Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

National cyber security is one area that needs to be encouraged and strengthened by the government as an effort to increase economic growth and realize national security because of the rise of crimes that use technology for things that are certainly detrimental to Indonesian security. Therefore, the author has designed and realized a device that can detect and disrupt Wi-Fi signals which are considered problematic and disrupt the course of state activities. This device uses the NodeMCU tool (board v.3 Lolin) ESP8266, this tool will later function for access to Wi-Fi. This tool will later read and provide Wi-Fi information around it which will then display the results on the cellphone or laptop of the owner of the device. Based on the test results, this tool is able to detect Wi-Fi signals with a distance of approximately 100 meters and is able to connect properly

Abstract

In this time technology is growing very rapidly. Technological developments can also be used in a variety of ways, one of which is in stores. Many stores still use the system of selling and buying manually, such as the Suka Maju Electronics Store. Using the manual system will take longer and the sale or purchase process becomes inefficient.Therefore the author makes a sales application at Suka Maju Electronics Store Java-based by using Neatbeans and MySQL. This application is used to process transactions and other services at Suka Maju Electronics Store. Making this application aims to improve services and facilitate users in the sales process, stock addition, and minimizing errors in making reports

Abstract

This study examines the quality of online public services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Bekasi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service using the theory of public service quality according to Zeithaml, Parasuraman and Berry in (Hardiansyah, 2018) with five dimensional variables which include physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique was carried out through triangulation which included interviews, observations and documentation studies, then the data that had been obtained were analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research and discussion show that public services during Covid19 carried out by the Bekasi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service have been running optimally in every dimension.

Abstract

Indonesian education implemented online learning, including EFL online learning, since March 2020. But, the online implementation faced some challenges. One of them was the students’ learning engagement. That was why this study was interested in exploring the students’ engagement in their EFL online classrooms during COVID-19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive qualitative research design to investigate the students’ learning engagement. The participants of this study were forty students of an English education departement in a private university in East Java. Then, the researcher used three research instruments for collecting the data, such as questionnaires, class observation, and interview. The questionnaires related to the students’ behavioural, emotional, and cognitive engagement were administered to the students through Google Form. For the class observation, the researcher joined two online classes. Besides, the researcher also interviewed the lecturer of those two online classes. After the data of questionnaires were tabulated and the class observation data and the interview data were transcripted and coded, the researcher could know the results of this study. The results told that the students had low behavioural, emotional, and cognitive learning engagement during their online learning. Hopefully, the results of this study can give the new consideration for EFL teachers in selecting the teaching strategies and online platform when teaching English remotely.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze, describe and propose how to technically provide pastoral assistance to children who experience grief due to the death of their parents due to Covid-19. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with a theological approach, Christian counseling, and applicative. Through this study found five consequences of the experience of grief in children, namely: children experience deep grief, trauma, anger, anxiety, and psychophysiological illness. That is why the author proposes four technical pastoral care for grieving children, namely, the counselor conducting interviews, the counselor being a good listener, the counselor guiding the recovery, and building a bereavement healing group. Through this research, it is hoped that ministers of God in various contexts can take part in pastoral care services for children grieving because of their parents’ death due to the viciousness of Covid-19. Children are the next generation of the church, so they must be helped according to their stage of development to be able to get through grief.

