Abstract

Epistemic belief is one's belief in the nature of knowledge and the nature of knowing. Epistemic beliefs can influence a prospective teacher's decision in determining learning strategies and models later. This study aims to reveal the epistemic beliefs of PGSD students. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that students show consistent agreement with regard to the dimensions of achieving truth in learning social studies in elementary school where students assume that truth is something that can be achieved and the simplicity of knowledge where social studies knowledge in elementary school is an interrelated concept of on facts. On the other three dimensions related to certainty of knowledge, sources of knowledge and justification of student knowledge show inconsistent results

Abstract

Generasi muda menjadi generasi penerus bangsa di masa yang akan datang, pada tahun 2045 Indonesia akan mengalami pucak bonus demograsi. Pada masa itu, usia produktif lebih banyak daridapa usia non produktif sehingga bisa meningkatkan pembangunan negara dan meningkatkan perekonomian negara. Dalam hal ini, balai latihan kerja sebagai wujud program pemerintah yang berfungsi sebagai upaya untuk mendukung persiapan generasi muda di masa yang akan datang. Balai latihan kerja yang ada pada saat ini masih berjalan dan berlangsung untuk memberikan pembekalan skill bagi anak muda yang sedang membutuhkan pekerjaan untuk menghidupi kehidupannya. Akan tetapi, masih ada banyak anak jalanan yang mencari uang dengan meminta uang di lampu rambu lalu lintas padahal di daerah sudah ada balai latihan kerja yang secara gratis baik pendaftaran maupun pelatihan. Peserta dari BLK akan mendapatkan insentif dan sertifikat setelah program yang dijalankan selesai. Oleh karena itu, perlunya optimalisasi dari pihak BLK dan pemerintah baik itu kabupaten maupun pemerintah desa dalam penyebaran informasi kepada masyarakat agar informasi yang dikeluarkan tersampaikan kepada generasi muda. Serta dibutuhkan juga peran dari diri sendiri untuk bisa lebih peduli terhadap diri sendiri dengan tidak menjadi pengangguran karena hal itu bisa mengakibatkan penurunan perekonomian di suatu daerah. Selain itu, sosialisasi juga bisa dilakukan di desa-desa dengan melihat presentasi jumlah angka anak muda dan pengangguran.

Abstract

In aviation communication systems, especially in voice communication system, there are several types of channels used namely High Frequency (HF) and Verry High Frequency (VHF). The distance that can be reached by HF is wider than VHF, but for sound quality, VHF is better than HF. The use of HF can also be influenced by weather factors. Therefore, the use of HF is not intended for ATC (Air Traffic Controller), but to the FIC (Flight Information Center). Because FIC does not have the task of giving orders to pilots, the FIC is only in charge of providing information about airspace or routes that will be traveled by passengers. There are several frequencies on each radio usage unit HF radio (RDARA and MWARA). One frequency cannot be used continuously because HF can be affected by weather factors. Therefore, frequency management is a way to determine which frequencies can be used at any given time.

Abstract

Natural disasters are disasters caused by natural or earth events or activities, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, and floods, and drought may be included in natural disasters. Drought is a situation where the relationship between the availability of water and needs, such as necessities of life, agriculture, economic activity, and the environment are not in harmony. One reason is climate change due to global warming. The impacts are quite diverse, such as a lack of clean water and air pollution. Pure-In, a website for monitoring air pollution and the development of clean water for the DKI Jakarta area, is expected to be the first prevention for the community in preparation for drought. Pure-In has various features, such as monitoring air pollution, mapping clean water in Jakarta, donations, and articles. The results displayed are sufficient to provide information for ordinary people, can provide how the air condition or air pollution in Jakarta is using parameters, such as NO2, PM10, and CO, and also provide a display that sufficiently explains how the air conditioner is in Jakarta. Features such as the mapping of the city of Jakarta are also working well enough to provide locations that have clean water. The embedded donation feature is also quite different, using the Saweria API, and the article feature as reading material for the public about drought and how to prepare for it.

