Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the commando teaching The development fashion in Indonesia is increasing following the times. With ever-increasing technology, we can easily access social media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Website about muslim fashion trends. Due to the increasingly advanced development of fashion muslim, connoisseurs fashion will look for the best fashion muslim of her/his version. This study aims to determine the influence felt by consumers in marketing on social media regarding loyalty on that fashion muslim. This research uses SEM (Stuctual Equation Modeling) with the help of AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) software, with 201 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of social media marketing activities on brand experience, social media benefits, consumer-based brand equity, and brand loyalty. Through experience the brand brings cognitive benefits, social integrative, personal integrative, and hedonic benefits directs a significant relationship to consumer-based brand equity which gives the effect of brand loyalty to consumers. That is, the existence of social media marketing activities can have a positive impact by increasing consumer brand loyalty to the fashion muslim.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a surge in customer visits at the customer service facility of Perusahaan Gas Negara Karawang Area due to the lack of information received by customers. This happened because of the delegation of customer management from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to PGN Karawang Area. Therefore, PGN Karawang Area plans and implements a marketing communication strategy that can reduce and stabilize the volume of customer visits. This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategies that are implemented to achieve success in reducing the volume of customer visits. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The theory used is the theory of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). The data collection method used participant observation by conducting in-depth interviews and documentation. The results obtained indicate that the strategy that has been implemented by PGN Area Karawang has succeeded in reducing and stabilizing the volume of customer visits because customers have received sufficient information, made it easier to get service, and received satisfactory service.

Abstract

One of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic is the obstruction of public services. Online Adminduk Service is a service carried out by the Disdukcapil Pematangsiantar City which is regulated in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 7 of 2019 concerning Online Population Administration Services. In its implementation, problems are still found, namely the length of the account registration process, people still have to come to the Disdukcapil office, there are still many people who complain about the attitudes and behavior of employees and the lack of public understanding in using websites and using smartphones.

Abstract

Apartment development is one solution to the problem of limited residential land that is increasing, especially in some large cities have land limitation problems. The purpose of this study is to identify the risks that may occur in the construction and sale of apartment projects. The amount of risk that occurs is caused by companies that are not careful in analyzing aspects of risk that occur if the project is developed citing internal factors to external factors. Furthermore, this study analyzes the development of the project to avoid risks that may occur, ranging from the development of project development to sales. In the sale of this apartment is done using SWOT analysis that is useful to find out the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities of apartment sales. Then the results obtained can be continued well. According to the strength and opportunity of the strategic location of apartment development in sales, more marketing strategies that will achieve sales targets.

Abstract

Asset equity is the receipt of future income that will be received at this time so that it can overcome funding problems. This study aims to provide reference material for corporate policy makers related to securitization through the issuance of Asset Backed Securities to obtain optimal funding alternatives. The research method used is descriptive research. The method of data collection was carried out by field research and library research. Asset securitization mechanisms include: pre-transaction preparation phase, current transaction phase, and post-transaction phase. The costs incurred include: upfront fees, transaction fees, and other costs. Risks in asset securitization include: credit risk, geographic concentration risk on financed property, liquidity risk, early repayment risk, and legal risk. The conclusion of this study is that companies can obtain funding that is cheaper and faster than having to wait until the bill is due by using the KIK-EBA scheme

Abstract

Mathematics is a lesson that forms thinking patterns, organizing patterns, logical proofs. Elementary school students will be able to understand mathematics with concrete operations, therefore learning in elementary school must begin by presenting concrete or realistic problems so that students can carry out the learning process directly and real. The results of observations and observations as well as interviews conducted by researchers to classroom teachers in grade IV, the most prominent problem is the low value of student learning outcomes in several subjects, especially mathematics. Students look busy themselves, not immediately working on questions but playing, arranging writing tools, doing things that should not be done during the learning process, for example cutting paper, drawing cartoons. Realistic Mathematics Education Approach (PMRI) is a learning theory in mathematics that provides human activities to be learned by working on mathematical problems. The application of the PMRI approach can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in the average value of student learning outcomes which previously averaged 60.2% of students' mathematics learning outcomes in the first cycle to 84.35% in the second cycle. Student responses to the implementation of the PMRI approach were very positive. This is indicated by an increase in the average positive response of students from 69% in the first cycle to 80.7 in the second cycle

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan etos kerja pada PT Pantona Teknologi Indonesia, mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap etos kerja pada PT Pantona Teknologi Indonesia, dan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap etos kerja pada PT Pantona Teknologi Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan peneliti adalah teknik sensus, yakni sejumlah 30 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda yang meliputi koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi ganda dan uji parsial (uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja. Konstribusi pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap etos kerja sebesar 76,3%. Sedangkan sisanya 23,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar persamaan regresi ini atau variabel yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The use of manure fertilizer and volume of crops with vertical system can be an option to increase the productivity of Indian mustard (Brassica juncea L.). The purpose of this study was to determine and obtain the best results from the treatment of several manure fertilizers and planting volume on the growth and yield of Indian mustard (B. juncea L.) Tosakan variety in a verticulture system. The study was conducted at a screen house, Purwakarta Regency, West Java. The experiment was carried out from June 2022 to July 2022. The method used in this study was experimental method with a single factor randomized block design (RBD) with 12 combinations treatment and was repeated 3 times, so that 36 experimental units were obtained. Manure fertilizer and planting volume gave a significant result on B. juncea in verticultural system. The highest yield was achieved by treatment L (Soil + Chicken Manure with a volume of 25 kg) with a ratio (1:1) which resulted in plant height 34.92 cm, leaf area 392.50 cm2, root length 20.83 cm, fresh weight per plant 100.67 grams, and fresh weight per gutter is 853.33 grams.

Abstract

Soiogram is needed to get the final result of identification in themes, especially in friendship with students, in this modern era the pattern of friendship in students can affect the quality of learning and can affect the surrounding environment. Therefore, the author has analyzed the pattern of friendship with sociometry as one of the fields of science to determine the quality of friendship. By using a sociogram as the final result of the analysis, it is expected to be able to find out the cause of the bad friendship patterns of students.

Abstract

Stress is a natural part of human life that is difficult to define because every human being has different reasons when facing a problem that cannot be solved as well as the stress of thesis guidance. The research is aimed determinan to (1) the description thesis guidance stress of study; (2) the effectiveness of peer counseling to reduce thesis guidance stress of study. This research is an experimental study using the one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis using non-parametric test, namely Wilcoxon's difference test. The results of this research indicate (1) the description thesis guidance stress of guidance and counseling study program, Pattimura Univercity in the high category there are 11 students, in the medium category there are 34 students and in the low category there are 9 students;(2) peer counseling is effective in reducing thesis guidance stress of student value Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) 0.003 is smaller than <0.005, then it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted
