Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Putri Nova Andianik. NPM 16120009. "Analysis of the Use of Online Learning Media During Studying from Home at SDN 02 Banyuurip, Temanggung Regency". Thesis for Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Education, PGRI University Semarang 2022. Indonesia is currently experiencing the Corona epidemic, which affects every human activity, including the world of education. The government recommends regulations for physical distancing. On the other hand, in order to keep the world of education running well and support the government in supporting physical distancing in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, according to the president's instructions to stay at home, study at home, work at home, worship at home. The increasing number of the spread of the corona virus in Indonesia has prompted the government to issue several policies or steps that can be taken during the corona virus pandemic, the policies carried out are intended to avoid the spread of the corona virus to students in various schools or colleges. Some of the policies taken are learning is done from home (Distance Learning). The focus of this research is "analysis of the use of online learning media during learning from home at SDN 02 Banyuurip, Temanggung Regency". With the formulation of the problem "how is the media used by the teacher in Distance Learning?" and "how is the effectiveness of the media used by teachers in Distance Learning?". The purpose of this study is to analyze the media used by teachers in Distance Learning and analyze the effectiveness of the use of media used by teachers in Distance Learning. The approach in this research is a qualitative approach. This type of research is descriptive research, which collects as much descriptive data as possible as outlined in reports and descriptions. This research was conducted at SDN 02 Banyuurip, Temanggung Regency in Semester 2 of the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Abstract

Family education, also known as informal education, plays a very significant role in the process of developing a child's personality. Because it is in this family environment that children first receive a number of values ​​and norms that are instilled in them. Education in the family environment is the first and foremost education, so in family education it is expected to form children who have good personalities which can then be developed in subsequent educational institutions. to find out the thematic analysis of verses and the influence of the application of family education on children. Abstract

This research was conducted based on the problems found, namely, the application of work culture in improving administrative services that were deemed less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of work culture in Man 2 Karawang, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing it. By using a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research carried out, that in its application the work culture has been socialized by the madrasa principal as a whole, it can be seen by the regulations made to come according to working hours, do their duties and responsibilities well, be friendly with employees or with students and parents. This shows that as an administrative employee, he has carried out quite well, it's just that not everything is embedded in himself. As for the inhibiting factors that occur such as the presence of employees who arrive late, in a hurry so that they are not prepared to provide good service. While the supporting factor is the motivation given through the head of administration or directly by the head of the madrasa and giving rewards to employees

Abstract

This study aimed to explore the role-play technique to improve the speaking skill of Accountancy Study Program students in ESP (English for Special Purpose) class implementing, especially in shopping Role Play. This study used descriptive qualitative research design with pretest and posttest. The subjects of this research were 12 students of Accountancy Study Program on Economy Faculty, Hasyim Asy’ari University. The pre-test was given before the treatment and post-test was applied after the treatment. After the test, the students are given the questionnaire to measure how satisfy they were in the previous activity. The data procedure consisted of preparing the dialog for the students (both as seller and buyer), providing activities that enabled the students to enrich their vocabulary by encouraging the students to open the dictionary, using various medias during the teaching and learning, giving more explanation about the use of modal verbs, providing activities to improve the students’ pronunciation, and implementing pair work to make them have more opportunity to practice to speak. The results of the research showed that the implementation of the shopping role play to improve students’ speaking skill was effective. They could perform more confidently. Moreover, their motivation and enthusiasm in English learning also improved. Furthermore, by employing the shopping role play, the students could freely express their feelings and make them able to explore their creativity in more ways to enable them facing the real life.

Abstract

Learning media is an important thing that is needed by teachers and students in the learning process which is expected to be student-centered active learning. The development of the 21st century has had a huge impact on student learning activities. However, students are required to have higher-order thinking skills. Students today, students have high thinking skills that are still low. Evaluation is an indicator for teachers to see the quality of learning that occurs in the classroom. This study uses the meta-analysis method, at this early stage by formulating the problem, then tracing some relevant research results to be analyzed and drawing conclusions from the research results. This study aims to determine the feasibility of learning media based on HOTS questions (Higher order thinking skills) on students' scientific literacy on biology material by analyzing literature review. Scientific articles used in this study with a sample of 20 scientific articles from 15 international journals, 5 nationally accredited journals. The technique of presenting data is using a table listing of scientific publication articles that will be analyzed into research data. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively by analyzing and identifying scientific articles so as to produce a more informative summary. From the results of the meta-analysis that has been carried out by the author, it can be concluded that the use of learning media for biology education games based on HOTS (HIGHER ORDER THINKING SKILL) on students' scientific literacy has an effect