Abstract

Fiber optic is a type of network that allows the transmission of light as a substitute for the electrical signals used by other types of networks that use copper. Although relatively expensive, optical fiber has a longer range from 550 meters to hundreds of kilometers, and is capable of transmitting data at higher speeds than other types of networks. Optical fiber is also resistant to electromagnetic interference. To transmit information, signal bits are converted into light before being sent through the optical fiber. The use of the network as a transmission medium in the BIJB Kertajati area is a very important aspect, its use is used on almost all electronic devices that require a network connection as a transmission medium and information in real time. Devices that require a network in the area area are CCTV, CCTV functions to monitor the surrounding conditions in real time 24 hours. The network system used is a Fiber Optic network that is connected from the server room to each area Switch Area rack in the SS (Sub Station) building throughout the area there are 9 SS and 87 camera points. It can also be seen that each FO network cable has a different number of cores where the difference in the number of cores affects the number of cameras that can be connected. 1 camera requires 2 FO cores (TX/RX). The data transfer speed carried is affected by the type of switch and SFP installed.

(Closed Circuit Television) is a camera used to spy, monitor or record the condition of a location for security purposes. So the integrated camera will transmit a signal from somewhere to the monitor screen. This surveillance camera is an important device to be installed in areas that require more surveillance. Well, for those of you who want to know more about CCTV cameras, here is a review. CCTV is a tool that can record events or events without using an operator. Milestone XProtect Smart Client is software for monitoring cameras and other related components in one Video Management software system with the Milestone brand. Switches/Hubs are generally used in IP camera type CCTV networks to connect servers, client PCs and several CCTV cameras. Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in contributing to the economy, with the potential to sustain and drive national economic growth. Among the various industries within the SME sector, the culinary sector is often chosen by SME entrepreneurs. Within SMEs, human resources hold significant importance. The effectiveness of employees in fulfilling their responsibilities within the organization is vital for ensuring smooth business operations. Establishing a robust compensation system is of utmost importance for Indonesian SMEs. A well-designed, adequate, and equitable compensation system is necessary to appropriately recognize employees' contributions to the organization. This research aims to identify the existing compensation system, analyze the underlying factors influencing payroll decisions, and evaluate the ideal salary system for implementation. Primary and secondary data sources are utilized in this research. A nonprobability sampling method, specifically census sampling, is employed. The point system method and simple linear regression analysis are utilized to analyze the data. The factors influencing salary determination at SME XYZ are ranked in order of significance as follows: Responsibility for Records and Reports, Job Complexity, Decision Making, Customer Service Orientation, Responsibility for Equipment, Communication, Initiative, Working Conditions, Experience, and Education. The recommended payroll structure for implementation at SME XYZ is the non-classification payroll structure. This structure offers benefits such as simplified job clustering and improved accuracy in employee career development.

Kunjungan ini menyatakan bahwa sumber daya manusia dianggap sangat penting perannya dalam kemajuan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi, manusia mempunyai peran yang aktif dan dominan didalamnya karena merekalah yang nantinya akan bekerjasama dan mengerahkan sumberdayanya demi tercapainya tujuan-tujuan organisasi. Pemimpin atau atasan biasanya yang akan menentukan tujuan dari usahanya, dan karyawan biasanya hanya mengikuti instruksi dari atasannya tersebut. karena itu seorang atasan dalam usaha kecil dan menengah haruslah mempunyai gaya yang bisa mempengaruhi kinerja karyawannya menjadi optimal. Motivasi pada dasarnya adalah suatu proses untuk mempengaruhi dan mendorong seseorang agar melakukan pekerjaan sesuai dengan apa yang kita inginkan,sehingga akan menimbulkan semangat kerja yang tinggi. Dengan adanya motivasi yang tinggi dan lingkungan kerja yang baik, bagi pegawai diharapkan dapat meningkat kinerjanya guna mewujudkan visi dan misi organisasi tempat mereka bekerja.

Abstract

In the distribution of electricity, there is a power loss factor or losses, a form of electrical energy loss that comes from the difference between the amount of electrical energy available and the amount of energy sold. One of the factors is non-technical shrinkage caused by the loss of electrical energy consumed by customers and non-customers because it is not recorded in sales which can cause illegal use, measurement errors on kWh meters, and electricity leakage in the power grid infrastructure. Utilization of electrical energy by customers served by PT PLN (Persero) from low voltage distribution networks to homes through APP (Limiting and Measuring Devices) where the device functions to measure and limit the electrical energy used by customers, limiting the use of electrical energy called MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) and measuring the use of electrical energy called kWh meter (Killo Watt Hour). Usage that is often misused such as kWh meter jammed, kWh meter minus, and Moving kWh meters to other parcels without PLN permission.