Abstract

Dalam era pembangunan saat ini, globalisasi ekonomi mengalami perubahan. Banyak pekerjaan saat ini telah hilang karena otomatisasi dan pekerjaan baru bermunculan setiap hari sebagai akibat dari kemajuan teknologi. Bahkan, perkembangan teknologi juga mempengaruhi cara siswa belajar, berhubungan dan berinteraksi. Keterampilan dalam STEM memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi individu untuk berhasil di tingkat sekolah dan seterusnya. Permintaan global untuk kualifikasi dan keterampilan STEM saat ini tinggi dan diperkirakan akan terus meningkat di masa depan. Tinjauan pustaka ini disusun untuk melihat perkembangan pembelajaran STEM di Indonesia selama beberapa tahun terakhir, dari tahun 2019 hingga 2022. Perkembangan yang terlihat terfokus pada pembelajaran STEM berdasarkan variasi mata pelajaran, bahan ajar, dan aspek penilaian yang digunakan. Tinjauan pustaka ini melibatkan 24 artikel hasil penelitian lapangan STEM di beberapa jenjang sekolah, mulai dari jenjang SD hingga perguruan tinggi. Dari hasil penelusuran literatur diperoleh skor 50% untuk penerapan STEM pada mata pelajaran IPA, 25% pada Fisika, 4,17% pada Kimia, 16,67% pada Matematika dan 4,17 % pada Biologi. Sedangkan dilihat dari bahan ajar STEM didapatkan 16,67% untuk modul, 54,17% untuk Media, 8,33% untuk Buku, 16,67% untuk Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS), dan 4,17% untuk bahan ajar Proyek. Dan jika dilihat dari aspek penilaian, hasil yang diperoleh adalah 25% untuk Literasi sains, 16,67% untuk Berpikir kritis, 4,17% untuk Berpikir kreatif, 8,33% untuk Berpikir tingkat tinggi, dan 45,83% untuk Hasil belajar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran STEM di Indonesia masih sedikit sehingga kedepannya penerapan STEM di Indonesia masih perlu dikembangkan.

Abstract

The Application Sistem Keuangan Desa or SISKEUDES is a tool specifically for village governments in managing village finances starting from the planning, budgeting, administration, and bookkeeping stages. However, in its implementation there are still many obstacles such as human resources (HR) who do not understand the SISkeudes application, reports have not been inputted into the system and still use manual reporting, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and application errors when input data is used. . The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Siskeudes in Kedungjaya Village. This study used qualitative research methods. In this study, it can be seen that the implementation of Siskeudes in Kedung Jaya Village is running well and smoothly. Based on the analysis of the implementation model of George C. Edward III, which uses 4 indicators, communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

In promoting public empowerment that a great role must be played by the cadet reef. Human resources are indispensable in creating a creativity and innovation in employed performance so that it can give birth to a targeted work program and the concept of empowerment to society. The assessment of the performance of the cadet reef is seen as coordinating for village government. That the highly ordered assessment of the village affects the effectiveness of the performance produced by the cadet reef. The lack of human resource interest in the teachers' village has resulted ina weakening of the work programs undertaken, which is because many societies are more self-centered and therefore are difficult to contribute or join the cadets. The research method used is a descriptive study method with a qualitative approach by observing, interviewing and documenting previously determined resources. The results show that the effectiveness of the performance of the caduna reef is still less than optimal because of the lack of human resources and lack of coordination with village authorities, but in achieving a work program can increase people's satisfaction.

Abstract

Cilincing sub-district is one of the sub-districts that is directly adjacent to the coastal area of DKI Jakarta. The impact of reclamation, water pollution, and weather factors affects the income and the level of welfare of fishermen's households. The purpose of the study was to determine the income from capture fisheries and non-fishery, determine the food and non-food expenditures and determine the welfare level of fishermen's households based on the fishermen's exchange rate in March 2022 in Cilincing District, North Jakarta. The research method used is the survey method, and this research uses quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with respondents as many as 44 fishermen who own boats with a maximum size of 10 gross tons who live in Cilincing District, North Jakarta. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from related agencies. The results showed that the average income of capture fisheries and non-fishery were Rp2.512.372 and Rp437.589, respectively. The average food and non-food expenditures were Rp1.491.511 and Rp872.536, respectively. The average fishermen's exchange rate in March 2022 is 1,25. This shows that fishers can meet primary and non-primary needs.

Abstract

Character learning is very important in the formation of national buildings. This education is an education whose results cannot be directly felt by parents and educators. In addition, this education requires a long time. With the reading strategy, it is hoped that the student's character can be embedded and well patterned. Through good and appropriate reading, students are able to absorb all what they have read. The purpose of this research is to reveal how to cultivate students' character by practicing reading, and what students and teachers face at school. This research uses qualitative methods and literature study research. Respondents were 4 teachers and 4 junior high school students. The results of the study stated that the teacher inserted character material in the middle of the subject, besides that the teacher gave directions to students to read in the library or elsewhere. Constraints faced by students in realizing reading literacy, incomplete reading sources and real examples from teachers and parents at home