Abstract

Achieving success in recruiting teachers and leaders is more than just filling job openings. It's about recruiting the best teachers and leaders, developing and retaining them. In the words of Nelson Mandela, "Education is a big engine of personal development". One of the priorities of the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Religion in improving the quality of Islamic Education is improving the quality of learning through improving the quality of teachers. Improving the quality of teachers in madrasas is carried out through the Continuing Professional Development Program scheme. (PKB). One important component of the implementation of the PKB program for madrasah teachers is the important role of madrasa leadership in this case is the Madrasah Head. Several things can be done in the recruitment of Madrahan Principals, namely: providing training which is expected to provide opportunities for school coconuts and prospective principals to improve their competence, providing incentives, especially in rural areas with poor transportation access, and providing quotas or opportunities for female teachers to gain access to become leaders in madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a clear picture of the relationship between arm muscle strength and arm length with service results for students at SMK Negeri 6 Tidore Islands. The benefits in this research are physical education teachers, coaches and athletes for the development of volleyball learning, especially about the top serve technique and it is hoped that it will be able to help students to improve their ability to serve in volleyball games in order to achieve better performance. This research was conducted on class XI students of SMK Negeri 6 Tidore Islands in May 2022. The sample used was 20 students of class XI. Data analysis used normality test to test the normality of the data. Furthermore, a simple correlation analysis test was conducted to determine the relationship between variables and followed by a t-test to determine the level of significance. The results of the simple correlation test analysis show that the results of rcount = 0.843 > from rtable = 0.361 which means that there is a relationship between variables, then proceed with the t test where tcount = 5.39 > from ttable = 1.697 which means there is a significant relationship between variables. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and arm length with service results for students at SMK Negeri 6 Tidore Islands

Abstract

This study is used to review the concepts of flipped learning and blended learning and to determine the extent to which the concept of flipped learning is a description of blended learning. To achieve this goal, this study describes conceptually about flipped learning and blended learning. Based on the analysis of the concept of flipped and blended learning, then build a linkage construct between the concept of flipped learning which is applied by blended learning with reference support. The implementation of these learning strategies uses Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in various digital platforms that have developed to date. The use of ICT that responds to various learning models also changes various learning strategies in the form of blended learning and fully online. Leaning Content Management System (LCMS) assistance whose applications have been properly installed and easy to access as a form of learning management. Blended learning involves face-to-face and online learning, where both are used to complement each other so as to create an interesting learning environment. Flipped learning is one form of applying blended learning. The current development is known as flipped blended.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the feasibility and response of the practicum assistant to the authentic assessment instrument in the practicum of making basic chemistry solutions at the Chemistry Education FKIP of Tanjungpura University. The form of this research is research and development (R&D) which adopts the Jerrold E. Kemp development model. The subject of this study was an authentic assessment instrument in the laboratory for making basic chemistry solutions that were tested on 20 lab assistants at the Chemistry Education FKIP of Tanjungpura University. The data collection instruments used was the feasibility assessment sheet and the practicum assistant questionnaire. The results of data processing indicate that the authentic assessment instrument developed is very feasible by seeing the results of the content validity with a value of one in terms of material and language aspects. Based on the calculation results of the practicum assistant questionnaire response to the authentic assessment instrument that was developed is very well (85.90%). This shows that the feasibility assessment and the response of the practicum assistant to the authentic assessment instrument are very suitable for use in the practicum process. Abstract

The increase in population has resulted in the need for motorized vehicles so that it triggers traffic accidents. The grouping of traffic accident data is important to do, because it will make it easier for the police, especially the traffic accident unit in each district/city police station in Central Java province in reducing the number of traffic accidents. In this study, using Data Mining with the K-Means Algorithm with the aim of obtaining information about traffic accident data groups based on the incidence rate so that it is known the level of traffic accidents that occur in each district / city in the province of Central Java. By using the K-means algorithm, 3 clusters with different accident rates are obtained, cluster 1 is the low accident rate, cluster 2 is moderate, and cluster 3 is the highest accident rate
