District was in the medium category with 12 teachers and a presentation of 43%.

Abstract

Problem based learning (PBL) learning model has a role in improving the quality of students. This study aims to re-analyze the PBL learning model in Biology learning on cognitive aspects or student learning outcomes. This study uses a meta-analysis method with a sample of 15 national and international journals. Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the PBL learning model is able to improve biology learning outcomes starting from the lowest 15.03% to the highest 61.76% with an average of 29.34%. By obtaining a strong effect size of 0.97. The most significant increase in the PBL model research was 28.13 in the PBL model learning with LKS and by applying problem solving based learning on certain materials. This shows that the application of the PBL learning model can improve learning outcomes in biology learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the contextual teaching and learning model on learning outcomes and students' self-efficacy on petroleum material. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental/quasi-experimental design with a posttest only control group design. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Sawang, while the samples were two classes, namely class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class and class XI IPA 2 as the control class. The data collection instruments in this study were multiple choice tests and self-efficacy questionnaires which were given after the learning treatment for two classes. Testing the data using a non-parametric test assisted by SPSS 18 software. Based on the results of the non-parametric mann-whitney-utest test, it was obtained that it was significant 0.000 < sig level (α = 0.05) this means that H0 is rejected. The results showed that there was an influence of the contextual teaching and learning model on learning outcomes and students' self-efficacy on petroleum material.

Abstract

Other effects of anemia that can occur in pregnant women are experiencing prematurity, low birth weight, postpartum hemorrhage, maternal death, cesarean delivery and mental development of children. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of media in providing nutritional counseling to increase hemoglobin. The research design used in this study is the case control method. The target population in this study were all pregnant women who had their pregnancy checked at the midwife's practice during the time the researchers took data, namely 50 pregnant women and the samples taken in this study were 50 respondents. The analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that in the intervention group before counseling Hb did not increase by 14 (56%) respondents and after counseling Hb increased by 20 (80%) respondents. In the control group, the pretest Hb increased by 13 (52%) respondents and the posttest increased to 16 (64%) respondents. The results of the Wilcoxon test analysis showed that there was an effect of providing nutritional counseling for pregnant women on increasing hemoglobin levels of pregnant women with a p value of 0.016. It is recommended that health workers, especially midwives, always provide nutrition-related counseling, given the importance of maintaining nutrition in pregnant women to reduce the risks that may occur during pregnancy

Abstract

The learning process related to technology and science really needs to be applied in the world of education, one of which is the Virtual Laboratory. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of a scientific approach assisted by virtual laboratory media in the learning and science process. This study uses a meta-analysis method. The journal meta-analysis used is the result of an analysis of articles from accredited international journals through a Google search https://www.sciencedirect.com/ with categories Q1 and Q2 which have study topics related to the implementation of virtual laboratories in the learning process and science as many as 15 articles. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive way. Based on the results of data analysis obtained that the implementation of virtual laboratories can help in the science learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of workload on employee performance at PT XYZ Cibitung Branch. Data is processed using research samples at the company. Analysis of processed data results was carried out using a simple linear regression test and the Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results obtained include; Simple linear regression test states that workload does not significantly affect employee performance; And the Determination Coefficient Test (R2) said that 21.9% of the workload affected employee performance and the rest of 78.1% was influenced by other factors that were not discussed into the study.

Abstract

Inventory of goods is one of the company's activities that are very important for the development of the company. To implement an inventory system, there are several methods, one of which is the FIFO (First In First Out) method. FIFO is a method in which goods purchased earlier are considered to be sold or used earlier, and the cost of goods purchased earlier will be charged first as cost of goods sold. This research was conducted at PT. Samcon with the aim of providing the layout of the proposed FIFO inventory system in the finished goods warehouse of PT. The previous Samcon was less than optimal. This research is expected so that in its application it can be maximized and provide convenience and smoothness in the operational process. From this research, the area using the proposed layout results in a savings of 8.46% of the total area of ​​the finished goods warehouse. In the proposed incoming and outgoing goods flow, a one-way flow is used which makes the operator no difficulty in the process of storing, searching and retrieving finished goods so as to increase the productivity of the finished goods warehouse operator.
